HOW TO USE THE POWER GUIDE
Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the topics that we have asked of Him. ~I John 5:14-15
The Power Guide is designed as a tool for study, reflection and prayer. Each prayer is written based on the model of the Lord’s Prayer (see Matthew 6:9- 13).
In order to maximize the use of your guide, please follow the listed instructions.
1. Set aside a few minutes each day to pray individually, with your family or prayer partner(s). Gradually build your prayer time with the Lord to at least thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes each day. You can split up your prayer time, if necessary, and pray a few minutes in the morning and evening. You choose the time of day that is good for you. Find a comfortable place to pray and turn off any distractions. If you have small children who need most of your attention, pray the daily prayer with them. Let God’s Word saturate their hearing.
2. Refer to the Prayer Topic Calendar on page 7 for the specific prayer for the day. Only pray for the prayer topic that is assigned to that day so that we are unified in our daily praying. Please do not get ahead of the prayer for the day. Before praying the “Scriptural Prayer,” first read the Scriptures listed for “Scripture Reading.”
3. Pray the assigned prayer out loud. There is power in your verbal expression. Parents please encourage your children to pray their prayer topics in the Children’s Power Guide out loud. Youth (ages 13-17) may use the Adult Power Guide.
4. These prayers are intended to be a springboard to help you with your prayerful conversations. Trust the Holy Spirit to help you to expand upon the prayer that you are praying for the day. If you speak in tongues, please pray in tongues over each prayer topic. Relax, listen and enjoy the Lord.
5

5. Record any reflections, revelations, or inspiration given by the Holy Spirit in the Prayer Expectation section at the end of the Power Guide.
6. Believe that the Lord is hearing your prayer and know in your heart that your praying will produce God’s results for the prayer topic you are praying for.
7. After praying, make your daily power confession by using the Daily Power Confessions located on page 54 in the back of your Power Guide. When you speak God’s Word over your life, you activate the power of His Word to work in your life and produce God’s results for your life. Expect God’s Word to transform your life. I also recommend that you speak the Power Confessions over your family.
8. All members are asked to attend Victory Wednesday on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. at The KBC. Please refer to the Prayer Topic Calendar for your assigned Wednesday to attend Victory Wednesday. Assignments are listed based on the first letter of your last name.
9. Enjoy your time spent with the Lord and thank you for helping to implement God’s plans for our Church Family.
God Bless You!

Prayer Topic #1:
A Prayer Concerning Iran
Scripture Reading: Psalm 24, Psalm 27
Reflections of the Heart:
The Lord is our light and salvation, so why should we be afraid? The Lord is our
fortress, protecting us from danger, so why should I tremble? ~ Psalm 27:1 NLT
Scriptural Prayer:
Sovereign Father, we thank You for protecting our nation, the United States of America. Thank You for honoring our prayers as a nation and extending Your mercy toward us. Thank You for protecting our borders. Thank You for protecting us from the threats of Iran. Your Word is true, and we can trust everything that You do. You love whatever is just and good. Your unfailing love fills the earth. You merely spoke, and the heavens were created; You breathed the Word, and all of the stars were born. You assigned boundaries to the seas and locked the oceans in vast reservoirs. Let the whole world fear You and let everyone stand in awe of You! How great is the goodness that You have stored up for those who fear You. You lavish it on those who come to You for protection, blessing them before the watching world.
Righteous Father, in the Name of Jesus, we rebuke the spirits of conflict and war. We command peace to be still between the United States and Iran, now! God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, we declare that Your very Name keeps us safe from all harm. Father, we admit that we are a pluralistic society that confesses many gods, but there is a remnant in our nation who trusts only in You. Some nations boast of their chariots and horses, their armies and weapons, but we will always boast in the Name of the Lord, our God. We declare that President Donald Trump, Defense Secretary Mark Esper, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Iranian President, Hassan Rouhani will find a diplomatic solution and will not react hastily with the actions of war, but they will respond out of wisdom. They will turn from evil and do good. They will search for peace and work to maintain it.
9

Holy Spirit, I pray specifically the following for President Donald Trump and Iranian President, Hassan Rouhani: __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________
Holy Spirit, help the citizens of our nation and Iran to discern through the rhetoric and propaganda surrounding this situation so that the truth is revealed and every lie exposed. Holy Spirit, grant President Donald Trump and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani Your supernatural wisdom and discernment. Help them to make decisions that align with Your will to keep people safe. Holy Spirit, please reveal and expose every evil plot, plan and strategy that have been devised against our nation both internally and externally. Stir the hearts of Christians around the world to pray; please, do not stop until we all respond.
Merciful Father, please forgive the leaders and citizens of our nation and Iran for all acts of sinfulness including not acknowledging Your Son, Jesus, as Lord. Forgive our nation for the innocent blood that we have shed. Forgive the American Church for our ignorance concerning this conflict and for failing to pray consistently for this region. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind the citizens of our nation and Iran of those we need to forgive and help us all to forgive. Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal names or faces of people that you may need to forgive. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in your soul caused by unforgiveness.)
Holy Spirit, help the citizens of our nation and Iran not to yield to temptation but deliver us all from the evil one.
You are the Lord, our God, and there is no other. No one is holy like You. There is no one besides You. There is no Rock like You, our God. Lord, You are the King of kings and Lord of lords. You rule and reign forever. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Prayer Topic #2:
A Prayer of Healing During Cold and Flu Season
Scripture Reading:
Psalm 96, Isaiah 53:4-5
Reflections of the Heart:
Although the world has declared that this is the cold and flu season, as children of the Most High God, our expectation is to walk in health and wholeness!
Scriptural Prayer:
Righteous Father, we thank You for being Jehovah Rapha, the Lord God who heals. Thank You for keeping our bodies healthy. Thank You for strengthening our immune systems and helping us to ward off infections and viruses. We sing praises to You and Your Name. We will sing loud praises to You, the One who rides the clouds. Your Name is the Lord, we rejoice in Your presence. We praise You Lord, our Savior. Each day You carry us in Your arms. Sovereign God, You save us and rescue us from death. Lord, we are like olive trees, thriving in Your house. We will always trust in Your unfailing love. We will praise You forever for what You have done for us. We will trust in Your Name in the presence of Your faithful people.
Eternal Father, it is Your will that all will be well with us and that we are as healthy in our bodies as we are strong in our spirits. As we make You, our refuge and our shelter, no evil will conquer us, nor will any plague come near our homes. According to Your Word, when we call on You, You will answer us; You will be with us in trouble and will rescue and honor us. With long life You will satisfy us, and show us Your salvation. Father, we expect this Word to operate in our lives during the cold and flu season. We declare that our immune systems are healthy and strong. We confess that as a Church Family, we will do the practical things in the natural to protect ourselves including eating properly, getting the proper amount of rest and drinking plenty of water. We declare that we will take our vitamins and exercise so that our immune systems will not be compromised. We will wash our hands and teach our children good hygiene practices. For those who have a cold or the flu, we command healing to manifest in their bodies and confess a quick recovery time for them.
12

