PERUTUSAN PENGERUSI Chairman Keynotes YH. Dato’ Haji Mas’ut Bin Haji Awang Samah, DIMP., SMP. Pengerusi Pahang Skills Bismillahirahmanirrahim, Assalamualaikum W.B.T. Rumusan prestasi kewangan Pahang Skills pada tahun 2022 adalah seperti berikut: Pendapatan Kumpulan Pahang Skills adalah RM 10,934,779.00 iaitu meningkat sebanyak 18% berbanding RM8,899,519.00 pada tahun 2021. Perbelanjaan yang direkodkan meningkat sebanyak 14% kepada RM10,105,950.00 berbanding RM8,860,153.00 pada tahun 2021. Keuntungan Selepas Cukai meningkat 619% kepada RM829,759.00 berbanding RM(159,759.00) pada tahun 2021. Anak syarikat Pahang Skills iaitu PSDC Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. merekodkan keuntungan sebanyak RM 165,204.00 iaitu meningkat sebanyak 701% berbanding RM(27,468.00) pada tahun 2021. Bagi program Future Workers, peruntukan keseluruhan diterima menurun kepada RM 2,685,660.00 berbanding RM4,088,498.00 pada tahun 2021. Ini adalah penurunan sebanyak RM(1,402,838.00) atau 34%. Perolehan program Kursus Jangka Pendek pada tahun 2022 menunjukkan peningkatan iaitu RM2,600,183.00 berbanding RM1,534,574.00 pada tahun 2021. Peningkatan adalah sebanyak RM1,065,609.00 atau 69%. Perolehan program Centre of Excellence pada tahun 2022 menunjukkan peningkatan iaitu RM1,096,576.00 berbanding RM211,948.00 pada tahun 2021. Peningkatan adalah sebanyak RM884,628.00 atau 417%. Hasil sewaan meningkat pada tahun 2022 iaitu RM219,657.00 berbanding RM65,734.00 pada 2021. Pahang Skills turut memperolehi hasil daripada penjanaan lain-lain pendapatan (other income) berjumlah RM815,599.00 Your SKILLS, Your FUTURE 01 Alhamdulillah, setinggi kesyukuran ke hadrat Allah s.w.t. kerana pada tahun 2022 Pahang Skills mencatat prestasi yang lebih baik berbanding 2 tahun sebelumnya yang menyaksikan pandemik Covid-19 melanda seluruh dunia.
Your SKILLS, Your FUTURE PAHANG SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CENTRE Berdasarkan pencapaian tahun 2022 ini, pengurusan Pahang Skills hendaklah meningkatkan lagi usaha-usaha untuk memperbaiki prestasi bagi mencapai sasaran hasil dan keuntungan yang telah ditetapkan. Pahang Skills perlu mengenalpasti dan mengambil langkah-langkah lebih pragmatik untuk terus kekal relevan dalam menghadapi pelbagai cabaran dan persaingan. Selain menawarkan pakej-pakej latihan yang berteraskan teknologi terkini, kerjasama dengan rakan-rakan strategik yang dinamik dan berpotensi tinggi perlu terus dipertingkatkan. Penawaran program-program upskilling dan reskilling dengan tambahan pensijilan professional sebagai elemen value added perlu juga dipelbagaikan untuk terus menjadi institusi latihan TVET pilihan ramai. Saya yakin Pahang Skills berpotensi untuk terus berkembang maju berdasarkan nilai-nilai tadbir urus yang baik serta mampan yang diamalkan. Ini terbukti berdasarkan kejayaan memenangi dua (2) anugerah di Majlis Penyampaian Anugerah Pahang 1s di mana Pahang Skills meraih Anugerah Emas bagi Kategori Pentadbiran Cemerlang (Sektor Perkhidmatan) dan tempat ketiga bagi Anugerah Produktiviti dan Kualiti. Saya berbangga kerana Anugerah Pahang 1st adalah program julung kali yang dianjurkan oleh Kerajaan Negeri bertujuan memberi pengiktirafan dan insentif kepada Jabatan Negeri, Agensi dan Badan Berkanun di Negeri Pahang bagi prestasi tadbir urus yang cemerlang. Saya turut berbangga kerana Pahang Skills juga telah memenangi Anugerah Gangsa bagi Pertandingan AIGA Peringkat Kebangsaan Tahun 2022. Akhir kata, saya mengucapkan setinggi terima kasih dan penghargaan kepada semua pemegang taruh Pahang Skills iaitu Kerajaan Negeri, Kerajaan Persekutuan dan semua agensi pembiayaan yang sentiasa menyokong perkembangan Pahang Skills dari segi infrastruktur dan penyediaan dana latihan khususnya untuk anak-anak Negeri Pahang. PERUTUSAN PENGERUSI Chairman Keynotes Based on the achievements for the year 2022, the management of Pahang Skills should further increase efforts to improve performance in order to achieve the revenue and profit targets that have been set. Pahang Skills needs to identify and take more pragmatic steps to remain relevant in facing various challenges and competition. In addition to offering training packages based on the latest technology, cooperation with dynamic and high-potential strategic partners needs to be continuously improved. The