THE SPRING FEASTS SUMMARY And the Lord spoke to Moses saying, “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: the feasts of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are My feasts.” Leviticus 23:1- The Spring Feasts consist of four festivals: Passover, The Feast of Unleavened Bread, The Feast of Firstfruits and Pentecost (The Feast of Weeks). These feasts are extremely important because they teach us to honor God for who He is and for what He has done for us. In addition, they teach us about God’s plan for humankind and how He powerfully intervenes in human affairs! Revelation 21:3 says “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God, Himself will be with them and be their God.” PASSOVER Passover begins at sundown, April 22 through sundown, April 23. This feast celebrates the Israelites’ deliverance from Egypt through Moses and humanity’s deliverance from sin and death through Jesus Christ. Passover is observed through the Passover Seder Meal. The Passover Seder Meal is a family gathering established by God to celebrate the liberation of Israel from Egyptian captivity and humanity’s redemption from sin and death. It is a celebration meal to be shared by family members and friends. The Church Family Seder Meal will be held on Monday, April 22 in our homes. For further information, visit www.kingdombuilders.com. THE FEAST OF UNLEAVENED BREAD Exodus 12:14-20 and Leviticus 23:5-8 explains the origin and purpose of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. The Feast of Unleavened Bread begins the day after Passover and continues for seven days (sundown, April 23– sundown, April 30). The observance of the Feast of Unleavened Bread is a symbol of our commitment to turn toward righteousness and turn away from sin. During this weeklong feast, nothing with leaven in it may be eaten. Abstaining from leavened bread for seven days is symbolic of God’s people separating themselves from sin and turning towards a holy relationship with the Lord. The Lord requires us to clean our homes of any food products that contain leaven, yeast, baking powder, baking soda, or sodium bicarbonate. Foods with leaven include breads, cereals, cakes, pies, crackers, and soups. Read the labels on all of your foods, especially in the pantry and freezer. A list of foods containing leaven is listed on pages Things You Need to Know The Feast of Unleavened Bread begins at sundown, April 23 and ends at sundown, April 30. During this month, begin to clear your home of food products containing leaven. The only bread to be eaten during this Feast is matzah or bread without yeast. All believers are to bring a sacrificial offering each day beginning sundown, April 23 through sundown, April 30. You may bring your offering to The KBC dropbox, use the mobile app, give online, text: GIVE & your dollar amount to 713-322-7711 or mail to: WVUMC Attention: Claudia Stubblefield 6011 West Orem Drive Houston, Texas 77085 www.kingdombuilders.com Please note: These offerings are not your tithe. They are separate and in addition to your tithe. 4

THE FEAST OF FIRSTFRUITS The word firstfruits means “a promise to come.” On the day of Firstfruits, the Church Family will bring a special offering to the Lord. This offering will represent the firstfruits of any financial income since the Feast of Tabernacles which was held October 2023. In Leviticus 23:9-14, the first crops of the barley harvest were offered to God as an offering of thanksgiving for the promise of an abundant harvest. This offering, lifted up to the Lord, is called the early firstfruits. In I Corinthians 15:23, Jesus is considered the firstfruit of the harvest of all who have died in him. This Feast was fulfilled when Jesus rose from the dead and ascended into heaven. For Christians, this feast is important because it celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ! Things You Need to Know The Feast of Firstfruits begins at sundown April 27, and ends at sundown April 28. You may bring your offering to The KBC dropbox, use the mobile app, give online, text: GIVE & your dollar amount to 713-322-7711 or mail. You determine the amount of this special offering, symbolizing your thanksgiving to God for providing the “early” spring harvest. The “latter” spring harvest will occur during Pentecost. The firstfruit offering is not your tithe. It is separate and in addition to your tithe. THE FEAST OF PENTECOST The Feast of Pentecost celebrates the giving of the Ten Commandments in the Old Testament and the Holy Spirit in the New Testament. This feast is to be filled with joy and thanksgiving for God’s bountiful blessings of the harvest. During the celebration of Pentecost, believers will bring the firstfruits of any financial income since the Passover. This offering is called the latter firstfruit offering and symbolizes our thanksgiving to God for providing the “latter” spring harvest. Things You Need to Know • Pentecost begins at sundown on