Below are some frequently asked questions
regarding private events at Ansley Golf Club.

Am I able to sponsor an event for a non-member?

Being a member of a private club offers many privileges,
including the unique opportunity to sponsor non-
member events. If a relative, business associate or friend
is planning to celebrate a special occasion, the following
easy steps allow Ansley members to sponsor the event:

1. Introduce your guest or event contact to the Ansley
Catering Department staff to begin the planning process.

2. Submit a brief letter to the Catering Department
stating you will sponsor the event and acknowledging
that you (the member) will assume ultimate
responsibility for the event’s charges, conduct of guests
and any damages incurred.

What are the Ballroom Capacities?

The Grand Ballroom is a spacious room of almost
3,700 square feet, and can accommodate up to 240
of your closest friends and family, yet inviting enough
to give guests the warmth and comfort of your home.
For a more intimate setting, The Grand Ballroom
can be divided into three separate spaces, offering
accommodations for groups of 15 to 50 guests.

Does the club offer wedding ceremony spaces?

Wedding Ceremonies are often held here at the Club.
With approval, Ansley wedding ceremonies are hosted
on the practice putting green overlooking the #1
fairway. Alternatively, indoor wedding ceremonies are
hosted within the Grand Ballroom.

What is the City View Terrace?

Our newly constructed City View Terrace adds 1,500
square feet of covered patio space right off of the Grand
Ballroom that offers stunning city views. It creates the
perfect atmosphere for outdoor receptions, cocktail
parties and celebrations up to 125 people.