Holy Spirit, help me to continue to pray effectually for those who have been affected by the cold and flu season: __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________
Holy Spirit, please strengthen the bodies of our Church Family members whose immune systems have been compromised due to previous health challenges. Show them the necessary steps they need to take to protect themselves and their loved ones. Please protect our children and elderly and keep them safe from sickness and disease. Please show school teachers, day care center workers and parents how they can cut down on the transfer of cold and flu germs among their students.
Beloved Father, forgive us for not taking better care of our bodies. Forgive us for poor eating habits and lack of exercise which has resulted in compromised or diminished immune systems. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind us all of those we need to forgive and help us to be quick to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal names or faces of people that you may need to forgive. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in your soul caused by unforgiveness.)
Holy Spirit, help us all not to yield to temptation but deliver us from the evil one.
Lord of Heaven’s Armies, You are the great God and the great King above all gods. We worship, bow down and kneel before You, Lord, our Maker. You are great and greatly to be praised. You are to be feared above all gods. All the gods of the peoples are idols, but You made the heavens. Honor and majesty are before You. Strength and beauty are in Your sanctuary. We recognize that You are glorious and strong. We give You the glory that You deserve! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Prayer Topics #3:
A Prayer for Our Families
Scripture Reading:
Psalm 145:1-13, I Samuel 10:9-16
Reflections of the Heart:
It is the Lord’s good pleasure to bless our families. So, “may the Lord, the God of our ancestors, multiply our families a thousand times more and bless us as He has promised!” Deuteronomy 1:11 (NLT)
Scriptural Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for giving us dominion in the earth. Father, we thank You for our family relationships. We thank You for singles, the institution of marriage and parenthood. Lord, we thank You for fulfilling Your plans and purposes in our lives and for surrounding us with favor like a shield. Our souls honor You. You are great and Your power is absolute. Your understanding is beyond comprehension. We love You and exalt Your Holy Name. Out of the mouths of babes and infants, You have ordained strength. What is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of man that You visit him? Your mercy endures forever.
Almighty Father, it is Your will that men and women marry and create new families. It is Your will that our families prosper and be in health as our souls prosper. We declare that the families in the Windsor Village Church Family live in peaceful habitations, in safe dwellings, and in quiet resting places. We declare that stability, salvation, love, wisdom and knowledge abide in each home. We confess that our husbands love their wives as Christ loves the church and wives respect their husbands. They are blameless, the husband of one wife, temperate, and sober-minded. They are not given to wine, violence, greed for money, quarrelsome or covetous. We confess that they rule their own houses well. Our wives honor their husbands and accept the authority of their husbands. They are virtuous and capable women who are more precious than rubies. Their husbands can trust them and they will greatly enrich their lives. We declare that our children are obedient, for this is right in Your sight. We decree that the children of the righteous will be successful everywhere and an entire generation of Godly people will be blessed. Lord, we pray against the spirits of argument, slander, strife, perversion, violence, offense, lies, rebellion, disobedience and cruelty in our families. We break
15

soul ties, strongholds and generational curses in our family bloodlines. We confess that no weapon formed against our families will prosper.
Holy Spirit, show me how I can show love and affection for my family on a daily basis: __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________
Glorious Father, we ask that You give our family members one heart and put a new spirit within all of us. Where there are strained relationships in our families please turn hearts back to one another. Give us Your wisdom. Let discretion preserve us and understanding keep us from the way of evil. Please unite our families closer together. Holy Spirit, empower married couples and single parents to be the priests, prophets, husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, providers, protectors and leaders of their homes. Help them to not provoke their children to anger, but to bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord. Lord, strengthen and impart Your wisdom into the lives of our single parents. Help them to model a life that is pleasing to You. Holy Spirit, please help our singles to live with all Godliness and contentment, which is great gain. For those singles who desire a mate, help them to wait patiently on You. Father, open the lines of communication in our homes so that there is a good rapport in our families. Please keep our children and youth as the apples of Your eye and let Your favor surround them like a shield. Let Your peace, love and understanding reside in our families.
Father, please forgive our families for sin. Forgive them for all acts of sinfulness, including bitterness, resentment, adultery, fornication, spousal abuse, child abuse, envy, strife, unkindness, rebellion, deception, manipulation, control, doubt, fear, injustice, economic mismanagement, poor parenting and oppression. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that You have committed). Holy Spirit, remind us of all those we need to forgive and help us to be quick to forgive.