June 11 and ends at sundown on June 13. • We will have a Dunamis Night of Miracles, Healing, and Deliverance on Wednesday, June 12 at 7 p.m. at the KBC.The Church Family will offer its latter firstfruits during this special service. • Prepare to offer your latter firstfruit offering during Pentecost Celebration. This is a special offering from any financial income since the Passover Festivals. If you are unable to meet God’s appointed time, you may bring your offering to The KBC dropbox, use the mobile app, give online, text: GIVE & your dollar amount to 713-322-7711 or mail. “God’s Holy Days” As our Church Family prepares to celebrate the Spring Feasts, consider scheduling the following days off from work. In Leviticus 23, God instructs the Israelites to “do no customary work” on specific days associated with the feasts because He considers them Holy Days. The general interpretation of “no customary work” is taking the day off from your job or any activity that contributes to your income. Any work that is done in preparation for the feast is acceptable. The Lord understands if you have to work, but if you can, take the day off to enjoy the Lord and your family. 5

Remember all Holy days begin at sundown the evening before the calendar day listed. • Passover begins at sundown, April 22 through sundown, April 23. • The Feast of Unleavened Bread begins the day after Passover and continues for seven days (sundown, April 23 – sundown, April 30). • The Feast of Firstfruits begins at sundown, April 27 and ends at sundown, April 28. • The Feast of Pentecost begins sundown, June 11 and ends at sundown, June 13 References: A Family Guide to the Biblical Holidays by Robin Sampson & Linda Pierce The Messianic Church Arising by Dr. Robert Heidler The Jewish Holidays: A Guide and Commentary by M. It is a celebration meal to be shared by family members and friends. The Church Family Seder Meal will be on Monday, April 22 in our home. If you are hosting The Seder at your home, you can download the guide at kingdombuilders.com. Preparing for the Feast of the Unleavened Bread The observance of the Feast of Unleavened Bread offers us an intentional time to “spring clean” our lives. Explain to your friends and family that as we celebrate Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread, we ask God for the power to choose a life not dominated by sin and live in the freedom found in obedience to His Kingdom ways. LET’S GET THE LEAVEN OUT! You may eat leavened products until sundown, April 23. However, please begin to remove them from your home (by eating or discarding them). On Monday, April 22, conduct a final inspection of your home for any leavened products. Traditionally, the head of the household does this final inspection. By sundown on the evening of April 23, all leavened products should 6

absolutely be out of your home and not eaten for the next seven (7) days. You may begin to purchase and consume them again after sundown on April 30. I. What is Leaven? Leaven is yeast or any “fermenting” substance used to make dough or other foods rise or sour. Some yeast derivatives are added to foods for flavor or nutritional purposes. The rules of leavening also apply to foods prepared from five types of grain: barley, wheat, rye, oats and spelt. Removing food products that contain leaven (yeast, baking soda, baking powder, sodium bicarbonate, autolyzed yeast, & yeast extract) has its roots in ancient Passover preparation. Thirty days before the Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread, the women of every household began removing all leaven (known as “chametz” in Hebrew) from their homes. Removing leaven is a spiritual as well as a physical cleansing. Jesus spoke of leaven as a symbol of sin in the gospels (i.e., Luke 12:1), and the apostle Paul did likewise in I Corinthians 5:6-8. II. Instructions for Removing Leavened Food Products Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread. On the first day you shall remove leaven from your houses. For whoever eats leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that person shall be cut off from Israel. On the first day there shall be a holy convocation, and on the seventh day there shall be a holy convocation for you. No manner of work shall be done on them; but that which everyone must eat-- that only may be prepared by you. So you shall observe the Feast of Unleavened Bread, for on this same day I will have brought your armies out of the land of Egypt. Therefore, you shall observe this day throughout your generations as an everlasting ordinance. In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at evening, you shall eat unleavened bread until the twenty-first day of the month at evening. For seven days no leaven shall be found in your houses, since whoever eats what is leavened, that same person shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel, whether he is a stranger or a native of the land. You shall