HOW TO USE THE POWER GUIDE  Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.  And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.     I John 5:14-15   The Power Guide is designed as a tool for study, reflection and prayer.  Each prayer is written based on the model of the Lord’s Prayer (see Matthew 6:9-13).     In order to maximize the use of your guide, please follow the listed instructions. 1. Set aside a few minutes each day to pray individually, with your family or prayer partner(s). Gradually build your prayer time with the Lord to at least thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes each day.  You can split up your prayer time, if necessary, and pray a few minutes in the morning and evening.  You choose the time of day that is good for you.  Find a comfortable place to pray and turn off any distractions.  If you have small children who need most of your attention, pray the daily prayer with them.  Let God’s Word saturate their hearing. 2. Refer to the Prayer Topic Calendar on page 5 for the specific prayer for the day.  Only pray for the prayer topic that is assigned to that day so that we are unified in our daily praying.  Please do not get ahead of the prayer for the day.  Before praying the “Scriptural Prayer,” first read the Scriptures listed for “Scripture Reading.” 3. Pray the assigned prayer out loud.  There is power in your verbal expression.  Parents, please encourage your children to pray their prayer topics in the Children’s Power Guide out loud.  Youth (ages 13-17) may use the Adult Power Guide. 4. These prayers are intended to be a springboard to help you with your prayerful conversations. Trust the Holy Spirit to help you to expand upon the prayer that you are praying for the day.  If you speak in tongues, please pray in tongues over each prayer topic.  Relax, listen and enjoy the Lord. 5. Record any reflections, revelations, or inspiration given by the Holy Spirit in the Prayer Expectation section at the end of the Power Guide. 6. Believe that the Lord is hearing your prayer and know in your heart that your praying will produce God’s results for the prayer topic you are praying for. 7. After praying, make your daily power confession by using the Daily Power Confessions located on page 22 in the back of your Power Guide.  When you speak God’s Word over your life, you activate the power of His Word to work in your life and produce God’s results for your life. Expect God’s Word to transform your life.  I also recommend that you speak the Power Confessions over your family. 8. Enjoy your time spent with the Lord and thank you for helping to implement God’s plans for our Church Family. God Bless You!   WV Leadership Team  4

Prayer Topic #1: A Prayer Regarding the Radical Redistribution of Wealth Scripture Reading: Psalm 113, Deuteronomy 8 Scriptural Prayer: Heavenly Father, we thank You for being our God. Thank You for our Pastors and Church Family. Father, we thank You for surrounding us with Your favor like a shield. Thank You for continuing to open doors of financial opportunity. We praise You with all of our hearts; we will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. Your reign is forever. You execute judgment from Your throne. You judge the world with justice and the people righteously. Father, Your righteousness reaches to the highest heavens. You have done wonderful things! Who can compare with You? Lord of Heaven’s Armies, let justice roll down like water, and righteousness like a mighty stream. By faith, we decree that Your Spirit remains among us, so we are not afraid. Lord, we receive the promise that You will fill our land with Your glory. As Your people, we confess that Your glory is upon us, and people will see and take special notice of our brightness. We are the seed of Abraham and blessed in all of our doings. Lord, today, we call forth the Radical Redistribution of Wealth into our land, so that we are lenders and not borrowers! We decree justice in our court-rooms, jobs that pay decent wages, education where all children actually learn and healthcare for everybody. Holy Spirit, as we receive economic wealth, help us to remember that it is the Lord who gives us the power to get wealth to fulfill His covenant. Remind us to be generous and to look for opportunities to be a financial blessing to someone else in need. Help us to walk in humility, meekness, love with longsuffering, gentleness and goodness. Empower us to not be afraid or intimidated by the world, nor be impressed by the appearance of its power and influence. Merciful Father, forgive us for all acts of sinfulness. Forgive those of us who fail to develop financial plans that include tithing and savings. Father, forgive those of us who do not pay our tithes from our allowances and help us get on track. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind us all of those we need to forgive and help us to be quick to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal names or faces of people that You may need to forgive. