Geneva and I both worked together at an industrial
specialty chemical manufacturing plant from 2007 to
2009. My role was the plant operations manager and
Geneva’s role was the manufacturing support
coordinator. Geneva was responsible for reviewing
reaction and formulation batch tickets for completeness,
accuracy, and entering the data into our enterprise
resource planning software system. She also helped the
operations department by creating and updating our
administrative work procedures and organizing
information related to maintaining our ISO certification.

What a pleasure it has been to know Geneva personally and now as a
potential customer.

Geneva and I met at a Ladies Bible study a little more than a year ago. We
instantly connected and began what I know will be a lifetime friendship. It
was during Hurricane Harvey where I saw her heart on display. Her family
had extensive damage, yet they went to help others while having to deal
with their own destruction at the same time; this spoke volumes of her
character.

When Geneva told me about her classes and future career, I couldn’t be
more excited for her and equally proud of her and the direction she would
take her life. Geneva is a loving and caring person who is perfect for the
industry where women are made to feel special and beautiful.

I was one of her clients while she was in training and I was thrilled with the

I was fortunate to be a client of Geneva Strouse in early
October and wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to
work with her and be her client. I had never had eyelashes
applied and wanted to try it for an upcoming wedding.

Geneva invited me to come to the school and be her client. It
was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Geneva was very
gentle and very concerned about my comfort and
understanding exactly what I was looking to achieve. She gave
me the care instructions and what to expect and checked on
me a couple of days after they were applied to insure I wasn’t
having any issues.

The eyelashes lasted about three weeks just like she explained,
and I didn’t have any issues with them. If I were to continue
having eyelashes applied I would definitely go back to Geneva
where ever she starts her business after her graduation.

Business Policies

Cancellation and Appointment Change Policy

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
to avoid charges. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment to another guest. No

shows and late cancellations will charged in full. A credit card is required to hold all reservations.

Deposits
We require a 50% deposit of desired service for all appointments to be reserved. The deposit is

non-refundable and will be applied toward your service, late fee, or no-show fee.

Please Arrive Early
Every appointment has an allotted time period reserved for each guest, and we want you to get the

most out of your appointment time. If it is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your
appointment to complete all necessary paperwork. For all returning guest, please arrive 5 minutes
before your appointment to check in and update any needed information. If you are more than 15
minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Out of respect for other guest, we will not cut into their time to make up time for your tardiness.

Cell Phones
All cell phones should be on silent and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential
hazards. Your service requires the use of tweezers and adhesives around the eye, therefore requires
focus and precision from the technician. This is your time to relax and let the technician do the work.

Contact Lenses
If you wear contacts, please bring a contact case and solution to remove your contacts at time of
service. If you wear contacts during the service, your eyes are to remain shut, which can cause the
contacts to get dry and irritate your eyes. We only ask you to remove them so you are comfortable

and enjoy your entire experience her at Geneva’s Eyelash Boutique.

What to Expect in the Next Few Weeks:

Week 1: You will experience the occasional eyelash shedding due to the

natural eyelash growth cycle we discussed. Your eyelashes will remain full

through this week.

Week 2: As more eyelashes mature and shed, you will notice your eyelashes do
not look as full, but will still not be noticeable to others.

Week 3: You will notice about 50% of your extensions have shed with your

natural lashes due to the growth cycle. This is why we suggest a refill the third

week. Anything after 3 weeks will need to be a new full set appointment.

After Care Instructions:

 Wash and brush your eyelashes each night with an oil free eye wash.
 Never use water proof mascara. And, avoid using mascara on a regular

basis.
 Be careful of your lashes when you sleep. Try not to sleep directly on them.
 Do not rub, pull, or pick on your extensions.
 Use the clean mascara brush given to you to brush and train you extensions

each day. Your eyes and natural lashes are not used to them either.

 If any irritation or discomfort occurs, call your technician. We are
trained and here to help you always.