eat nothing leavened; in all your dwellings you shall eat unleavened bread. Exodus 12: 15-19 (NKJV) The Lord requires us to clean our homes of any food products that contain any kind of leaven: yeast, baking powder, baking soda, sodium bicarbonate, autolyzed yeast, or yeast extract. Also, traditionally most foods that contain wheat, barley, rye, oats, or spelt, except for matzah, are refrained from during Passover, as they are often processed in mills where leaven is present. Foods with leaven include most breads, cereals, cakes, pies, crackers, and soups. Read the labels on all of your foods, especially in the pantry and freezer. You may be surprised about the foods that contain leaven. It is easy to identify packaged foods that are usable during the Feast of Unleavened Bread by looking for product packages bearing one of these symbols: or “OU Kosher for Passover. Here is a suggested leavening removal guide. Try to eat these foods during this removal time period: March 24 – March 30: All foods containing leaven or the 5 forbidden grains. March 31 – April 6: All canned goods containing leaven or the 5 forbidden grains. April 7 – April 13: All cereal products containing leaven or the 5 forbidden grains. April 14 – April 20: All bread, crackers, and pastry products containing leaven or the 5 forbidden grains. 7

April 21 – April 22: All seasonings, sauces, and condiments containing leaven or the 5 forbidden grains. Sundown, April 23: All leavened products should be out of the home. The general idea is to symbolize a purified life in Jesus by “eating clean” for the 7 days of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. This diet is also a healthier way to eat. III. Here are some examples of foods to keep in your home: All fresh fruits, vegetables, 100% fruit juices, milk, eggs, unflavored nuts, peas, beans, rice, quinoa, matzah, good quality meats, and packaged foods with the or “OU Kosher for Passover” symbols. Most major grocery stores in the Houston area now have a Kosher food section. Example of Kosher for Passover product labels: Warning: While many items marked Parve or Pareve (meaning “neutral”) may be kosher for Passover, not all items are. Please read the package label and ingredients carefully. Here are some examples of items you should remove from your home. Accent ® Seasoning Alcoholic beverages Baker’s yeast Bakery products (i.e. bagels, donuts, cookies, cakes) Bread of all kinds Breaded fish/chicken/meat Brewer’s yeast Most catsup. Read the label! Cheeses & Processed Cheese Spread All Crackers (Saltine, Wheat Thins, etc.) Doritos & flavored chips Aged and fermented products Wheat Flour, all kinds Bottled water with minerals (it contains Sodium Bicarbonate) Lipton® Noodles and Sauce Malted/barley products Pasta products Pizza Pretzels Pringles® Ramen noodles Some sausage contains grain fillers and/or yeast derivatives. Soy sauce Stuffing mix All cereal products (that contain oats, wheat, barley, rye, or spelt.) Some smoked and cured meats. Please read the label. Some curing and artificial smoking processes use yeast extract! 8

Again, if in doubt, ask the following questions: 1. Does this food or drink contain any leavening agents? Yeast or yeast derivatives? Baking soda or baking powder? Was yeast (or any other leavening agent) involved in the process of making this food? NOTE: ALL fermented foods/drinks are NOT allowable during Passover, except that which is specifically labeled as kosher for Passover. 2. Does this food or drink contain any wheat (except matzah or matzah products), barley, rye, oats, or spelt? If the answer to either of these questions is "yes," then that food is NOT allowable during the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Examples of Passover Food Alternatives: I NORMALLY EAT… DURING PASSOVER I CAN EAT… Bread, Saltine Crackers, Rolls, Cornbread, Wheat Tortilla Chips, Oatmeal Matzah, Plain Corn Chips, Plain Potato Chips, Rice Cakes, Rice Cereal (Rice Chex or commercial hot rice cereals that do not contain malted barley) Chicken Noodle Soup Kosher for Passover Matzah Ball Soup French Toast or Pancakes Matzah Brie, Recipe: http://www.jewfaq.org/kfpfood.htm#Brie Chicken Nuggets Baked chicken strips, or chicken pieces rolled in matzah meal or potato flour and baked. Feast of Firstfruits On the day of Firstfruits, believers will bring the firstfruits of any financial increase received since the Feast of Tabernacles (October 2023). The firstfruit offering, called the early firstfruit, is not your tithe or regular offering. It is separate and in addition to your tithe. You determine the amount of this special offering, symbolizing your thanksgiving to God for providing the “early” spring harvest. You may bring your offering to The KBC, use the mobile app, Connection Center Kiosk, give online or by mail. II. Counting the Omer The daily “counting of the omer” will begin on the evening of April 6th. (See: