It has been an exciting period of growth and milestones at Fortune International Group. The launches of
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach and Auberge Beach Residences and Spa, Fort Lauderdale welcomed
tremendous success, as well as the opening of two spectacular oceanfront sales centers. Construction at Jade
Signature is going vertical, after a year of creating the site’s 50’ deep subterranean garage, while ongoing sales
begin to focus on sky villas and penthouses. Hyde Resort & Residences reached sell out, and nearby Hyde Beach
House has launched.
Not only do we continue to recruit the very best real estate agents in South Florida, we have also added some
extremely talented and experienced professionals to our corporate team. From interior design to social media,
administration to international broker relations, the Fortune family has expanded over the past few months, and we
welcome all new members.
Growth has also come in the geographic context. Fortune International Group has partnered with Jimenez Gaona,
a developer in Asuncion, Paraguay, to develop Jade Asuncion. The project will consist of three towers featuring 120
residences, and will be designed by Architect Carlos Ott.
Somewhat closer to home, Fortune has also set up shop in Orlando and Key Largo. On the general real estate front,
we opened offices, and we are excited to be handling the sales and marketing for ph Premiere, a luxury condo-
hotel in the midst of all of Orlando’s activities, and a luxury tier of Planet Hollywood Hotels. In addition, we reopened
satellite offices in various shopping centers starting with Dadeland and Sawgrass Mills Malls.
Last but certainly not least, we are very pleased to have joined forces with TOWN and Savills. These affiliations