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in Your soul caused by unforgiveness.) Holy Father, help us all to not yield to temptation; but deliver us from the evil one. Sovereign Lord, You made the earth by the power of Your Word and preserve it by Your Wisdom. With Your own understanding, You stretched out the heavens. When You speak in the thunder, You announce that the heavens are filled with water. You cause the clouds to rise over the earth. You send the lightning with the rain and release the wind from Your storehouses. Holy, Holy, Holy are You the Lord of Heaven’s Armies; the whole earth is filled with Your glory! In Jesus Name, Amen. Prayer Topic #2: A Prayer of Healing During Covid, Cold and Flu Season Scripture Reading: Psalm 96, Isaiah 53:4-5 Scriptural Prayer: Righteous Father, we thank You for being Jehovah Rapha, the Lord God who heals. Thank You for keeping our bodies healthy. Thank You for strengthening our immune systems and helping us to ward off infections and viruses. Your Name is the Lord, we rejoice in Your presence. We praise You Lord, our Savior. We will always trust in Your unfailing love. We will praise You forever for what You have done for us. We will trust in Your Name in the presence of Your faithful people. Eternal Father, it is Your will that all will be well with us and that we are as healthy in our bodies as we are strong in our spirits. As we make You, our refuge and our shelter, no evil will conquer us, nor will any plague come near our homes. According to Your Word, when we call on You, You will answer us; You will be with us in trouble and will rescue and honor us. With long life You will satisfy us, and show us Your salvation. Father, we expect this Word to operate in our lives during the covid, cold and flu season. We declare that our immune systems are healthy and strong. We confess that we will do the practical things in the natural to protect ourselves including eating properly, getting the proper amount of rest and drinking plenty of water. We declare that we will take our vitamins and exercise so that our immune systems will not be compromised. We will wash our hands and maintain good hygiene practices. Holy Spirit, please strengthen the bodies of those whose immune systems have been compromised due to previous health challenges. Show them the necessary steps they need to take to protect themselves and their loved ones. Please protect all children and elderly and keep them safe from sickness and disease. Please show school teachers, day care center workers and parents how they can cut down on the transfer of covid, cold and flu germs among their students. Beloved Father, forgive us for not taking better care of our bodies. Forgive us for poor eating habits and lack of exercise which has resulted in compromised or diminished immune systems. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in your soul caused by unforgiveness.) Holy Spirit, help us all not to yield to temptation but deliver us from the evil one. Lord of Heaven’s Armies, You are the great God and the great King above all gods. We worship, bow down and kneel before You, Lord, our Maker. You are great and greatly to be praised. You are to be feared above all gods. All the gods of the peoples are idols, but You made the heavens. Honor and majesty are before You. Strength and beauty are in Your sanctuary. We recognize that You are glorious and strong. We give You the glory that You deserve! In Jesus’ Name, Amen. Prayer Topics #3: A Prayer for Our Families Scripture Reading: Psalm 145:1-13, I Samuel 10:9-16 Scriptural Prayer: Heavenly Father, we thank You for giving us dominion in the earth. Father, we thank You for our family relationships. We thank You for singles, the institution of marriage and parenthood. Lord, we thank You for fulfilling Your plans and purposes in our lives and for surrounding us with favor like a shield. Our souls honor You. You are great and Your power is absolute. Your understanding is beyond comprehension. We love You and exalt Your Holy Name. Out of the mouths of babes and infants, You have ordained strength. What is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of man that You visit him? Your mercy endures forever. Almighty Father, it is Your will that men and women marry and create new families. It is Your will that our families prosper and be in health as our souls prosper. We declare that our families live in peaceful habitations, in safe dwellings, and in quiet resting places. We declare that stability, salvation, love, wisdom and knowledge abide in each home. We confess that our husbands love their wives as Christ loves the church and wives respect their husbands. Our wives honor their husbands and accept the authority of their husbands. We decree that the children of the righteous will be successful everywhere and an entire generation of Godly people will be blessed. We confess that no weapon formed against our families will prosper. Glorious Father, we ask that You give our family members one heart and put a new spirit within all of us. Please unite our families closer together. Holy Spirit, empower married couples and single parents to be the priests, prophets, husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, providers, protectors and leaders of their homes. Help them to not provoke their children to anger, but to bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord. Holy Spirit, please help our singles to live with all Godliness and contentment, which is great gain. Father, open the lines of communication in our homes so that there is a good rapport in our families. Please keep our children and youth as the apples of Your eye and let Your favor surround them like a shield. Let Your peace, love and understanding reside in our families. Father, please forgive our families for all acts of sinfulness. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that You have committed). Holy Spirit, remind us of all those we need to forgive and help us to be quick to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal names or faces of people that You may need to forgive. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in Your soul caused by unforgiveness.) Holy Spirit, help us all not to yield to temptation but deliver us from the evil one. Sovereign Lord, You are Great; You are most worthy of praise! You are to be feared above all gods. Prayer Topic #4: A Prayer for U.S. Military Personnel Scripture Reading: Psalm 147, Romans 8:18-25 Scriptural Prayer Heavenly Father, we thank You for our U.S. Military personnel. We especially thank You for those men and women who sacrificed their lives to defend this nation. Thank You for being a Comforter, Provider and Protector for those family members of our U.S. Military Personnel. Lord, we praise and honor Your Name. You have been our home through all the generations. We praise You, the God of Israel, who lives from everlasting to everlasting. O Lord, what a variety of things You have made. In wisdom, You have made them all. The earth is full of Your creatures. Lord, You are a faithful, loving and compassionate God and we bless You. Righteous Father, we declare that You are the light and salvation of our military personnel; they will not be afraid. You are their fortress and their protection from danger; they will not tremble. We declare that any enemy or foe who comes to attack them will stumble and fall. We confess that our soldiers will trust in You with all of their hearts and they will not depend on their own understanding. They will seek Your will in all that they do, and we know that You will show them which path to take. We declare that our military personnel are blessed and highly favored. With the authority given to us, we cancel the assignment of anxiety, depression, anger, fear and confusion and declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper. We command God’s order to prevail within the Veteran Affairs system. Holy Spirit, please strengthen and encourage the family members of those Military Personnel who lost their lives in the line of duty. Meet the financial, emotional and relational needs of these families. Help the surviving spouse and children to access the benefits that are afforded to them. Holy Spirit, please comfort those children whose parent is deployed overseas. Calm their fears and remind them that God promised to never leave nor forsake them or their parent. Holy Spirit, we ask that You give our government officials the wisdom to release veteran benefits promptly. As a nation, help us to not overlook or discount the sacrifices our military veterans have made for the freedom of our nation. Forgiving Father, please forgive our active and inactive military personnel for their sins. Forgive our nation for hypocrisy, slander, greed, racism, injustice, elitism, hatred, and violence. Father, forgive the media for misrepresenting the truth. Father, forgive the Church for not praying consistently for our military personnel. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind our military of those they need to forgive and help them to be quick to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal names or faces of people that You may need to forgive. Holy Spirit, help our military personnel not to yield to temptation but deliver them from the evil one. Triumphant Lord, You reign. You dwell between the cherubim; let the earth be moved. You are great in Zion and high above all people. Your Name is so great and awesome. You are Holy. Yours is the Kingdom, the power and glory, forever. In Jesus’ Name, Amen. Thank You for Your healing power. Thank You, Lord, for declaring us overcomers by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony. Lord, we proclaim Your righteousness and praise all the day long. Your faithful love endures forever and Your mercies never cease. Great is Your faithfulness. Who can compare to You? We exalt Your Holy and Righteous Name. You are the Holy One of Israel who sent Jesus, our Lord and Savior, to redeem all humankind from the curse of the law of sin and death. Awesome Father, Your thoughts towards us are of peace and not evil, to give us a future and a hope. We believe that it is Your will that we live free from all diseases. Lord, by the authority given to us, we declare that the infirmity of cancer with its many forms and common types are destroyed, in Jesus’ Name. We command the primary abnormally deformed cell to die at its root. We command the increased production of healthy cells to destroy renegade cells. Lord, as a Church Family, we declare that our members who have been diagnosed with cancer will not die; but live to tell what You have done. Lord, as a king of the King and a lord of the Lord, I command the Kingdom domain of healing to manifest in the body of those