https://www.chabad.org/holidays/sefirah/omer-calendar_cdo/jewish/Omer-Calendar.htm). • See the Omer Calendar in the April Prayer guide. • After marking off the day, pray the following blessing with your children until the 50th day, “We praise You, O Lord our God, King of the Universe, who has sanctified us by Jesus Christ, our eternal Redeemer and Savior, and commanded us to count the Omer. By faith, we wait with joyful hearts to celebrate the sending of Your Holy Spirit.” • Remember to count the omer beginning at sundown, April 23. Preparing for Pentecost (Feast of Weeks) III. Pentecost During the celebration of Pentecost, believers will bring the firstfruits of any income received since the Passover festivals. This offering is called the latter firstfruit offering. It is separate and in addition to your tithe. You determine the amount of this special offering, symbolizing your thanksgiving to God for providing the “latter” spring harvest. On Sunday, at the June 9 worship service, we will present our latter firstfruit offering to the Lord at our Pentecost Worship Celebration. This is a special offering from any financial income since the Passover Festivals. If you are unable to meet God’s appointed time, you may bring your offering to The KBC, use the mobile app, give online, text: GIVE & your dollar amount to 713-322-7711 or mail. IV. Pentecost Celebration Activities • It is tradition to eat dairy products during Pentecost because the law was compared to milk and honey. When the Israelites were awaiting the arrival of their new commandments and were unsure as to what their new dietary laws would be, they ate only dairy products and vegetables. Eating cheesecake and blintzes is a particular favorite during this feast. • Decorate your home with flowers and greenery, which represent the latter spring harvest and the Law as a “tree of life.” • Read the “Book of Acts” with your family. • Study Scriptures about the Holy Spirit. A few Scriptures are provided below. I baptize you with water, but He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit!" Mark 1:8 NLT 10

The angel replied, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the baby born to you will be holy, and He will be called the Son of God.” Luke 1:35 NLT And the Holy Spirit descended on Him in the form of a dove. And a voice from heaven said, "You are my beloved Son, and I am fully pleased with You." Luke 3:22 NLT "And now I will send the Holy Spirit, just as my Father promised. But stay here in the city until the Holy Spirit comes and fills you with power from heaven." Luke 24:49 NLT Then He breathed on them and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit.” John 20:22 NLT John baptized with water, but in just a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit." Acts 1:5 Pentecost Worship Celebration will be held on Sunday, May 28th. To God be the glory for the great and awesome things He has done. Thank God for our Helper, the Holy Spirit. God has extended a special invitation to all of His children. We look forward to seeing you at His parties. Expect with eager anticipation to experience more of God’s love, anointing, power, provision, authority and presence throughout the Spring Feast season. HOW TO USE YOUR KINGDOM BUILDERS’ POWER GUIDE Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the topics that we have asked of Him. I John 5:14-15 The Power Guide is designed as a tool for study, reflection and prayer. Each prayer is written based on the model of the Lord’s Prayer (see Matthew 6:9-13). In order to maximize the use of your guide, please follow the listed instructions. 1. Set aside a few minutes each day to pray individually, with your family or prayer partner(s). Gradually build your prayer time with the Lord to at least thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes each day. You can split up your prayer time, if necessary, and pray a few minutes in the morning and evening. You choose the time of day that is good for you. Find a comfortable place to pray and turn off any distractions. If you have small children who need most of your attention, pray the daily prayer with them. Let God’s Word saturate their hearing. 2. Refer to the Prayer Topics Calendar on page 14 for the specific prayer for the day. Only pray for the prayer topic that is assigned to that day so that we are unified in our daily praying. Please do not get ahead of the prayer for the day. Before praying the “Scriptural Prayer,” first read the Scriptures listed for “Scripture Reading.” 3. Pray the assigned prayer out loud. There is power in your verbal expression. Parents please encourage your children to pray their prayer topics in the Children’s Power Guide out loud. Youth (ages 13-17) may use the Adult Power Guide. 4. These prayers are intended to be a springboard to help you with your prayerful conversations. Trust the Holy Spirit to help you to expand upon the prayer that you are praying for the day. If you speak in tongues, please pray in tongues over each prayer topic. Relax, listen, and enjoy the Lord. 5. Record any reflections, revelations, or inspiration given by the Holy Spirit in the Prayer Expectation section at the end of the Power Guide. 