implementation of upskilling and reskilling programs with the addition of professional certification as a value added element also needs to be diversified in order to continuously becoming the TVET training institution of choice for many. I am confident that Pahang Skills has the potential to pursue on thriving provided the good values and sustainable governance practiced. This is proven based on the achievement of winning two (2) awards at the Pahang 1st Awards Ceremony, where Pahang Skills had won the Gold Award for Excellent Administration Category (Service Sector) and third place for Productivity and Quality Award. I am proud for the Pahang 1st Award as it is a first time program being held by the State Government to give recognition and incentives to State Departments, Agencies and Statutory Bodies in Pahang for excellent governance performance. I am also proud that Pahang Skills had won Bronze Award for the National Level AIGA Competition 2022. Finally, I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to all Pahang Skills’ stakeholders namely; the State Government, the Federal Government and all funding agencies that have always supported the development of Pahang Skills in terms of infrastructure and the provision of training funds, especially for the youth of Pahang State. Additionally, thanks to all the Management Council Members who are always committed in regulating the development of Pahang Skills towards becoming the best TVET training provider in the East Coast. Alhamdulillah, the highest gratitude to Allah S.W.T in view of the fact that for the year 2022, Pahang Skills had recorded a better performance compared to the previous two (2) years which illustrated the Covid-19 pandemic hit the whole world. A summary of Pahang Skills' financial performance in 2022 is as follows: Pahang Skills Group income is RM10,934,779.00 which was an increase by 18% compared to RM8,899,519.00 in 2021. Recorded expenses increased by 14% to RM10,105,950.00 compared to RM8,860,153.00 in 2021. Profit After Tax had increased 619% to RM829,759.00 compared to RM(159,759.00) in 2021. Pahang Skills subsidiary, PSDC Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. recorded a profit of RM165,204.00 which was an increase of 701% compared to RM(27,468.00) in 2021. For the Future Workers program, the overall allocation received had decreased to RM2,685,660.00 compared to RM4,088,498.00 in 2021. This was a decrease of RM(1,402,838.00) or 34%. The revenue of the Short Term Course program in 2022 shows an increase of RM2,600,183.00 compared to RM1,534,574.00 in 2021. The increase was as much as RM1,065,609.00 or 69%. The revenue for Centre of Excellence program in the year 2022 showed an increase of RM 1,096,576 compared to RM 211,948 in 2021. This was an increase of RM 884, 628.00 or 417%. Rental income had increased in 2022 which was RM219,657.00 compared to RM65,734.00 in 2021. Pengarah Eksekutif Pahang Skills Your SKILLS, Your FUTURE 04 Bersyukur kepada hadrat Allah s.w.t. atas izinNya, buku Laporan Tahunan Pahang Skills 2022 ini dapat dihasilkan. Bagi kursus-kursus Jangka Pendek, Pahang Skills telah melatih seramai 697 peserta meliputi bidang Teknikal, ICT dan Softskills. Antara syarikat multinasional yang terlibat termasuklah Lynas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd, Kaneka (M) Sdn. Bhd, Nextgreen Pulp & Paper Sdn. Bhd, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (Cameron Highland), Camel Power (M) Sdn. Bhd dan Petronas Amonia Sdn. Bhd. Manakala daripada jabatan kerajaan pula termasuklah Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri (SUK), Jabatan Agama Islam Pahang, Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Negeri Pahang dan Bahagian Pendidikan Latihan Teknik dan Vokasioanl, Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia. Syarikat Nextgreen Pulp & Paper Sdn. Bhd adalah antara syarikat terbaharu yang menggunakan perkhidmatan latihan daripada Pahang Skills bagi melatih pekerja baharu mereka di bawah program pembangunan bakat- System Integrator E & E. Program latihan selama dua (2) bulan ini, dibiayai melalui dana latihan MIDA. Manakala Syarikat Camel Power (M) Sdn. Bhd dan Kaneka Malaysia turut menghantar pekerja mereka bagi mengikuti Program Industry Talent Driven Program (ID-TAP). Program latihan