Prayer Topic #4:
A Prayer for Salvation
Scripture Reading:
Psalm 99, John 3:1-17
Reflections of the Heart:
“The Blood of Jesus washes away our past and the Name of Jesus opens up our future.” Pastor Jessie Duplantis
Scriptural Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your tender mercies and unfailing love. Thank You for providing a way for sinners to be reconciled back to You. Thank You for enlightening our hearts to say “yes” to You when You called us. Lord, You are very great and Your power is absolute. Your understanding is beyond comprehension. We come clapping our hands and shouting joyful praises to You, our God. Most High, You are awesome. You are the great King of all the earth. We meditate on Your unfailing love as we worship in Your temple. Your Name will be praised to the ends of the earth. We honor You as our Lord and Savior.
Our Father, it is Your desire that all people be saved and understand the truth. We confess that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life. He is the only gate by which people are saved. We commit to sharing the Gospel with our unsaved family members, friends, co-workers and enemies. We will not be afraid or intimidated, but we will share the Good News of Jesus Christ with boldness, confidence and love. We declare that when our unsaved family members, friends, co-workers and enemies confess with their mouths, the Lord Jesus, and believe in their hearts that You raised Jesus from the dead, they will be saved. Father, we declare that they will know the truth, and the truth will set them free. As the Body of Christ, we gladly take the great commission and go into the world preaching the Good News to everyone You place in our paths. We are not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ because we know that it is Your power that is at work, saving everyone who believes.
18

List the people that you know who are unsaved or backslidden. Ask the Holy Spirit for the wisdom to witness to these people. Trust Him to give you the courage to approach them and the words to say to them. __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________
Gracious Father, we cry out to You to clear the way so that Your Gospel may be preached in every city, state, country, and continent. Since the harvest is plentiful, continue to send laborers to proclaim Your Word of salvation to the unsaved. We ask You to remove the scales that keep them from seeing Your goodness and faithfulness. Surround them with the counsel of the Godly so that they may be washed in the water of Your Word; stripped of the old sinful nature and all its wicked deeds, and put on their new nature so that they will be renewed as they learn to know their Creator and become like Him. Holy Spirit, we ask You to circumcise the hearts of those who are in a backslidden state. Like the prodigal child, help them to come to themselves and return to You, their first love. Remind them that nothing can ever separate them from God’s love; not death, life, angels, demons, fears for today or worries about tomorrow, not even the powers of hell can separate them from the Father’s love. Help us, the Body of Christ, to present the Gospel with compassion, hope and patience.
Precious Father, forgive the unsaved and backsliders for not acknowledging You or Your Son. Forgive them for disobedience, hatred, rebellion, idolatry, and rejection of Your Gospel. Please have mercy upon them and extend Your grace toward them. Forgive us, the Body of Christ, for not sharing Jesus and the Gospel with more people. Forgive us for being timid and reserved about sharing the Gospel. Forgive us for not reaching out to those who we know are in a backslidden state. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind the unsaved and backslider of those they need to forgive and help them to be quick to forgive.

Blessing and honor and glory and power belong to You, the One sitting on the throne and to the Lamb forever and ever. For Yours is the Kingdom and the power and the glory forever. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Prayer Topic #5:
A Declaration of Kingdom Faith
Scripture Reading:
Psalm 146, Hebrews 11
Reflections of the Heart:
Faith is defined as belief that is not based upon proof. As Christians, we should have immovable faith in God and His Word. Decide today that absolutely nothing will shake your faith in the promises of our Heavenly Father!
Scriptural Prayer:
Eternal Father, we thank You for being in relationship with us. Thank You for drawing us into Your holy family through the meritorious works of Jesus Christ. Thank You for creating us to be kings of The King and lords of The Lord. Thank You for sending us the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us on this faith walk. The heavens proclaim Your glory and the skies display Your craftsmanship. Lord, we will praise You with our whole hearts. We will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. We will be filled with joy because of You. We will sing praises to Your Name, O Most High.
Righteous Father, as citizens of Your Kingdom, we are righteous people who live by faith. We declare that we will trust in You with all of our hearts and not depend on our own understanding. We will seek Your will in all that we do and in every situation, we will trust that You will show us which path to take. We will strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. We will run with endurance the race that You have set before us; keeping our eyes on Jesus, the Champion, who initiates and perfects our faith. We confess that we will seek Your Kingdom above all else, and live righteously, and trust that You will give us everything that we need. Father God, we know that You are not a man that You should lie, nor the son of man that You should repent. So, we will stand on Your Word and put all of our faith and confidence in You. We declare as Kingdom citizens that we will trust You with our finances, families, businesses, relationships and every other area of our lives. We confess that our works will reflect the faith that we have in You, our Father.
21