6. Believe that the Lord is hearing your prayer and know in your heart that your praying will produce God’s results for the prayer topic you are praying for. 7. After praying, make your daily power confession by using the Daily Power Confessions located on page 47 in the back of your Power Guide. When you speak God’s Word over your life, you activate the power of His Word to work in your life and produce God’s results for your life. Expect God’s Word to transform your life. I also recommend that you speak the Power Confessions over your family. 8. Enjoy your time spent with the Lord and thank you for helping to implement God’s plans for our Church Family. God Bless You! Prayer Topic #1: A Prayer of Forgiveness of Self Scripture Reading: Psalm 89:1-8, Romans 5:1-11 Reflections of the Heart: “To understand is to forgive, even oneself.” ~ Alexander Chase Scriptural Prayer: Divine Father, thank You for loving us, forgiving us, and saving us. Thank You for Your unconditional love. Thank You for blotting out our sins and never thinking about them again. Thank You for helping each of us to forgive ourselves for past sins, mistakes, and failures. Teach us Your decrees, O Lord; we will keep them to the end. Give us understanding and we will obey Your instructions; we will put them into practice with all our hearts. Make us walk along the path of Your commands, for that is where our happiness is found. Father God, this is the day that You have made. We will rejoice and be glad in it! Omniscient Father, according to Your Word, there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. So, we declare that those people in our Church Family who need to forgive themselves from their past will begin to walk in freedom instead of condemnation. We declare that they will begin to recognize that they are no longer slaves, but they are God’s own children; and not only children, but God has made them His heirs. We decree that every proud obstacle that keeps them from knowing You and the freedom they have in You is destroyed. Their rebellious thoughts will be captured, and they will learn to obey Christ. Holy Spirit, we ask You to help all of us to forgive people who have hurt us, including ourselves. Heal our emotions that have been wounded and teach us how to love unconditionally. Remind us that nothing – not death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow, not even the powers of hell – can separate us from God’s love. Lord, help us to extend mercy to others and forget the past so that we can move forward toward our futures. Forgiving Father, we know that we have not always demonstrated Your character. Please have mercy upon us and do not take Your Spirit from us. You are our strong tower; without You we will perish. Please forgive us for not forgiving ourselves when You have already forgiven us. Forgive us for not letting Your love flow through us. Forgive us for rehearsing our past offenses in our minds. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind us all to forgive each other and other people, and please help us to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal names or faces of people that you may need to forgive. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in your soul caused by unforgiveness.) Write down those things that you are struggling to forgive yourself for. After you ask God to forgive you for that sin, draw a line through it as a reminder that it is now FORGIVEN! ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ Holy Spirit, help us all not to yield to temptation but deliver us from the evil one. 17

Triumphant Father, You are the God of gods and Lord of lords. You are the great God, the mighty and awesome God, who shows no partiality and cannot be bribed. The mountains melt like wax before You, Lord of all the earth. The heavens proclaim Your righteousness; every nation sees Your glory. In Jesus’ name, amen. Prayer Topic #2: A Declaration of Freedom Scripture Reading: Hebrews 1:8-12, Isaiah 1:1-20 Reflections of the Heart: The Lord knows how to rescue Godly people from their trials, even while keeping the wicked under punishment until the day of final judgment. II Peter 2:9 (NLT) Scriptural Prayer: Glorious Father, Lord of Heaven’s Armies, we thank You for being our Great Deliverer. You continue to save us from our enemies and defeat our foes. No matter what the problem, the situation or the stronghold, we can truly say that there is nothing too hard for You. Thank You for our deliverance. You have been our refuge and our strength and we are truly grateful. Thank You for Your Word. We can stand sure-footed on every promise for Your promises are backed by the honor of Your name. Father, we rejoice and lift our hands to praise