ini mengambil masa selama hampir tiga (3) bulan, dimana pelatih mengikuti Program Expert Craftsman Program – Programmable Logic Control (PLC) melalui Dana Perbadanan Tabung Pembangunan Kemahiran (PTPK) yang diselaraskan melalui Talent Corp. Pahang Skills turut melatih lepasan graduan IPT melalui program peningkatan kemahiran yang dibiayai oleh Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputra(YPPB), MIDA, MPC dan KPT. Di antara program di bawah kategori ini adalah Expert Craftsman Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Grid-Connected Photovoltaic System Installation and Maintenance with IoT, Python Certification and Application in Data Analytics, Siemens PLC with IoT Integration dan Manufacturing Management Foundation. Centre of Excellence @ COE Pahang Skills pula melaksanakan program-program latihan high end dan IR4.0. Di antara program yang telah dilaksanakan adalah program MyReskill IoT yang ditaja sepenuhnya oleh Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC). Program ini bertujuan memberi pendedahan kepada peserta tentang aplikasi teknologi Internet of Things (IoT). Kesemua peserta dibekalkan dengan kit latihan IoT secara percuma untuk lebih memahami teknologi IoT serta aplikasinya secara praktikal. Pahang Skills juga telah ditauliahkan oleh Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) sebagai Pusat Bertauliah bagi menjalankan program kompetensi dalam bidang sustainable energy (tenaga boleh baharu). Antara program latihan yang akan dilaksanakan adalah Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Systems Design, Solar PV Installation And Maintenance dan Smart Building Control Systems. Pahang Skills juga telah menandatangani MOU bersama SEDA sewaktu International Sustainable Energy Summit di KLCC Convention Centre (ISES 2022) pada 30 Ogos 2022 yang disaksikan oleh Yang Berhormat Datuk Ali Biju, Timbalan Menteri Tenaga Dan Sumber Asli. Alhamdulillah, tahun 2022 menyaksikan Pahang Skills mendapat keyakinan daripada pelbagai pihak untuk melaksanakan pelbagai program peningkatan latihan kemahiran kepada pekerja industri dalam bidang TVET. PERUTUSAN PENGARAH EXECUTIVE Executive Director Keynotes Bagi memenuhi keperluan tenaga kerja Projek Laluan Rel Pantai Timur (ECRL), Pahang Skills telah mengambil inisiatif bagi menyediakan program latihan kemahiran baharu iaitu Permanent Way Supervision. Tindakan yang telah diambil termasuklah mengumpul maklumat dan data mengenai keperluan pentauliahan program serta membuat lawatan benchmarking ke institusi latihan berkaitan seperti Prasarana Malaysia Berhad dan Malaysia Railway Academy (MyRA). Pahang Skills juga telah mengemukakan permohonan kepada Kerajaan Negeri berjumlah RM1 juta bagi penyediaan infrastrukur dan peralatan latihan seperti track portion, ballast, rail section, sleepers, fishplates, fasterners & spikes, classroom & backhoe serta tools & equipments berkaitan. Pengambilan pelatih kohort pertama akan dibuat pada pertengahan tahun 2024 dan dijangka akan bergraduat pada tahun 2026 seiring dengan siapnya projek ECRL. Justeru itu, perancangan program ini adalah timely dan pelatih-pelatih yang tamat latihan disasarkan untuk diserapkan sebagai tenaga kerja berkemahiran di projek berkenaan. Akhir kata, saya merakamkan setinggi penghargaan kepada Pengerusi dan semua Ahli Majlis Pengurusan Pahang Skills yang sentiasa memberi panduan dalam memacu perancangan dan halatuju Pahang Skills. Pengarah Eksekutif Pahang Skills Sebagai peneraju dalam mempromosikan perkhidmatan drone secara berpusat untuk agensi kerajaan/GLC Negeri, Pahang Skills kini mempunyai kepakaran untuk melatih peserta dalam penggunaan drone melalui kerjasama rakan strategik iaitu Aerodyne Group. Di antara program yang mendapat permintaan tinggi adalah Drone Technology and Aerial Data Acquisition. Program ini telah dihadiri oleh peserta dari pelbagai agensi seperti SWCorp Pahang, Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia bagi Negeri Pahang, Pasukan Gerakan AM (PGA), Jabatan Ukur & Pemetaan Malaysia dan Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ). Pahang Skills juga telah dipilih sebagai peneraju utama Pahang Drone Festival (PDF) 2022 yang merupakan program Kerajaan Negeri Pahang dengan kerjasama Majlis Daerah Rompin, Pejabat Daerah Dan Tanah Rompin, JKR, MUDAS dan Majlis Belia