On 13.2.2023 was my first class with Madam Nirmala in Microteaching subject.In this class Madam explain about madam told me about the scoring system for this subject. This subject does not have a final exam but has test 1 with 50% marks and is followed by test 2 which is 50% marks as well. In addition, it also has assignment 1 and 2 mockteaching project and needs to make a portfolio and convert it into a flipbook.Not only that, Madam also told us to read DSKP more deeply and understand. I also have to know about Bloom's Taxonomy in the correct order to use it in class during practical later.Not only that in class we also review and read DSKP about what is CCE, EMK, what are the 4 C in 21st century in class, national educational philosophy, using thinking tools in class, learning domain, learning objective and so on. WEEK 1 On day two in class, Madam started the class by asking all of us regarding DSKP just to remind us of what we had learned during the first day of the learning session.After that,Madam told to start the lesson plan project during the third week. We also need to prepare a lesson plan related to the DSKP that has been taught. When the class ends, Madam divides the questions into groups about the DSKP and needs to make them in the padlet that Madam has prepared.
WEEK 5 On this day,madam taught us about teaching aids in language teaching.The types of teaching aids that i still remember until today is,visual aids, audio aids and audio visual aids.Not only that, teaching aids for virtual classroom also was conducted in this class.A lot of aids that can we use to teach students example like, google classroom,kahoot,quizizz,zoom meeting and others. MADAM POSTPONED THE CLASS
WEEK 6 Physical class teaching aid presentation. On this day,Madam Nirmala complained about our lesson plan.Madam discussed about our mockteaching.Madam Nirmala gave us a task to do
WEEK 7 Madam ask the contrast that's mean ordinary,teacher appearance.The factors of intensity the classroom setttings,students movements.Madam Nirmala ask us to do some activities to rid from students bored in class.Don't bring animals to class.If we want to bring please get the permissions written letter to supperiors.In class we have to make sure our body posture is good,walking around the class to make sure the pupils focus on their study and do the task that we given to them,eye contact is a must in class,and face expression.Hand gesture is important in class.Don't used flat shoes,give the instruction,stand back of the class if we provided task to students,don't put hand in the pocket,must do visual aids because teaching aids is really important. We learn a new title which is the title Stimulus Varian.Madam show us the video thru youtube channel in front of class using the Smart TV.Stimulus varian is classroom engement.The video from youtube shows that the teacher keep ask the questions to his student. madam Nirmala said that don't make fun of pupil/students regarding the questions.We as a future teacher have to ask the proper questions regarding our topics.The video 2 showed that the class is actually in math subject but the teacher interested with the music.The teacher used mind map and audio visual the aid to teach his students to make the class fun and attractive. Video 3 showed that the teacher teach the manner to the student.In this lesson i learned that we have to bring our real world to class,do demonstartion,role play and how to attract students focus. Not only that,stimulus varian also refer to intensity,contrast,movement,audio visual aidsand teacher personal behaviour.
On this day,Madam asked us to prepare the question inside the lesson plan that we do.We have to always be prepared when teaching in class.We as a teacher have to assisit and guided students.Teacher have to give a question to student to gain their knowledge.Before asking a question we have to add a bit responses or elements to make the students understand the lesson.must be unambiguous ( clear questions).Questions should be straight forward.This is the important things, we have to be properly directed to students for examples, call the students name and ask question,ask students to volunteers ask the whole classrooms to involve in this questioning. WEEK 8 Madam teach us about questioning technique for our second mockteaching and lesson plan.Madam asked us to use the familiar vocabulary everyday.The question must be relevant to the topic.Don't ever touchure your student and must start the question with low level first.
WEEK 9 Madam asked us to evaluate mockteaching set induction.Madam us our group to evaluate Mugesh's group.All the group were very good in their teaching Madam taught us about reinforcement strategies.reinforcement divide to two which is negative and positive.Madam said that we can't use punishment in classroom because they will use law to sue us.Punishment unpleasent feelings.Reward and behaviour related to repetition.Negative reinforcement means that remove the bad behaviour.

week 12 ABSENT On this day, Madam aksed us to evaluate second mockteaching.We have to evaluate group 1 which is Ally's group.We discussed using zoom meeting.