You, today. Why look up to the mountains? Does our help come from there? No. Our help comes from You, Lord, who made heaven and earth! You have listened to our prayers and rescued us as You promised. Praise flows from our lips, for You have taught us Your decrees. Our tongues sing about Your Word, for all Your commands are right. We praise You for Your faithfulness and everlasting love. Abba Father, we live in a time when sin is rampant, even among the Body of Christ. We admit that there are times when we have rebelled against You in favor of our own way. But, as a Church Family, we confess that we will hold to our commitment to live pure and holy lives by the power of the Holy Spirit. We will stay alert and watch out for our great enemy, the devil, for we know that he prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. We will obey the instructions of the Lord Jesus who told us to pray so that we will not give in to temptation. Lord, we know that some who are among us have fallen into traps and have become ensnared by their own flesh. But, we will continue to pray that true conviction will stir their hearts to repent and humble themselves before You at this time. We understand that if we conceal our sins we will not prosper. But, if we confess and turn from them, we will receive mercy. Father, mercy is what we need. We put our trust in You and we know that Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, is faithful to deliver us from every evil attack and bring us safely into His heavenly Kingdom. We declare that no weapon turned against us will succeed and we expect that You will silence every voice that accuses us. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any areas in your life where there is still bondage and deliverance is needed. List them and earnestly ask the Lord for deliverance from these areas: ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ Holy Spirit, renew the hope of those who have grown weary waiting on their time of deliverance. Remind us all that Jesus, the Anointed One, came to proclaim the release of those who have been held captive and that He has set free those who have been oppressed. Encourage their hearts to know that the time of the Lord’s favor has come! Show us all how to fully embrace the redemptive freedom we have through Jesus Christ. Strengthen us to let go of old mindsets and destructive habits that have been keeping us in bondage. Let us once again be renewed in our inner man through the hearing and doing of God’s Word. As a Church Family, help us to hold one another accountable, by confessing our sins and praying for one another so that we are healed. Guide us through the process of deliverance and help us to be patient as we are transforming. Teach us to live holy lives that please the Lord. 19

Faithful Father, please forgive us for all acts of sinfulness. Forgive us for affecting the lives of others through our disobedience. Forgive us for making vows before You and breaking them. Forgive our lack of commitment to studying Your Word. Forgive those of us who keep placing ourselves in compromising positions, giving the enemy entrance into our lives and homes. Forgive us for not always keeping You first in our lives. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind us all of those we need to forgive and help us to be quick to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. As He reveal them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in your soul caused by unforgiveness.) Holy Spirit, help us all not to yield to temptation but deliver us from the evil one. O Lord Most High, You are awesome. You are the great King of all the earth! Prayer Topic #3: A Prayer of Kingdom Fellowship Scripture Reading: Psalm 22:22-25, Acts 2:1-2 Reflections of the Heart: We are more than a church congregation, we are a Church Family. What affects one of us affects all of us. So, take time out to get to know your fellow brothers and sisters in your Church Family and spend time sharing and praying for one another. Scriptural Prayer: Abba Father, we thank You for righteous fellowship among the believers in our church and beyond. We thank You for ordering our steps in Your Word. Thank You for the events, activities and programs that help to create fellowship within our Church Family. We are grateful for our fellowship and communion which we have with You, our Father; Jesus, our Savior; and the Holy Spirit, our Sustainer. We will thank You with all our hearts as we meet with Your Godly people. Lord, You are an awesome God. Your deeds are so amazing; all who delight in You should ponder them. Everything You do reveals Your glory and majesty. Your righteousness never fails. You are wonderful and Your name is highly exalted. You are worthy of all our praise. You are worthy of the glory, honor, and power. Lord, the heavens declare Your glory and the skies display Your craftsmanship. Mighty Father, Your will is for us to dwell together