Write down those areas that the Holy Spirit shows you that you need to increase your faith. Now, ask Him for a strategy to work on those areas: __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________
Holy Spirit, please help each member of our Church Family to relinquish control to You to lead their lives. Help each member to transform the way they think by meditating on the Word, so that they will embrace and walk in their Kingdom authority and rights. Help our parents and guardians to model and teach Kingdom faith to their children and youth. Holy Spirit, please show us all those areas in our lives where our faith is faltering and reveal the tools that we need to increase our faith in those areas. Lord, there are some who have had so many disappointments in life that they have a hard time walking by faith. Please help them to get the help they need to process those disappointments and heal those internal wounds, so that they can begin to walk in their Kingdom authority.
Compassionate Father, please forgive us for not having complete faith in You at all times. Forgive us for having more faith in ourselves, our jobs, our finances, our gifts and talents and other people than we do in You. Forgive us for harboring dead faith.
Triumphant Lord, all glory belongs to You, who alone are God. All glory, majesty, power and authority are Yours before all time and in the present and beyond all time! In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Prayer Topic #6:
A Declaration of Kingdom Provision
Scripture Reading:
Psalm 138:1-5, Deuteronomy 28:8-14
Reflections of the Heart:
“We can be certain that God will give us the strength and resources we need to live through any situation in life that He ordains. The will of God will never take us where the grace of God cannot sustain us.” ~ Billy Graham
Scriptural Prayer:
Divine Father, how our hearts yearn to express our love for You! Thank You for Your grace. Thank You for knowing exactly what we need before we even ask. Thank You for never abandoning us or leaving our children begging for bread. Thank You for being our faithful source. We have always been able to depend on Your goodness. We take delight in You, Lord. We commit everything we do to You because we know we can trust You to help us. You direct our steps and You delight in every detail of our lives. Even though we sometimes stumble, we will never fall because You hold us by Your hand. You love us with an unfailing love and Your faithfulness endures forever. We find comfort in knowing that the very hairs on our heads are all numbered. Therefore, we are not afraid because we know how much You value us. We praise You Lord, for You have shown us the wonders of Your unfailing love!
Almighty Father, as Kingdom citizens, we declare that we will not worry about what we will eat, what we will drink, or what we will wear. We trust that You already know our needs, so we will simply commit to seek Your Kingdom above all else and live righteously. Then, we can expect everything we need to be added to us. We decree that we will keep the gates of provision open by giving cheerfully and not reluctantly. We know that if we continue to be obedient in our giving that You will generously provide all that we need. Not only that, but we will have plenty to share with others. We declare that we will learn to do good by meeting the urgent needs of others. We confess that our love for You, Father, will not be overshadowed by a love for the material things Your goodness provides for us. We believe that You will faithfully answer our prayers with awesome deeds. You crown the year with a bountiful harvest. Even the hard pathways overflow with abundance. We decree that You are our sun and shield, giving us grace and glory. You will
24

withhold no good thing from us when we do what is right.
Reflect on the goodness of God and praise Him for what He has provided for you:

Holy Spirit, help us to acknowledge our motives when we ask for things. Help us to seek the Father only for what belongs to us, not to covet what doesn’t. Help us to trust the Lord completely with our needs. Remind us that the Father causes everything to work together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose for them. Help us to keep a generous heart even when times are tough. Show us areas where we need to fortify our faith in God’s faithfulness to us. Help us to teach our children to honor the Lord for all that He does for us. Remind us that we are not to compete with one another, chasing after status and possessions. Keep our feet firmly planted on the ground. Remind us to keep a Kingdom perspective in all that we do. Sharpen our discernment to recognize opportunities to sow seed into good ground. Deliver us from being fearful about how our needs will be met.
Faithful Father, forgive us for being greedy, selfish, arrogant, rude, impatient, and thoughtless. Forgive us for murmuring and complaining while we wait for manifestation in our lives. Forgive us for our lack of good stewardship over what we already have. Forgive us for lying, cheating, and even stealing to get ahead. Forgive us for withholding our best gifts from You. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that You have committed). Holy Spirit, remind us of all those we need to forgive and help us to be quick to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal names or faces of people that You may need to forgive. Prayer Topic #7:
A Prayer of Declaration for the Ephesians 3:20 Initiative
Scripture Reading:
Psalm 24, Nehemiah 2
Reflections of the Heart:
“The master said, ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let’s celebrate together!” ~ Matthew 25:23
Scriptural Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for being our provider. Thank You for giving us Your Word on how to make our way prosperous and successful. Father, we thank You for surrounding the Windsor Village Church Family with Your favor like a shield. Thank You for continuing to open doors of financial opportunity for our Church Family. We praise You with all of our hearts; we will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. Your reign is forever. You execute judgment from Your throne. You judge the world with justice and the people righteously. Lord, You are a shelter for the oppressed and a refuge in times of trouble. We trust in You because we know Your Name; we know that You do not abandon those who search for You. Father, Your righteousness reaches to the highest heavens. You have done wonderful things! Who can compare with You?
Glorious Father, as a Church Family, we have been faithful over the few things that You have given us, so we declare that You will continue to make us rulers over many things through the Ephesians 3:20 Initiative. We confess that we will continue to seek Your Kingdom above all things and live righteously and we know that You will give us everything that we need to continue to further Your Kingdom here on earth through the manifestation of this vision. We will consistently and faithfully bring our tithes and offerings into Your house so that the resources needed to manifest Your Kingdom here on earth will be available. As we do this, we expect that You will bless us by opening the windows of heaven and pouring out a blessing so great that we won’t have enough room to take it in. Lord, we declare that promotion comes from You alone; so we call forth promotions and increase for our Church Family members. As You expand our territories, we will all be cheerful givers to this church. As we do this, we expect that You will
27

