MESSAGE FROM CEO

Dear All,

Happy New Year to you all!

2016 has been an excellent year for Eltizam Group and our subsidiary companies. We have increased revenues by over
50%, we commenced operations in Dubai and created the largest privately owned community management company in
the UAE. We have also secured various FM contracts outside of our shareholders estate, mobilized 5 new towers in City
of Lights on Reem Island and now have a healthy portfolio of clients for our entities to target new and organic business
growth. Coupled with this has been the opening of both Three60 Leisure and Three60 Energy as legal entities and very
shortly Remax 360 will be a separate legal entity as well.

To continue to grow our business will always be a key goal for us but just as important is to maintain the highest levels
of service to our existing clients and customers. 2017 will be about continued growth, Middle P & L Management, our
development as an organization in the UAE and wider afield and about our standards of service. We must not forget that
customer service is at the base of everything we do and everything we stand for. We embarked on this journey to create
a company that was capable of managing multiple clients across multiple assets whilst achieving a standard of
professionalism and service that would be our unique selling point and that most, if not all, stand alone FM or real estate
companies could not match.

Our model is now achieving the kind of market and customer perception that we first envisaged. New clients are joining
us every week and now the retention of those clients and customers is very important to our future. I believe in every
person who works for Eltizam and our entities. I believe that our future is strong, our management team is ambitious and
our employee base is professional and very well trained.

Eltizam Group is committed to the future growth of each one of our subsidiary companies and our employees, we will
shortly be moving into new o ces in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi demonstrating this commitment to our employees and
management teams. Your continued support and enthusiasm as well as professionalism is important to us and our future.

TRAINING PROGRAM

As part of our aim to support the continuous
improvement of our employees, the HR & Admin
Department has conducted during the year 2016 a
number of e ective training programs that covered
many of our departments’ requirements. The total
number of employees that attended training was
350+ and there will be plans in 2017 to continue
providing more training programs to our employees
in the di erent organizational levels.

MESSAGE FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER (THREE60 COMPANIES)

Dear All,
I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy New Year, which brings health, happiness and success in 2017.
Reflecting on 2016, it was a busy year with exciting growth and change as we watched the Three60 group of companies
mature on all fronts. There were certainly a few challenges along the way but the successes far outweighed the obstacles and
we made an impact, that was noticed. People now know who Three60 is and know we are here to stay.
Building on the previous years’ successes, 2017 will be an exciting year for us as we progress with our plan to be recognised
as the Number 1. Community Management company in the region. This year will be focussed on Customer Happiness
(satisfaction), expanding our service o ering and making sure all the Group Companies are well stablished in Dubai in addition
to other parts of the UAE.
The 2017 key areas of focus will be, Innovation, Communication, Commerciality (Cash) and honing our Service(s) to be
industry leading.
In the coming months, we will be moving to new premises for both Dubai and Abu Dhabi operations. Dubai Head Quarters will
deliver a vibrant productive atmosphere and is in a prominent Sheikh Zayed Road location, whilst the City of Lights will see a
centralised Three60 o ce that will house the Community Team, Leisure and Energy within the upcoming master community.
2017 will further see REMAX, Leisure and Energy branches o cially activated into Dubai and the UAE.
In line with the customer happiness focus, we will be rolling out the Happy, Lean, Safe & Green Initiative. This exciting initiative
will encompass IT innovations we have been working on which will include web based interactivity and e-services, a
centralised single finance platform and more proficient support services delivering cost reductions. An e ective
communication plan will make sure we are more interactive and responsive to our customers and see a greater presence in the
market through professional white paper releases and regular market condition reporting; supported by public appearances
to discuss our respective market expertise. A greater focus on emergency response and fire safety along with activating
energy savings across the portfolio will be being delivered. REMAX and Leisure have a large part to play in the 2017 success
of the initiative with strategic approach to delivering services across the portfolio whereby there is a clear benefit to our
customer both financially and professionally through revenue generating practices and leading service o erings.
I invite you to share in both my commitment and excitement, as we move into the coming years’ objectives and confident with
the exceptional people we have within our organisation we will not only achieve our targets, but exceed expectations making

2016 WORLD RAFTING
CHAMPIONSHIP

Three60 Leisure was very proud to co-organize the
2016 World Rafting Championship at Wadi Adventure –
Al Ain.

The first UAE outing of WRC ran from November 1st to
November 5th 2016 under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh
Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu
Dhabi Sports Council. A total of 85 teams from 28
countries competed in the Sprint, Head-to-Head, Slalom
and Downriver disciplines of the R4 (four-man) -class
tournament. Brazil and Great Britain emerged as the
overall winners, while the UAE National Rafting Team
delighted local spectators with its tournament debut.

Tafawuq Facility Management is pleased to announce that they have
begun their operations in Dubai.

This has been part of the strategy together with the move of Three60
Communities entering Dubai’s Market. Tafawuq has successfully
mobilized three di erent contracts running the breadth of Dubai

No-one wants to have an accident but unfortunately they do occur, usually as part of a failure in the system, human behavior
or negligence. The HSE work hard to identify hazards and risks and ensure that you have all the information, equipment and
training necessary to minimize the chance of you or others having an accident. However, despite this we had 6 lost time
accidents in both 2015 and 2016. We collate a lot of data throughout the year and create many comparison graphs. One of
these is the Cummulative Severity Rate. This CSR is calculated using the total amount of man days lost due to accidents for
the year and the total amount of man hours worked during the year. As can be seen from the graph the accidents in 2015 were
of a more serious nature and resulted in longer time o work for the injured parties. In 2016 the accidents that occurred were
significantly less severe which shows that although we had the same amount of accidents they were of a more minor nature.

During 2017 we will continue to promote the need to reduce the amount of accidents that occur, look for how you can be hurt 18
but ultimately it is up to every member of sta to ensure that you work safely, sensibly and give consideration to how you, or
others could be hurt.