in unity. As a Church Family, we will motivate one another to acts of love and good works. We will not neglect our meeting together; but we will encourage one another in the faith. We will not get tired of doing what is good for each other. As a result, we expect to reap a harvest of blessing at the right time. We will not give up and at every opportunity we will do good to everyone—especially to those in our family of faith. Iron sharpens iron so we will surround ourselves with those who have like minds so that we are positioned to glorify You in our public and private lives. We will engage in righteous fellowship and forsake all that will deter us from fulfilling Your will. We will be doers of Your Word and not hearers only. We will fight for righteous fellowship and we will win. Holy Spirit, show me how to strengthen the God-ordained relationships in my life. Show me those relationships that I need to end and give me the strength to end them: ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ Holy Spirit, we ask that You align our relationships with Your will in our homes, church, jobs and communities. Show each of us how to organize our calendars and schedules so that Godly fellowship is more of a priority. Send Godly friends to those who are lonely. Help our Church Family to set the example of what righteous fellowship looks like. Knit our hearts closer together. Lord, help us to be obedient as You order our steps. Give us the power to crucify our flesh and walk in Your light. As we yield to the power of the Holy Spirit, help us to drop our gossip buddies, smoking buddies, promiscuous buddies, club-hopping buddies and anyone who the devil may use to keep us from glorifying God through our fellowship with the righteous. Help us to let our light so shine before people that they may see our good works and glorify You, our Heavenly Father. Merciful Father, forgive us for our sins. Forgive those who do not participate in Church Family activities. Forgive those for the unrighteous relationships that keep them from Your best for their lives. Forgive those for disobedience when You have told them to end certain relationships and they refuse to do so. 21

Forgive all of us for putting our work in front of family and friends. Forgive us for acts of sinfulness, including hatred, rebellion, murder, idolatry, homosexuality, greed, racism, adultery, fornication, injustice, and violence. Forgive us for the works of the flesh and the pride of life. Forgive us for having fellowship or relationship with anything that is not of You. Forgive us for the doors that we may have opened without knowing it from our childhood or adult experiences. Help us to know that there is no condemnation to those of us who are in Christ and that as we confess our sins, we are forgiven and that You remember them no more. Father, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind us all of those we need to forgive and help us to be quick to forgive. Prayer Topic #4: A Prayer Against Fear and Anxiety Scripture Reading: Psalm 23, II Samuel 22:1-7 Reflections of the Heart: The world we live in is as wrought with danger as it is with beauty. But, as children of the Living God, we have the assurance of knowing that we are safe and secure within our Heavenly Father’s protective arms. His angels are watching over us wherever we go. Scriptural Prayer: Wonderful Father, we thank You for peace and protection for our families. We thank You, Lord, for having plans for good and not disaster for us, to give us a future and a hope. Thank You for blessing us with Your perfect peace as we keep our thoughts fixed on You. Thank You for being our strength in times of weakness. You are great and most worthy of praise. You are to be feared above all gods. The earth is Yours and everything in it; the world and all its people belong to You. You laid the earth’s foundation on the seas and built it on the ocean’s depths. You are the King of glory, the Lord strong and mighty. You are the Lord, invincible in battle. O Lord, You have performed many wonders for us. Your plans for us are too numerous to list. You have no equal. We are grateful that when we, Your people, call to You for help, You hear and rescue us out of our troubles. Almighty Father, You are our light and salvation, so we will not be afraid. You are our fortress, protecting us from danger, so we will not tremble. We will live peacefully and safely in our homes. Lord, we expect that You will continue to put a wall of protection around our families. We confess that when we walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive us and stretch forth Your hand and save us. Lord, You have left Your gift of peace of mind with us, so our hearts will not be afraid. Using the authority given to us by Jesus Christ, we cancel the spirits of fear and anxiety from our families, homes, communities, cities, states, nation and world. The name of Jesus is greater than any name in