generously provide all we need so that we will always have everything we need and have plenty left over to share with others.
Holy Spirit, show me how to specifically pray for the Ephesians 3:20 Initiative this month: __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________
Holy Spirit, please give our Pastors and leadership team continued strength, discernment and wisdom as they conduct business with persons involved with this vision. Help us as a Church Family to keep a Kingdom perspective in all that we do concerning this vision. Sharpen our discernment to recognize opportunities to sow seed into this good ground. Deliver us from being fearful about how our needs will be met. Help us all to establish and live by our budgets. Please continue to make Windsor Village’s name great in the land so that benefactors and philanthropists will sow into this good ground.
Merciful Father, forgive us for all acts of sin, whether overt or covert, including idolatry, greed, stinginess, self-centeredness, arrogance, pride, stubbornness, financial disobedience and any other act of unrighteousness. Forgive us for being limited in vision and complaining about being stretched beyond our comfort zones. Forgive those of us who fail to develop financial plans that include tithing, debt reduction, savings and investments. Forgive us for living beyond our means and misusing credit cards. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person (s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in your soul caused by unforgiveness.)
Holy Spirit, help us all not to yield to temptation but deliver us from the evil one.
Sovereign Lord, You merely spoke and the heavens were created. You breathed the word and all the stars were born. You assigned the sea its boundaries and locked the ocean in vast reservoirs. The whole earth shall fear You and stand in awe of You. In Jesus Name, Amen.

A Declaration of Success for The Power Center
Scripture Reading:
I Chronicles 29:10-15, Proverbs 16:1-9
Reflections of the Heart:
God has blessed our Church Family with such an incredible facility. The Power Center is a monument of His greatness and His favor. God always keeps His promises to us, so let’s keep our promise to pray continually for The Power Center.
Scriptural Prayer:
Magnificent Father, as a Church Family, we thank You for The Power Center. Thank You for the employment and business opportunities You have brought into our community through The Power Center. Thank You for using The Power Center to attract businesses, wealth, health and hope to this community. This is Your doing and it is marvelous in our eyes. Lord, You are great and greatly to be praised. You are to be feared above all gods. The earth is Yours and all its fullness; the world and those who dwell therein. You founded it upon the seas and established it upon the waters. Lord, Your works are wonderful. We are grateful that when we, the righteous, cry out, You hear and deliver us out of our troubles.
Glorious Father, let Your Kingdom come and Your will be done at The Power Center as it is in Heaven. Jesus, You are the cornerstone upon which The Power Center was constructed. Let it be unto The Power Center according to Your Word. Lord, we expect the double portion for The Power Center. We expect that You will turn and leave Your blessings upon The Power Center staff and its occupants. We declare that You will continue to bless and protect every staff member, entrepreneur and client of The Power Center. As they walk uprightly, Lord, we know that You will withhold no good thing from them. We confess that all Your blessings will come upon them and overtake them, because they will obey Your voice. They are blessed in the city and in the country. We believe that You will command blessings on their storehouses and on the works of their hands. We confess that You will cause the latter rain to come down for The Power Center and its occupants, and You will send them enough business to satisfy their needs. We confess that You will pour out Your Spirit on The Power Center and its

occupants and You will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth. We declare peace within the walls of The Power Center and prosperity throughout the entire complex.
Holy Spirit, show me what I can do to be a blessing to The Power Center occupants: __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________
Awesome Father, we ask that You would surround the board of directors, executive director, staff and occupants of The Power Center with Your favor like a shield. We ask that Your Spirit of wisdom, understanding, counsel, and power rest on each of them. Give them the resources to provide programs of economic, emotional, and social empowerment for the Houston community. Fill them with the knowledge of Your will and give them a thirst for Your Word so that they can learn Your ways for practicing business. Holy Spirit, help them to make righteous decisions and operate with justice, practical insight and integrity. We ask that You will continue to bless The Power Center and make its name great so that it will continue to be a blessing to this community. Lord, please open new revenue streams for The Power Center. Bless the tenants and increase their revenue. Holy Spirit, touch the public and private sectors to continue to invest resources into The Power Center. Lord, build a hedge of protection around The Power Center that cannot be penetrated. We ask You to rebuke the spirit of theft and vandalism. Convict those who steal to steal no more and those who seek to do harm to do good. Cause Your power to prevail through the board of directors, executive director, staff and occupants of The Power Center.
Forgiving Father, forgive us for taking The Power Center for granted. Forgive the clients and the staff of The Power Center for all acts of sin, including racism, injustice, lying, stealing and mediocrity. Forgive those staff members and occupants for not trusting You to be their provider, protector, and deliverer. Father, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed).

Prayer Topic #9:
A Prayer for College Students
Scripture Reading:
Psalm 135:1-13, Daniel 1:1-17
Reflections of the Heart:
The benefits that a college education affords are priceless. It is a blessing for students to be able to attend college and afford a good education; so we praise God for all who pay the tuition of a college student.
Scriptural Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for our college students. Thank You for providing the ability for them to learn and process information. Thank You for helping them with their studies and blessing them in the classroom. Thank You for blessing them with scholarships, financial aid and employment. Lord, we are grateful and we bless Your wonderful Name. Your majestic Name fills the earth. You have taught children and infants to tell of Your strength; You have silenced Your enemies and all who oppose You. Father, when we look at the night sky and see the work of Your fingers—the moon and the stars You have set in place—what are mere mortals that You should think about them, human beings that You should care for them? Your thoughts toward us are precious; they cannot be numbered!
Eternal Father, we confess Your Word over our college students as they pursue their education and over the persons who pay their tuition. We are expecting You to work effectually in them, creating within them the power and desire to study and complete their course work. We confess that favor will surround them and they will have good relationships with their teachers and fellow students. Lord, we confess that they will put to death the sinful, earthly things lurking within them and will not defile themselves with the ways of the world through fornication, excessive drinking and illegal drug use, unclean behavior, ungodly passions, evil desire, covetousness, rebellion, and idolatry. Lord, we confess that those who are paying for tuition will have more than enough. We declare that their needs will be supplied from Your glorious riches which have been given to them in Christ Jesus. Like Jesus, we declare that our students are increasing in wisdom and stature and they have favor with You, their teachers, school administrators, and fellow students. We confess that they will stay focused on their studies as if they were working
33