with a diagnosed cancer. Holy Spirit, please reveal the cure for cancer. We ask You to increase the wisdom and knowledge of medical researchers as they perform cancer studies. We ask You to strengthen those persons who are being treated for cancer. Increase their endurance and patience. Holy Spirit, comfort and strengthen their family members. Help their family members to walk in love, peace, patience and faith. Destroy any triggers that would create cancerous cells in our bodies. Lord, help us to break poor eating and sleeping habits. Remind us to exercise, eat healthy and get enough sleep. Touch our society to promote healthy lifestyle practices. Loving Father, we ask You to forgive the sins of those diagnosed with cancer. Forgive us all for unhealthy lifestyles and habits. Forgive us for not being good stewards of neither our bodies nor our children’s. Forgive us for holding grudges, unforgiveness, resentment, and embedded anger. Holy Spirit, remind those who have been diagnosed with cancer to forgive and help them to be quick to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal names or faces of people that You may need to forgive. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in Your soul caused by unforgiveness.) Thank you for teaching us that everything is possible for those who believe. We praise You Lord, because You are Almighty God. Your works are wonderful and we know that full well. You are great, and Your Name is full of power. Almighty Father, as Kingdom citizens, we declare that we will see Your glory and Your miracles in this ministry and our families. We confess that You are making us more and more like You as we are changed into Your glorious image. We will see Your glory Lord, and we will not lose heart because we believe we will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Just as the angels, by the miraculous power of God, released Peter from prison as the believers were praying, we too will pray earnestly and expect the prayers of the righteous to be powerful and effective for Pastor Kirbyjon and the Windsor Village Church Family. Now all glory to You, Lord, because You are able through Your mighty power to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. We believe that You will faithfully answer our prayers with awesome deeds. Holy Spirit, help us to remain in faith as we pray and wait for Your miraculous intervention to be made evident in the earth concerning Pastor Kirbyjon. Help us to seek the Father when we feel discouraged or frustrated. Help us to remember that if it seems slow in coming, we should wait patiently, for it will surely take place. Remind us that the Father causes everything to work together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Help us to remain faithful, steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord. Keep our feet firmly planted on the ground. Remind us to keep a Kingdom perspective in all that we do. Faithful Father, forgive us for being doubtful, impatient, and judgmental. Forgive us for murmuring and complaining while we wait for manifestation in our lives and our church family. Prayer Topic #7: A Prayer Regarding Racism in the United States Scripture Reading: Psalms 34:1-22; Deuteronomy 10:17 Scriptural Prayer: Magnificent Father, Creator of heaven and earth and everything therein, we praise You, and love You. Lord, we thank You for allowing us to live in the United States of America, a nation where we can freely worship You. We thank You that we are also free to lift our voices in protest as we deal with systemic racism, injustice and police oppression. We are thankful that people from all races and walks of life are now uniting and making their voices heard for the cause of justice and righteousness. We thank You for Your Son, Jesus Christ, who walked the earth and gave us an example of how to treat one another. Heavenly Father, You created human beings in Your own image, male and female. And, Lord Jesus, You instructed that the most important commandment is that we love the Lord, our God with all our hearts, souls, minds and strength. A second commandment is equally important: that we love our neighbors as we love ourselves. Our government and judicial systems have also routinely supported the use of excessive force by police, especially against Black people, in “protecting” the privileged. Even people who profess Jesus as their Lord and Savior have supported racism in America as systemic injustice protected their power and privilege. Father, Your Word says we all are one in Christ Jesus. Father, cleanse the people of the United States from the sin of racism, so we can show sincere love to one another as brothers and sisters in Christ. Help our national and local governmental, business and pastoral leaders not to be wise in their own eyes, but to seek Your wisdom and allow You to direct their paths as they create sweeping reforms that will dismantle systemic racism and police brutality. Father, we pray that You will spur the Body of Christ to lead in demonstrating Your love, as our nation works to identify and replace racism and oppression with Your justice and righteousness. Lord Jesus, forgive our nation’s leaders and citizens for all sinfulness. Forgive us, as a nation, for not always acknowledging You and Your righteousness. Forgive those who do not consult with You about governing our country and misusing the laws of this land. Forgive the Body of Christ for treating Your Word as if parts of it are optional, that we can pick and choose which scriptures apply to us. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in Your soul caused by unforgiveness.) Holy Spirit, help us all not to yield to temptation but deliver us from the evil one. How great are You, O Lord! Your power is absolute! Your understanding is beyond comprehension! You are mighty, but You do not despise anyone! You are mighty in both power and understanding. Power and might are in Your hand, and at Your discretion, people are made great and given strength. In the mighty and wonderful Name of Your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord, we pray. Amen. Scripture References for the Written Text: Psalms 34:1-22; Deuteronomy 10:17; Genesis 1:27; Matthew 22:36-40; Galatians 3:28; Colossians 1:13; Proverbs 3:6-7; Acts 26:18; Romans 13:1-2; Matthew 6:13; Psalm 147:5; Job 36:5; I Chronicles 29:12 13

Prayer Topic #8: A Prayer for Pastor Kirbyjon Caldwell and Family Scripture Reading: Psalm 47, Psalm 128 Scriptural Prayer: Heavenly Father, we thank You for appointing Pastor Kirbyjon Caldwell to The Windsor Village Church Family. Thank You for blessing us with his 39 plus years of visionary leadership and ministry, which have successfully transformed a community and improved the lives of thousands of people. Thank You for guiding, healing, and continuing to protect his family. Lord, You are our Good Shepherd, our High Priest. You are an awesome God. You are great and deserving of praise. Lord, in Your presence, we are glad and filled with joy. The Windsor Village Church Family will praise Your works to one another and shall declare Your mighty acts. Almighty Father, Your Word says that those who fear You and delight in obeying Your commands will be joyful. In obedience, we can be assured that Pastors Caldwell and family will be blessed in the city and in the fields. Lord, we expect that You will cause every enemy who rises one way against Pastor Caldwell and his family to be defeated and flee seven ways. Father, not for our sake, but for Your Name’s sake, show Your glory, merciful love and faithfulness toward The Windsor Village Church Family. We trust in You, our helper and our shield. In faith, we know that You are the Lord who remembers us and will bless our Church Family. Holy Spirit, help us not to forget Your benefits, including forgiving all our iniquities and healing all our wounds. We ask that You will command Your favor in the hearts of those persons and systems connected to Pastor Kirbyjon. Surround him with peace and cause his composure to be undisturbed. Protect our Pastor, keep him in good health and guard against the disrespect of people. Please help Pastor Suzette to maintain balance in her life as she leads the Church Family. Give her your wisdom, knowledge, understanding and love to move us forward in our Kingdom Building ministry. Father, You are our God and we trust in You. Let our armor of faith and love protect us and keep our focus on You. Merciful Father, forgive us for not being steadfast in praying for our Pastor and his family. Forgive those in our Church Family for speaking ill against our Pastors and rebelling against their teachings. Forgive those who gossip, murmur, complain, and whine. Please forgive our Pastor and family for any acts of sinfulness. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind our Pastor and family to forgive each other and other people, and please help them to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal names or faces of people that You may need to forgive. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in Your soul caused by unforgiveness.) Prayer Topic #9: A Prayer for Caregivers Scripture Reading: Psalm 99, I Corinthians 13 Scriptural Prayer: Worthy Father, we praise Your wonderful Name. Thank You for those in our Church Family who have assumed the responsibility as caregiver for a parent or relative. Thank You for Your sufficient grace which is given to each of them daily. Thank You for working in them and giving them the desire and power to do what pleases You. We are grateful for their willingness to model Jesus in the way that they give up their lives to meet the needs of others. We delight in obeying Your commands. Holy Father, we confess that in Your unsearchable wisdom, You have graced the caregivers in our Church Family. We declare that they will not get tired of doing good; but that they will persevere until the appointed time for them to reap their harvest of blessing. They will remain strong and courageous; confident that the sacrifices they are making will be rewarded. Lord, no matter how challenging the task, they will do everything without complaining or arguing so that no one can criticize them. As they do this, they will shine like bright lights in a world full of crooked and perverse people. We declare that from Your glorious, unlimited resources, You, our Father, will empower them with inner strength through the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, give comfort to those who spend their lives comforting