141 Session of Jain Talks

The Jain Foundation conducted a talk on Academic Jain Education, Jain Veganism
and Humanitarian Philanthropy by Dr. Jasvant Modi on Saturday May 7, 2022 at
08:30 PM (IST). Dr. Modi talked about Jainism as an established religion
throughout the world. However, in order to improve its minuscule status in
academia and to disseminate Jain values, a study of Jainism was started in the
USA. In today's session, we will explore Jain Academic Studies in America, its
challenges, and future plans.

Veganism and Philanthropy, are two of the most socially desirable virtues, in order
to promote their practice rather than just aspirations in education.