for You. Father, we declare that there will be an abundance of part-time employment opportunities for students needing work in order to pay their tuition and remain in school.
List the people you know who are continuing their education. Now begin to pray for their success academically and financially: __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________
Holy Spirit, help our college students to remain focused and committed to their studies. Help them to not grow weary with the process, but to continue to study and apply themselves so that they may achieve their goals. Help them to balance their studies and family responsibilities. Show them, Holy Spirit, how to include down time in their busy schedules so they do not become burned out. Please open internship opportunities that will allow them to obtain hands-on experience in their respective career choices. Lord, please continue to open financial doors and reveal scholarships, grants, and other financial aid opportunities. Help our students in Christ to differentiate between Your truth and the world’s facts. Please help them to be a light in their environment and not conform to the practices and activities of college life that are contrary to Your will for them. Strengthen and empower them with Your wisdom and power. Lord, protect our students and keep them healthy and their bodies strong. Protect them from meningitis, depression, STDs and other infirmities common in a dorm environment.
Wonderful Father, forgive those students who have not been diligent in their studies. Forgive them for not trusting You to provide all their needs. Forgive them for getting involved with people and activities that do not add value to their education. Please forgive them for all acts of sinfulness including: lack of faith, idolatry, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, sexual sins, drunkenness and revelries. Father, forgive those who pay tuition by trying to do everything by themselves instead of trusting You. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind our students of those they need to forgive and help them to be quick to forgive.
34

Holy Spirit, help our students not to yield to temptation but deliver them from the evil one.
Lord, Your Kingdom is an everlasting Kingdom. You rule throughout all generations. Lord, You are King! You are robed in majesty and armed with strength. The world stands firm and cannot be shaken. Lord, Your throne has stood from time immemorial. You are from the everlasting past. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Prayer Topic #10:
A Prayer for the Singles in Our Windsor Village Church Family
Scripture Reading:
Psalm 33:1-9, Jeremiah 29:11-14
Reflections of the Heart:
A life of singleness is meant to be productive and fulfilling. The enemy would have us to believe the exact opposite of that. But the truth is that singles have unique advantages that allow them to focus on self-improvement and Kingdom-building pursuits. Relish this time and don’t allow the flesh or the world to steal your joy.
Scriptural Prayer:
Marvelous Father, we thank You for the single members of Windsor Village United Methodist Church. Thank You for the plans and purposes that You have for their lives. Thank You for reminding our singles that they are complete in You. We give thanks to You and we sing praises to You, O Most High. It is good for us to proclaim Your unfailing love in the morning and Your faithfulness in the evening, accompanied by the ten-stringed harp and the melody of the lyre. Great is Your faithfulness. Your mercies are fresh every morning.
Faithful Father, You have been gracious to our singles and it is Your will that they be joyful always, ceaseless in prayer, and thankful in all circumstances. In Jesus’ Name, we declare that our singles are free from the power of sin and have become slaves of God. They do only those things that lead to holiness and result in eternal life. Our singles do not despise this season; they embrace it. We proclaim that they fix their thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Their minds are filled with things that are excellent and worthy of praise. We declare that wisdom will enter their hearts and knowledge will fill them with joy. Wise choices will watch over them and understanding will keep them safe. We confess that our singles love You, therefore, they will not team up with those who are unbelievers, neither will they partner with those who practice wickedness. For those preparing for marriage, we decree and declare that they are living wisely and making the most of every opportunity.
36

Holy Spirit, help the singles in our Church Family to strip off every weight that slows them down; especially the sin that so easily trips them up. Teach them to run with endurance the race God has set before them. Search them, O God, and know their hearts. Test them and know their anxious thoughts. Point out anything in them that offends You, and lead them along the path of everlasting life. Should they ever become discouraged, remind them that if You be for them, who can ever be against them? Holy Spirit, help them to process any pain from their past and lead them to connect with those who are anointed and assigned to help them walk out their destiny. Show them how to make divine connections with others who will hold them accountable and help keep them focused and pressing toward the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling them.
Father, I commit to encouraging our singles by:

Compassionate Father, forgive our singles collectively and individually for the sinful acts that they have committed against You including: idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, sexual sins, selfish ambitions, envy, drunkenness, division and disobedience. Forgive them for not acknowledging You in all their ways. Forgive them for times when they have lost sight of who they are in Christ Jesus. Merciful Father, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind our singles of those they need to forgive and help them to be quick to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal names or faces of people that you may need to forgive. Holy Spirit, help our singles not to yield to temptation but deliver them from the evil one.
Almighty God, You alone are God. You are the First and the Last. It was Your hand that laid the foundations of the earth; Your right hand that spread out the heavens above. When You call out the stars, they all appear in order. O Lord, the God of our ancestor Israel, may You be praised forever and ever! Prayer Topic #11:
A Prayer for Healthy, Happy Marriages in Our Windsor Village Church Family
Scripture Reading:
Psalm 98, Genesis 2:15-25
Reflections of the Heart:
Marriage is not just a relationship; it’s a covenant. You’re not just committed to a person; you’re committed to a purpose − one that God designed from the beginning to bring Him glory. Since it was designed by the Creator Himself, He alone is the best reference for maintaining and enjoying it.
Scriptural Prayer:
Exalted Father, thank You for Your great love that continues from generation to generation! Thank You for the married couples in our Windsor Village Church Family. Thank You for encouraging and blessing our marriages. With our whole being we praise You. We rejoice in knowing that You are our God, and that we are the people You watch over and the flock under Your care. Thank You, Lord! We bless Your holy Name! We stand in awe of You and Your unfailing love for us. You are the Master who motivates our hearts toward all that is good. We acknowledge Your sovereignty over our marriages. We will sing a new song to You, Lord, for the wonderful deeds You have done. We shout with joy and worship You with gladness. We come before You singing with joy. You are the Lord, our Father, who made us and we are Yours!
Holy Spirit, as a Church Family, we expect You to lead us into all truth as it pertains to the covenant of marriage. We confess that our married couples are never subject to the spirit of fear; but they have power, love and self-discipline to help them keep their covenant pure. Lord, we confess that our husbands will live with their wives according to knowledge and they will cherish them as the manifested gift of God’s favor. We declare that our wives will honor their husbands and will adorn themselves as Sarah did, not with material elegance, but with a quiet and peaceful spirit which You love, Lord God. As a Church Family, we confess that our married couples will daily aspire to the greater love that Jesus personified and live a servant’s life before one another. We declare that they will provoke one another to good works and celebrate one another’s gifts. We confess that they will commit to encourage and build
39

