PROLOGUE Sport is not just a physical activity that is done to fill free time or as a small recreation to break a sweat. Lately, the modernization of sports has moved along with the progress of the world and brought a heavier philosophy. The rapid growth of various sports fields is driven more dynamically and professionally. Community involvement in sports has also brought many benefits. Ironically, the community's involvement in the field of sports can fulfill various wishes, not just fighting on the court. Sports activities can help maintain physical and mental health. Modern life uses more internal energy and thought. Professionals and semi-professionals in developing the country are often forced to neglect physical activities due to lack of time for the purpose. The busyness of all walks of life leads to physical and mental health problems. The involvement of children, teenagers and adults in various sports activities can solve various health problems. Sports activities are the first step as the saying goes "prepare an umbrella before the rain" in controlling obesity, chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease. Sports activities can also help those who have had an illness to recover. Community Involvement in sports is also able to deal with mental tension and ease mental burden. Indeed, sports activities can improve blood circulation, reduce excess fat in the blood vessels and heart, help excretion and remove waste that is not needed by the body. Strictly speaking, involvement in sports is an effective effort in creating a healthy society.