Negeri Pahang. Suka juga saya melaporkan bahawa Pahang Skills telah menjadi pilihan sebagai penyedia gimik dan perkhidmatan multimedia untuk majlis-majlis utama peringkat Negeri seperti berikut: Pahang Skills juga telah diberi kepercayaan selaku Perunding Utama bagi membangunkan Pelan Digital Pahang 2021-2025 bersama Pahang Go Sdn. Bhd. Pelan perancangan 5 tahun ini bertujuan mewujudkan ekosistem digital yang komprehensif dan saling berhubung. Empat (4) teras utama dikenalpasti iaitu infrastrukur digital, kerajaan digital, insklusif digital dan industri digital. Penyedia Gimik Majlis Pemasyhuran Universiti Islam Pahang Sultan Ahmad Shah (UniPSAS) di Kuantan. Majlis disempurnakan oleh KDYMM Seri Paduka Yang Di-Pertuan Agong bersama KDYMM Raja Permaisuri Agong dan KDYMM Pemangku Raja Pahang; Penyedia Gimik dan Montaj Pelancaran Pahang Digital 2021-2025. Majlis disempurnakan oleh Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Pemangku Raja Pahang; Penyedia tugas berkaitan visual yang terdiri daripada video dan backdrop digital bagi Majlis Anugerah Sukan Pahang (ASP) 2019/2020. Majlis disempurnakan oleh Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Pemangku Raja Pahang; dan Pahang Skills turut melatih lepasan graduan IPT melalui program peningkatan kemahiran yang dibiayai oleh Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputra(YPPB), MIDA, MPC dan KPT. Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh and Warm Greetings. Thanks to Allah s.w.t. for with His permission, this Pahang Skills Annual Report 2022 can be produced. Alhamdulillah, the year 2022 saw Pahang Skills gain confidence from various parties to implement numerous skills training programs for industrial workers in the field of TVET. For Short Term courses, Pahang Skills has trained a total of 697 participants covering the fields of Technical, ICT and soft skills. Among the multinational companies involved namely; Lynas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Kaneka (M) Sdn. Bhd, Nextgreen Pulp & Paper Sdn. Bhd, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (Cameron Highland), Camel Power (M) Sdn. Bhd and Petronas Ammonia Sdn. Bhd. Additionally, from the government departments were the State Secretary's Office (SUK), Pahang Department of Islamic Religion, Pahang State Social Welfare Department and the Technical and Vocational Training Education Division, Ministry of Education Malaysia. Nextgreen Pulp & Paper Sdn. Bhd is one of the latest companies to use training services from Pahang Skills to train their new employees under the talent development program - System Integrator E & E. This two (2) months training program is funded by the MIDA training fund. In addition, the Camel Power (M) Sdn. Bhd and Kaneka Malaysia also sent their employees to participate in the Industry Talent Driven Program (ID-TAP). This training program takes almost three (3) months, where trainees follow the Expert Craftsman Program - Programmable Logic Control (PLC) funded by Skills Development Fund Corporation Fund (PTPK) which is coordinated through Talent Corp. Pahang Skills also has trained IPT graduates through skills improvement programs funded by Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputra (YPPB), MIDA, MPC and KPT. Among the programs under this category were Expert Craftsman Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Grid-Connected Photovoltaic System Installation and Maintenance with IoT, Python Certification and Application in Data Analytics, Siemens PLC with IoT Integration and Manufacturing Management Foundation. The Centre of Excellence @ Pahang Skills CoE also implements high-end and IR4.0 training programs. Among the programs that have been implemented was the MyReskill IoT program which was fully sponsored by the Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC). This program aimed to give exposure to participants about Internet of Things (IoT) technology applications. All participants were provided with a free IoT training kit to better understand IoT technology and its practical applications. Pahang Skills has also been commissioned by the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) as an Accredited Centre to carry out competency programs in the field of sustainable energy. Among the training programs that will be implemented are Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Systems Design, Solar PV Installation and Maintenance and Smart Building Control Systems. Pahang Skills also signed an MOU with SEDA during the International Sustainable Energy Summit at the KLCC Convention Centre (ISES 2022) on 30 August 2022 which was witnessed by Yang Berhormat Datuk Ali Biju, Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources. As a leader in promoting drone services centrally for government agencies / State GLCs, Pahang Skills now has the expertise to train participants in the use of drones through the collaboration with strategic partner namely; Aerodyne Group. Among the high demand programs are Drone Technology and Aerial Data Acquisition. The programs were attended by participants from various agencies such as SWCorp Pahang, the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department for the State of Pahang, the General Operations Team (PGA), the Malaysian Survey & Mapping Department and the Road Transport Department (JPJ). Pahang Skills has also been selected as the main leader of the Pahang Drone Festival (PDF) 2022 which was a program of the Pahang State Government in collaboration with the Rompin District Council, the Rompin District and Land Office, JKR, MUDAS and the Pahang State Youth Council. I would also like to report that Pahang Skills has been chosen to provide gimmicks and multimedia services for major State-level events as listed below: Gimmick provider for Pemasyhuran Event of Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang Islamic University (UniPSAS) in Kuantan. The ceremony was officiated by KDYMM Seri Paduka Yang Di-Pertuan Agong, together with KDYMM Raja Permaisuri Agong dan KDYMM Pemangku Raja Pahang and KDYMM Pemangku Raja Pahang; Gimmick provider and Montage for Pahang Digital Launch 2021-2025. LAPORAN TAHUNAN 2022 Your SKILLS, Your FUTURE PERUTUSAN PENGARAH EXECUTIVE Executive Director Keynotes Pahang Skills has also been trusted to be the Main Consultant to develop the Pahang Digital Plan 2021-2025 together with Pahang Go Sdn. Bhd. This 5-year planning plan aims to create a comprehensive and interconnected digital ecosystem. Four (4) main cores are identified namely; digital infrastructure, digital government, digital inclusiveness and digital industry. To meet the manpower needs of the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL), Pahang Skills has taken the initiative to provide a new skills training program called Permanent Way Supervision. Actions that have been taken were collecting information and data on program accreditation requirements as well as making benchmarking visits to related training institutions such as Prasarana Malaysia Berhad and Malaysia Railway Academy (MyRA). Pahang Skills has also submitted an The first cohort of trainees will be recruited in mid-2024 and are expected to graduate in 2026 in line with the completion of the ECRL project. In addition, Pahang Skills provide programs based on technical skills and technology at certificate and diploma level for school leavers through the establishment of Kolej PSDC as an institution of higher education. At present, the programs implemented in Pahang Skills is regulated by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), Ministry of Higher Education for the academic programs and the Skills Development Department (JPK), Ministry of Human Resources for skills training programs. For MQA program, its implementation is done through collaboration between Pahang Skills and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Your SKILLS, Your FUTURE PRESTASI PROGRAM KHAS Special Program Performance LAPORAN TAHUNAN 2022 21 PROGRAM GRADUATE IN FACTORY (GiF) Manufacturing Management Foundation 80 KURSUS / COURSE BILANGAN PELATIH / NUMBER OF TRAINEES JUMLAH TOTAL 80 Pahang Skills turut diberi peluang melaksanakan program Reskilling & Upskilling di bawah inisiatif PENJANA yang diselia oleh MPC. Seramai 80 orang graduan dilatih di bawah Program GiF ini bertujuan untuk memberi fasilitasi dalam menempatkan graduan tempatan dalam pasaran pekerjaan. Program melalui Malaysia Productivity Corporation ini dijalankan selama 3 hari melibatkan graduan yang baharu ditempatkan di kilang-kilang pembuatan dan pengilangan di dalam Negeri Pahang. Antara kilang yang