What is 7 minutes workout and exercise ?
• 7 minutes workout and exercise is based on the concept of
Scientific 7 Minutes Workout method which includes 12
High-Intensity body weight exercises to be performed in
rapid succession following a specific order, 30 secs per
exercise with 10 secs of rest between each exercise .
• The developer is Shabira Qureshi
• The purpose of the apps is to set fitness goals, gathering
workout ideas, and sharing progress on social media to
facilitate healthy behavior change .