one another up in the Lord!
Holy Spirit, help each spouse to keep a heart of unconditional love for their mate. Reveal creative ways for our married couples to love and enjoy each other. Heal wounds and hurts and rejoin marriages that seem to be walking down separate paths. Teach them to freely issue mercy and to forgive quickly without allowing grudges to form. Magnify the model of marriage through those who have healthy marriages, so that others are inspired and encouraged. Anoint their unity together as husbands and wives, so that their children will be given stability and assurance, and the unsaved will be given hope concerning the sanctity of marriage. Re-light the passion and fire for those who are struggling sexually and emotionally. When our married couples speak of one another, whether in public or private, please season their tongues with grace. Help our married couples to stay committed to truth and to cover one another’s weaknesses with unyielding love.

A Prayer for Persons with Renegade Blood Disorders
Scripture Reading:
Psalm 145:3-21, James 5:13-16
Reflections of the Heart:
Jesus personally carried our sins in His body on the cross, so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By His wounds (stripes), we are HEALED!
~ I Peter 2:24
Scriptural Prayer:
Righteous Father, we thank You, for sending Your Word to heal us, and for snatching us from the power of death. Thank You, Jesus, for shedding Your blood so that people may be healed. Thank You, Holy Spirit, for empowering the Word to provide healing when we speak it. Father, we praise and honor Your Name. Your Name is the Lord and we will rejoice before You. You have been our home through all generations. We praise You, Lord God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Lord, what a variety of things You have made. In wisdom, You have made them all. The earth is full of Your creatures.
List the names of persons who are battling with a renegade blood disorder. Now, declare this Word over their lives today and encourage them to trust the Lord: Healing Scriptures can be downloaded from https://www.kingdombuilders.com/ministries/prayer/ __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________
Immortal Father, we pray for all persons with renegade blood disorders such as Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), Sickle Cell Anemia, Lupus, Hypertension, and Hemophilia. Lord, today, we apply Your Word to these blood-related diseases and we are expecting miracles. Lord Jesus, You personally carried our sins in Your body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. Therefore, by Your wounds, (speak the names) are healed. According to the authority that You have given us to heal the sick and cast out demons, we command Your Word to be operative in the blood cells of every person who is experiencing blood disorders. Lord, we command
42

their blood circulatory systems to operate perfectly. We command their lungs, hearts and organs to function correctly as designed by You. We command their red blood cells to carry the appropriate oxygen throughout their bodies and their white blood cells to form a protective shield against all foreign bodies. Lord, we confess that as each person pays attention to Your Word, and lets it penetrate deep into their hearts, the Word will bring life to them and healing to their whole body. Lord, we are expecting their health to be restored. Yes Father, we are expecting miracles!
Holy Spirit, we ask You to touch the hearts of those persons who have not confessed Jesus Christ, to confess Him as their Savior and Lord. Please give strength to those who are weak, and increase power to those who have no might. Lord, please give wisdom to the practitioners who provide medical treatment. Regardless of their relationship with You, please work through them for the sake of those who are suffering. Holy Spirit, please remind those who are battling with their health to take Your Word daily; just as they would take their prescribed medicine. Remind them to eat healthy foods and to get the proper rest. Help those persons who are struggling with receiving help to accept the kindness of others. Holy Spirit, please help them to guard their hearts and minds from doubt and unbelief. Please give them comfort, and help them to walk by faith.
Loving Father, forgive all acts of sinfulness for those persons who are battling with renegade blood disorders. Please forgive the sins and iniquities of their forefathers. Forgive each person for worry, fear and for walking in doubt and disobedience. Forgive those who do not diligently seek after You. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind those persons with blood disorders of those they need to forgive and help them to forgive.
Holy Spirit, help those persons with blood disorders not to yield to temptation but deliver them from the evil one.
Lord, You are greater than we can understand. Your years cannot be counted. You draw up the water vapor and distill it into rain. Only You know where light comes from and where darkness goes. You direct the movement of the