terlibat di dalam program ini ialah Lynas Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Nextgreen Pulp and Paper and ISUZU HICOM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Pahang Skills was also given a chance to run the Reskilling & Upskilling program under the PENJANA initiative supervised by MPC. A total of 80 graduates were trained under this GiF Program aiming at facilitating the placement of local graduates in the job market. This program through Malaysia Productivity Corporation is conducted for 3 days involving graduates whom are newly placed in production factories in the State of Pahang. Inovasi hasil kerjasama Pahang Skills dan Balai Bomba & Penyelamat Muadzam Shah ini yang diberi nama Wireless Portable Lights Signal (WiPLS) telah dipertandingkan dalam Pertandingan KIK Inovasi Bomba Peringkat Negeri Pahang dan mendapat tempat pertama seterusnya layak ke peringkat Kebangsaan pada tahun 2023. Pahang Skills has been entrusted by the Muadzam Shah Fire & Rescue Station to produce an innovation to solve a problem faced by the fire department every year. The innovation was a result of collaboration between Pahang Skills and the Muadzam Shah Fire & Rescue Station, which was named Wireless Portable Lights Signal (WiPLS). The innovation was contested in the Pahang State Level KIK Fire & Rescue Innovation Competition and had won first place to qualify for the National level in 2023. Projek yang dihasilkan dapat memberi penunjuk untuk signal, lampu malam, lampu reverse dan lampu brake dimana ia tidak menggunakan sambungan wayar iaitu sistem wireless. Mendapat JOHAN dalam Pertandingan KIK Inovasi Bomba Peringkat Negeri Pahang seterusnya layak ke Pertandingan Peringkat Kebangsaan pada hunjung 2023. The lights on the fire boat trailer are often damaged due to the wires being submerged in water. The project produced can provide indicators for signals, night lights, reverse lights and break lights where it does not use a wire connection, which is a wireless system. Your SKILLS, Your FUTURE LAPORAN TAHUNAN 2022 33 HIGHLIGHT PROJECT 2022 CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE COE SME dan COE Creative Content Pahang Skills dengan kerjasama Majlis Bandaraya Kuantan (MBK) telah menganjurkan satu pertandingan E-Sport iaitu PUBG Mobile sempena Sambutan Ulang Tahun Pertama Majlis Bandaraya Kuantan (MBK) yang diadakan pada 13 Mac 2022 (Ahad) bertempat di Dewan Utama Ibu Pejabat Majlis Bandaraya Kuantan. Objektif utama pertandingan ini adalah untuk menjadikan program ini sebagai satu medan untuk mencungkil bakat, kemahiran, kepakaran dan mewujudkan sifat berdaya saing dalam kalangan remaja dan belia di samping mengeratkan lagi hubungan silaturahim antara satu sama lain. Peserta didedahkan dengan pengaturcaraan Pyhton dan aplikasinya dalam bidang data analitik. Graduan yang menduduki program ini akan menjalani ujian Certified Entry-Level Python Programming (PCEP) iaitu pensijilan peringkat antarabangsa dari Python Institute. Program Python Application In Data Analytic Python Pahang Skills through CoE Big Data, Cyber Security and Cloud Computing (BDS) has implemented the Python Application in Data Analytic Python program sponsored by Yayasan Pendidikan Bumiputra to 35 postgraduates. Graduates who sit through this program will undergo the Certified Entry-Level Python Programming (PCEP) test, which is an international level certification from the Python Institute. PAHANG SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CENTRE Your SKILLS, Your FUTURE 38 Pencapaian pelajar-pelajar program sepenuh masa mengalami sedikit penurunan pada tahun 2022 berbanding tahun sebelumnya. Program DKM EE mencatatkan 100% lulus, namun kedua-dua Program DKM IT dan DKM MM pula telah mencatatkan seorang pelajar gagal. Kedua-dua pelajar adalah dari semester 1. Walaupun pelbagai usaha telah dilakukan oleh para pengajar dan juga pensyarah, namun kedua-dua pelajar tersebut tidak menunjukkan sebarang minat dan perubahan sehingga ke penguhujung semester. Full-time program students' achievement fell slightly in 2022 compared to the previous year. The DKM EE Program had a 100% pass rate, but both the DKM IT and DKM MM Program had one failed student. Both students were from semester 1. Despite the efforts of the instructors and lecturers, the two students showed