Mercury is the closest planet
to the sun. It is very hot.

It is also the smallest one.

Venus

Venus is the second planet
from the sun. It is so bright.
We need sunglasses to see
Venus.

Earth

Earth is our home. Human
and animals live on Earth.
It has water and fresh air.

Mars

Mars is red. It has volcanoes
and it is a rocky planet.
And there is water on Mars!

Jupiter

Jupiter is the
largest planet. It has

storm and thunder.
So scary and dangerous.

Saturn

Saturn is the second
largest planet.
It has beautiful rings,
but it is not the same as
mommy's ring.

Uranus

Uranus has rings too.
It is a blue planet.

So many ice there and it is
really cold. Maybe we can
eat ice cream on Uranus.

Neptune

Neptune is the last planet.
It is blue and so windy,
just like a fan.