others. Lord, for those who are now parenting a parent or guardian, please help them to process this role reversal and give them the strength and wisdom to handle this change without disrespecting their parent or guardian. Remind them that the Father sees their sacrifices and He will reward them. Encourage them to not neglect their mental and physical health and help them to find healthy, holy ways to relax. Lord, please help the caregivers to not grow resentful or angry; but that they trust that You will take care of both them and the loved one they are caring for. Remove those who are abusive and mean-spirited. As a Church Family, show us how we can support the caregivers among us. Gracious Father, forgive those of us who take caregivers for granted. Forgive those who are caregivers for succumbing to anger and frustration when they should be patient and tenderhearted. Forgive those caregivers for murmuring and complaining, and for being inconsiderate. Forgive those who may have been negligent and lazy while caring for others. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind our caregivers of those they need to forgive and help them to be quick to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal names or faces of people that You may need to forgive. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in Your soul caused by unforgiveness.) Holy Spirit, help our caregivers not to yield to temptation but deliver them from the evil one. O Holy One of Israel, You are King! Let the nations tremble. You sit on Your throne between the cherubim. Let the whole earth quake! You sit in majesty in Jerusalem, exalted above all the nations. We exalt You and bow low before Your feet, for You are holy! In Jesus’ Name, Amen. Prayer Topic #10: A Prayer for the Singles in the Windsor Village Church Family Scripture Reading: Psalm 84, Luke 11:9-13 Scriptural Prayer: Marvelous Father, we thank You for the single members of our Windsor Village Church Family. Thank You for the plans and purposes that You have for their lives. Thank You for reminding our singles that they are complete in You. We give thanks to You and we sing praises to You, O Most High. It is good for us to proclaim Your unfailing love in the morning and Your faithfulness in the evening, accompanied by the ten-stringed harp and the melody of the lyre. Great is Your faithfulness. Your mercies are fresh every morning. Faithful Father, You have been gracious to our singles and it is Your will that they are always joyful, ceaseless in prayer, and thankful in all circumstances. In Jesus’ Name, we declare that our singles are free from the power of sin and have become slaves of God. They do only those things that lead to holiness and result in eternal life. We declare that wisdom will enter their hearts and knowledge will fill them with joy. Wise choices will watch over them and understanding will keep them safe. We confess that our singles love You, therefore, they will not team up with those who are unbelievers, neither will they partner with those who practice wickedness. Holy Spirit, help the singles in our Church Family to strip off every weight that slows them down; especially the sin that so easily trips them up. Teach them to run with endurance the race God has set before them. Search them, O God, and know their hearts. Should they ever become discouraged, remind them that if You are for them, who can ever be against them? Holy Spirit, help them to process any pain from their past and lead them to connect with those who are anointed and assigned to help them walk out their destiny. Compassionate Father, forgive our singles collectively and individually for the sinful acts that they have committed against You. Forgive them for not acknowledging You in all their ways. Forgive them for times when they have lost sight of who they are in Christ Jesus. Merciful Father, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind our singles of those they need to forgive and help them to be quick to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal names or faces of people that You may need to forgive. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in Your soul caused by unforgiveness.) Merciful King, help our singles not to yield to temptation; but deliver them from the evil one. Almighty God, You alone are God. You are the First and the Last. It was Your hand that laid the foundations of the earth; Your right hand that spread out the heavens above. When You call out the stars, they all appear in order. O Lord, the God of our ancestor Israel, may You be praised forever and ever! Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens and on earth is Yours, O Lord, and this is Your Kingdom. In Jesus’ Name, Amen. Thank You for providing for Your children, even in tough economic times. Thank You for being the source of our supply. Help the business owners to establish fair and honest business practices so that the residents in our community will enjoy doing business with them. Show the owners and managers new and creative ways to increase their revenue without taking advantage of their customers. Righteous Father, forgive the business owners in our community for all acts of sinfulness. Forgive those who have not been diligent in seeking Your leadership for their businesses. Thank You, Jesus, for shedding Your blood so that people may be healed. Thank You, Holy Spirit, for empowering the Word to provide healing when we speak it. Father, we praise and honor Your Name. Your Name is the Lord and we will rejoice before You. Lord, what a variety of things You have made. In wisdom, You have made them all. The earth is full of Your creatures. Immortal Father, we pray for all persons with renegade blood disorders such as Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), Sickle Cell Anemia, Lupus, Hypertension, and Hemophilia. Lord, today, we apply Your Word to these blood-related diseases and we are expecting miracles. Lord Jesus, You personally carried our sins in Your body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. According to the authority that You have given us to heal the sick, Lord, we command their red blood cells to carry the appropriate oxygen throughout their bodies and their white blood cells to form a protective shield against all foreign bodies. Lord, we are expecting their health to be restored. Yes Father, we are expecting miracles! Holy Spirit, we ask You to touch the hearts of those persons who have not confessed Jesus Christ, to confess Him as their Savior and Lord. Please give wisdom to the practitioners who provide medical treatment. Holy Spirit, please remind those who are battling with their health to take Your Word daily; just as they would take their prescribed medicine. Remind them to eat healthy foods and to get the proper rest. Holy Spirit, please help them to guard their hearts and minds from doubt and unbelief. Please give them comfort, and help them to walk by faith. Loving Father, forgive all acts of sinfulness for those persons who are battling with renegade blood disorders. Please forgive the sins and iniquities of their forefathers. Forgive each person for worry, fear and for walking in doubt and disobedience. Forgive those who do not diligently seek after You. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind those persons with blood disorders of those they need to forgive and help them to forgive. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in your soul caused by unforgiveness.) Holy Spirit, help those persons with blood disorders not to yield to temptation but deliver them from the evil one. Lord, You are greater than we can understand. Your years cannot be counted. You draw up the water vapor and distill it into rain. Only You know where light comes from and where darkness goes. Prayer Topic #13: A Prayer for Mature Adults Scripture Reading: Psalm 16:5-11, Titus 2:1-5 Scriptural Prayer: Gracious Father, we thank You for our mature adults. Thank You for blessing each day of their lives. Thank You for blessing them with an abundance of Your wisdom and knowledge. Thank You for providing for their spiritual, emotional, financial and physical needs. Loving Father, we praise Your Name. We praise You because You are good. You are righteous in everything that You do; You are filled with kindness. You are close to all who call upon You in truth. You grant the desires of those who fear You; You hear their cries for help and rescue them. We praise You, Lord; may everyone on earth bless Your holy Name forever and ever. Eternal Father, we confess that the older men in our Church Family will exercise self-control, are worthy of respect and live wisely. We declare that our mature women are honorable and righteous. Instead, we confess that they will teach others what is good. We decree that our mature adults are models of God’s strength and faithfulness and they will teach our younger adults to respect authority and live wisely. We declare that our mature adults will continue to flourish like palm trees and grow strong like the cedars of Lebanon. Even in old age, they will still produce fruit and remain vital and green. Holy Spirit, we know that some of our mature adults are lonely; please help us as a Church Family to reach out to them and surround them with the love of the Father. Impress upon their family members to come and visit them and spend quality time with them. Lord, mature adults have worked hard all of their lives and some of them have seen their retirement funds depleted. Please open up new revenue streams so that they will not have to struggle or go without financially. Father, protect them from those who would try to prey upon them with get-rich-quick schemes, unnecessary mediation, predatory loans or any other schemes to steal from them. Increase their discernment and wisdom when they make decisions, especially where their health and finances are concerned. Remind our younger generations to regard our mature adults with honor and respect. Merciful Father, forgive us as a nation for disregarding and disrespecting our mature adults. Forgive us for viewing mature adults as feeble and disposable. Forgive those individuals who do not check on or intentionally do not spend time with their older relatives. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind our mature adults of those they need to forgive and help them to be quick to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal names or faces of people that you may need to forgive. As He reveals them, say “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in your soul caused by unforgiveness.) Holy Spirit, remind our mature adults not to yield to temptation but deliver them from the evil one. Triumphant Lord, there is no one like You! You are great, and Your Name is full of power. Who would not fear You, O King of the nations? That title belongs to You alone! All glory majesty, power and authority are Yours before all time, and in the present, and beyond all time. In Jesus’ Name, Amen. Scripture References for the Written Text: Psalm 135:1,3,5,13, Psalm 145:17,19,21, Titus 2:2-5, Ephesians 5:25, Psalm 92:12,14, Proverbs 3:5, Matthew 6:13, Jeremiah 10:6-7 19