no interest or change until the end of the semester. The DKM EE Program increased by 1.4%, while the DKM IT and DKM MM Program decreased by 6.2% and 4.4%, respectively. Peratusan penerima Anugerah Ketua Eksekutif bagi tahun 2022 menunjukkan peningkatan bagi Program DKM EE dan DKM MM iaitu sebanyak 8.6% dan 5.0%. PAHANG SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CENTRE 40 PRESTASI PROGRAM LATIHAN KEMAHIRAN Skills Training Program Performance Pada tahun 2022, Pahang Skills telah melahirkan 47 graduan dari program peringkat Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia berbanding 43 graduan pada tahun 2021. Jumlah Graduan Kelas Pertama juga meningkat kepada 12 orang pada tahun 2022 berbanding 7 orang pada tahun 2021. Pahang Skills produced 47 graduates from the Malaysian Skills Diploma Program in 2022, compared to 43 graduates in 2021. The number of First Class Graduates has also increased to 12 in 2022, compared to 7 graduates in 2021. LAPORAN TAHUNAN 2022 KADAR KEBOLEHPEKERJAAN Employability Rate Your SKILLS, Your FUTURE Pada tahun 2022, seramai 37 orang graduan daripada Program DDKP, DCM dan DKM-EE telah berjaya menamatkan pengajian mereka pada sesi Julai 2021 dan Januari 2022. Kajian Pengesanan Graduan ini telah dijalankan ke atas mereka selepas enam (6) bulan tamat Latihan Industri. Seramai 26 orang graduan bersamaan 70.2% telah berjaya mendapat pekerjaan dalam tempoh tersebut. In 2022, 37 graduates from DDKP, DCM and DKM-EE Programs have successfully completed their studies of July 2021 and January 2022 sessions. The Graduate Tracking Study had been conducted on these graduates after six (6) months of completing their Industrial Training. A total of 26 graduates (equivalent to 70.2%) have managed to get jobs within the period of time. KADAR KEBOLEHPEKERJAAN Employability Rate Your SKILLS, Your FUTURE 42 PAHANG SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CENTRE Your SKILLS, Your FUTURE Seramai 304 orang responden bagi semua program tahun 2021 telah dihubungi bagi mendapatkan maklum balas mengenai kajian kebolehpasaran pekerjaan. Dari jumlah ini, 91% pelatih telah berjaya mendapat pekerjaan dalam tempoh 3 hingga 12 bulan selepas berjaya menamatkan latihan industri. A total of 304 respondents from the year 2021 trainees were managed to be contacted to obtain feedback on the marketability study. From this total, 91% of trainees had successfully found a job within 3 to 12 months after completing their training. Buat masa ini syarikat berkenaan telah memulakan projek mereka di kawasan Marang Terengganu dengan keluasan 200 ekar bagi tenaga solar ini. The contractor related to Solar Energy, Coalar Solar (GERMANY) represented by Mr. Harald and Ms. Susan has held a discussion with Pahang Skills at Syarikat Elektriksola to identify the suitability of the land to be used as a solar energy site. However, they require PMU, TNB to be in the nearby area in range of 7 to 8 km. In spite of that, the position of PMU in the Pahang Skills area is over 20 km. As for now, the company has started their project in the Marang Terengganu with an area of 200 acres for this solar energy.

Majlis Penyampaian Anugerah Kategori Gangsa AIGA 2020 telah diadakan pada 17 Januari 2023 di Institut Integriti Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur dan dihadiri oleh Pengarah Eksekutif Pahang Skills, En Mohd Yusri bin Mohd Nor dan Pengarah Pentadbiran, Korporat & Sumber Manusia, Pn Mazlina binti Mastor. ANUGERAH INTEGRITI, GOVERNAN DAN ANTI RASUAH (AIGA) 2022 The Integrity, Governance and Anti-Corruption Award (AIGA) is an award that provide recognition and appreciation to the public and private sectors that show commitment in cultivating and practicing the best integrity and governance as well as anti-corruption initiatives within their organisations. Pahang Skills has successfully won the Bronze Medal for the Integrity, Governance and Anti-Corruption Award (AIGA 2022) at the National Level held from July to September 2022. The AIGA 2020 Bronze Category Award Presentation Ceremony was held on 17 January 2023 at the Malaysian Integrity Institute, Kuala Lumpur and was attended by the Executive Director of Pahang Skills, Encik Mohd Yusri bin Mohd Nor and the Director of Administration, Corporate & Human Resources, Puan Mazlina binti Mastor.
