ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORTING REQUIREMENT
• All TABC license and permit holders must use the TABC:
Compliance Reporting mobile device application to conduct and submit
an annual compliance report for each of their licensed/permitted locations
(16 T.A.C. Section 41.22 ).
• The compliance reporting period begins on September 1 and ends on
December 1 each year. This gives businesses a 90-day period to complete
their annual report(s).
• TABC has sent a notice to all license/permit holders each year at the
beginning of the reporting period to inform them that it is time to conduct
their annual compliance report.
TABC: Compliance Reporting is a mobile device application (Android
and iOS) that allows license/permit holders to quickly conduct their
required annual inspection from the convenience of a mobile device
instead of going through a lengthy on-site inspection with a TABC auditor.
• The app provides users with push notifications on important TABC
news and alerts.