We rejoice in knowing that You are our God, and that we are the people You watch over and the flock under Your care. Thank You, Lord! We bless Your holy Name! We stand in awe of You and Your unfailing love for us. We acknowledge Your sovereignty over our marriages. We shout with joy and worship You with gladness. We come before You singing with joy. You are the Lord, our Father, who made us and we are Yours! Holy Spirit, we expect You to lead them into all truth as it pertains to the covenant of marriage. We confess that our married couples are never subject to the spirit of fear; but they have power, love and self-discipline to help them keep their covenant pure. Lord, we confess that our husbands will live with their wives, cherishing them as the manifested gift of God’s favor. We declare that our wives will honor their husbands and maintain a quiet and peaceful spirit which You love, Lord God. We confess that our married couples will provoke one another to good works and celebrate one another’s gifts. We confess that they will commit to encourage and build one another up in the Lord! Holy Spirit, help each spouse to keep a heart of unconditional love for their mate. Reveal creative ways for our married couples to love and enjoy each other. Heal wounds and hurts and rejoin marriages that seem to be walking down separate paths. Teach them to freely issue mercy and to forgive quickly without allowing grudges to form. Magnify the model of marriage through those who have healthy marriages, so that others are inspired and encouraged. Help our married couples to stay committed to truth and to cover one another’s weaknesses with unyielding love. Holy Father, forgive our married couples for being too stubborn to offer grace and mercy to their spouses when they should have. Forgive those who have neglected their commitment to their spouse, sexually, emotionally and relationally. Where those couples have grown cold-hearted, make their hearts tender toward their spouses. Forgive them for the times they’ve become so distracted with the cares of this world that they have neglected their responsibility to one another. Father, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind our married couples of those they need to forgive and help them to be quick to forgive. Thank You for Your Word, which is a lamp to guide our feet and a light for our path. Thank You for giving us the Holy Spirit who guides us into all truth. We love You, Lord. You are our strength. You are our rock, our fortress, and our savior. You are our rock, in whom we find protection. Father, Your way is perfect. You have given us your shield of victory. You have made a wide path for our feet to keep us from slipping. Loving Father, we declare that we will put our total trust in You. We confess that we will obey Your instructions, to not deviate from them and expect to be successful in everything we do. We will pay attention to what You say and listen carefully to Your words. We will allow them to penetrate deep into our hearts, for they bring life and healing to our whole body. We have confessed the Lord Jesus Christ and He has saved us. Therefore, we listen for Your voice and seek Your wisdom in our daily decisions. When we need wisdom about anything, we will not be afraid or ashamed to ask because we know You to be a generous God. You will give us the guidance and direction we need. We confess that when we ask, we will be sure that our faith is in You alone. We will not waver, bouncing between You and this world’s way of doing things. Holy Spirit, You alone know the mind of the Father. Lead us as believers along the path of everlasting life. Help us to refrain from regret and teach us to hide Your Word in our hearts that we might not sin against You. Give us the courage to trust You to guide our lives. Help us not to copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let the Father transform us into a new person by changing the way we think. Then we will learn to know His will for us, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Guard our hearts from pride and rebellion so that we do not cut ourselves off from Your life-giving truth. Faithful Father, forgive us for not always seeking Your Kingdom above all else and sometimes failing to live righteously. Forgive us for times when we have grieved the Holy Spirit with our willful disobedience. Forgive us for not always being the best examples for those who may be spiritually immature to follow. Forgive us for making decisions according to our own desires and understanding. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that You have committed).