Prayer Topic #13:
A Prayer for People Looking for Employment
Scripture Reading:
Psalm 47, Ezekiel 34:25-31
Reflections of the Heart:
God knows exactly what His children stand in need of. His Word is full of promises concerning His provision, protection and care for us. Stand on His promises as you, or those you know, look for employment and expect to receive the manifestation of those promises.
Scriptural Prayer:
Most Excellent Father, thank You for allowing Your children to dwell in the secret place under Your shadow. Thank You for being our refuge and fortress. You are a Mighty God! Thank You for meeting the needs of those who are currently unemployed. Thank You, Lord, for assuring us as Your children that our promotion does not come from any earthly source, but it is You alone who judges who will rise and who will fall. We rest and trust in You because this whole earth and those who dwell in it belong to You. With all that we are, we will praise You. We will never forget the good things that You do for us. Glory To Your Holy Name!
Brilliant Father, in Jesus’ Name, we command the doors of favor and opportunity for employment to open for our unemployed brothers and sisters! As a Church Family, we confess that as they seek Your Kingdom above all else and live righteously, You will give them everything they need. We decree that they will not be idle or lazy, wanting much, but doing little. No! They will be diligent and work hard, and will prosper. We declare that our unemployed will not be worried about anything. Instead, they will pray about everything and trust You to meet their needs. They will remain thankful for all You have done in their lives. Even when they are confronted with rejection or negative reports, they will remain confident that You are for them and they will not be fearful of what people will do to them. We confess that they will continually study Your Word and meditate on it day and night. As they do this, they will prosper and succeed in all that they do. We decree that Your favor will surround them as with a shield when they go for interviews. We confess that they will not lean to their own understanding, but as they acknowledge You in all of their ways, we trust that You will show

them which path to take as they continue to seek employment.
If you know someone who is unemployed or who wants new employment, write down their names and insert their names into this prayer: __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________
Holy Spirit, help our unemployed friends and family members (speak the names) to prepare themselves and enhance their skills so that they will be ready when opportunities present themselves. Help them to wait patiently on the Lord and trust Him to guide them to the job He has for them. Enlighten the eyes of their understanding to know their strengths and to find creative ways to highlight their resumes and job applications. Touch the hearts of those who are resistant to change and encourage them to look for new career opportunities. Remove fear and anxiety from their lives. Help (speak the names) to resist pride and to be humble and honest with those who will interview them. Show them how to use sound judgment as they weigh their job offers. Continue to supernaturally meet their day-to-day needs as they continue to pursue employment opportunities. When (speak the names) receive their new jobs, remind them to tithe and to honor You with their wealth and with the best part of everything they produce to show their gratitude to God, our Father.
Merciful Father, please forgive those who have failed to honor You in the workplace during their past employment. Forgive those who believe the world’s report more than Your report about their future. Forgive those for who have not honored You with tithes and offerings consistently. Father God, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind those who are seeking employment to forgive and help them to be quick to forgive.
Holy Spirit, help those who are seeking employment not to yield to temptation but deliver them from the evil one.

Omnipotent Lord, salvation and glory and power belong to You! You are the Lord Almighty who reigns. Summon Your might, O God and display Your power as You have in the past. As Your Name deserves, O God, You will be praised to the ends of the earth. Your strong right hand is filled with victory! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Prayer Topic #14:
A Prayer for Economic Development in Our Community
Scripture Reading:
Psalm 108, Genesis 41:47-57
Reflections of the Heart:
God believes in economic development. He wants a community to thrive and a nation to flourish. Psalm 33:12 states, “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people He has chosen as His own inheritance.”
Scriptural Prayer:
Almighty Father, we thank You that we have all that we need because You are our Shepherd. Thank You for providing for Your children, even in tough economic times. Thank You for being the source of our supply. We thank You for taking care of us and supplying all of our needs from Your glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus. Father, You created the heavens and the earth and everything in it. You give breath to everyone and life to everyone who walks the earth. We will praise Your mighty deeds, O Sovereign Lord. We will tell everyone that You alone are just. We praise You, Lord! Father God, we are joyful because we fear You, Lord, and delight in obeying Your commands. We are blessed to be Your children.
Heavenly Father, we expect business leaders in our community to honor Your Word and live by Your precepts. We command light to shine in the darkness for the Godly. We declare that they are generous, compassionate, and righteous. Good comes to those who lend money generously and conduct their business fairly. Such people will not be overcome by evil. Those who are righteous will be long remembered. During the current economic difficulties in our nation and around the world, we claim prosperity for our community. We decree that the merchants in our community will not fear bad news; they confidently trust You, Lord, to care for them. They are confident and fearless and can face their foes triumphantly. They share freely and give generously to those in need. Their good deeds will be remembered forever. They will have influence and honor. The wicked will see this and be infuriated. They will grind their teeth in anger; they will slink away, their hopes thwarted. Lord, we expect You to pour down His blessings upon our community. We decree that our land will yield its bountiful harvest. Father, we will support the businesses of the Godly men and women in our community.

Holy Spirit, remind me to support businesses in my community which are worthy of my patronage. Make a list of businesses in your community and begin to support them. __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________
Magnificent Father, touch the hearts of the people in our community to support the businesses. Help the business owners to establish fair and honest business practices so that the residents in our community will enjoy doing business with them. Show the owners and managers new and creative ways to increase their revenue without taking advantage of their customers. Convict the hearts of business owners in all communities who treat their employees and customers poorly. Holy Spirit, help the employees to be diligent, hard working individuals who will work as unto You instead of to man.
Righteous Father, forgive the business owners in our community for all acts of sinfulness. Forgive those who have not been diligent in seeking Your leadership for their businesses. Forgive those who do not trust in You and Your business principles; but lean on their own understanding. Forgive those who have compromised Your Word in order to make a profit. Forgive those who have not treated their employees and customers fairly. Forgive those who have not properly taken care of or shown respect for the community they live in. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind the business owners in our community of those they need to forgive and help them to be quick to forgive.
Holy Spirit, help the business owners in our community not to yield to temptation but deliver them from the evil one.
Almighty God, You are awesome in Your sanctuary. O God of Israel, You give power and strength to Your people. Sovereign Lord, You are great! You are robed with honor and majesty. You are the eternal King. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
