We not only save time on site, but also work to deliver more space in the property and tailor
it to the property and the customers check list. Modulofts leave the factory fully finished so
that once on site we need to lift into place and complete install.

We encourage customers to visit our Yorkshire based factory and actually walk
through their new space. A key stage in the project, the customer can alter their
room sizes and discuss all fixtures and fittings too.

PLANNING BUILD FACTORY VISIT DELIVERY INSTALLATION COMPLETION

Our focus for every project is to ensure the customer journey and key stages we take in
the build of the project are mapped out. Offsite modular build is a technical and time
sensitive process, so our factory runs to clear process and we ensure the customer is a part
of this process.
Our fully managed service for all key stages in the journey for any bespoke project build,
delivery and install – ensure we keep both Architect and Customer updated every step of
the way.
We do technical surveys at the property at the earliest opportunity so that we can get a
true feel for the current floor plan and gather our technical details that will be required to
complete any designs for the proposed Moduloft space.

Staged build in the factory begins, floor plan set
out for customer visit. The build stage works from INSTALLATION
timber frame, room structure, electrics, windows,
plastering to specifications agreed. The installation and onsite team work to deliver
to the agreed delivery, lift and install for the
FACTORY VISIT project. All key dates and schedule for each stage
will be set in the run up to the project completion.
Customers visit the factory once the Moduloft
frame and room space is laid out, this works so COMPLETION
well as they can walk through the room spaces

This Jersey property renovation was ideal for the Moduloft team, in a AFTER: INTERIOR KITCHEN

2 large rooms, an open plan kitchen and living area to fully embrace the
perfect sea views.

Our structure and approach was to help the customer achieve the new
space and a renovation that would totally transform the look of this
property. The new upstairs space was designed to embrace the location
and with a Juliet balcony the views over the ocean are just idyllic. With 3
pitched dormer windows the new space has the light and a double kite
staircase to complete the internal connection between the floors. The
Moduloft came with all electrics and heating prepared to simply install in
days when on site.

The new open plan kitchen embraces the upstairs of this property and
has delivered a fantastic and fresh feel for this beautifully located house.