this earth, including Cancer, Coronavirus, Diabetes, Flu, etc. and we command peace to be still! We declare healing to come forth continually for those who have been exposed to or infected with the virus or diagnosed with any diseases. We confess that as those throughout the world trust in You, they will experience Your peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. Holy Spirit, I declare God’s peace to be manifested in my family: ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ Faithful Father, help us all to cast our cares on You during uncertain times. Holy Spirit, please bring comfort for the families of those who have died, and protect them from attacks from people or the enemy. As Christians, remind us to demonstrate our faith by living in ways that bring glory to You. Strengthen and protect those families whose lives have been shattered by sickness, death, or violence, and please provide the funds for those who may not have adequate resources for their basic needs. Help our children and youth to process their emotions and deliver them from any fear or anxiety. Cause neighbors to help, encourage, and watch out for each other. Protect those health professionals and first responders who are caring for patients and keep them safe. Please increase the prayer movement throughout the world, and help us all to pray with boldness and diligence. Lord, pour out Your wisdom, 23

Prayer Topic #5: A Prayer Regarding the Radical Redistribution of Wealth Scripture Reading: Psalm 113, John 16:1-15 Reflections of the Heart: As we listen and obey God, we will be blessed with prosperity throughout our lives. All our years will be pleasant! Job 36:11 Scriptural Prayer: Heavenly Father, we thank You for being our God. Thank You for our pastors and Church Family. Father, we thank You for surrounding us with Your favor like a shield. Thank You for continuing to open doors of financial opportunity. We praise You with all of our hearts; we will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. Your reign is forever. You execute judgment from Your throne. You judge the world with justice and the people righteously. Father, Your righteousness reaches to the highest heavens. You have done wonderful things! Who can compare with You? Lord of Heaven’s Armies, let justice roll down like water and righteousness like a mighty stream. By faith, we decree that Your Spirit remains among us, so we are not afraid. We believe that in just a little while You will again shake the heavens and the earth, the oceans and the dry land. We conceive that You will shake all the nations, and the treasures of all the nations will be brought to this Temple. Lord, we receive the promise that You will fill this place with Your glory. The silver and gold is Yours! As Your people, we confess that Your glory is upon us, and people will see and take special notice of the brightness of our rising. We are the seed of Abraham and blessed in all of our doings. Therefore, as Your people, we will achieve with the same anointing that came upon Israel when they spoiled Egypt of their silver, their gold, and their fine apparel for that anointing remains here with us, now! Lord, today, we call forth the radical redistribution of wealth into our land, so that we are lenders and not borrowers! We decree justice in our courtrooms, jobs that pay abundant wages, education where our children learn, and healthcare for everybody. What is your dream for creating economic wealth? ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ Holy Spirit, as we receive economic wealth, help us to remember that it is the Lord who gives us the power to get wealth to fulfill His covenant. Please help us not to hoard Your financial blessings. Remind us to be generous and to look for opportunities to be a financial blessing to someone else in need. Help us to walk in humility, meekness, love with long-suffering, gentleness, and goodness. Empower us to not be afraid or intimidated by the world, nor be impressed by the appearance of its power and influence. Merciful Father, forgive us for all acts of sin, including idolatry, greed, stinginess, self-centeredness, arrogance, pride, stubbornness, financial disobedience, and any other act of unrighteousness. Forgive those of us who fail to develop financial plans that include tithing, debt reduction, savings and investments. Forgive us for living beyond our means and misusing credit cards. Father, forgive those of us who do not pay our tithes and help us get on track and begin to tithe. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind us all of those we need to forgive and help us to be quick to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. Holy Father, help us all not to yield to temptation but deliver us from the evil one. Sovereign Lord, You made the earth by the power of Your Word and preserve it by Your wisdom. With Your own understanding, You stretched out the heavens. When You speak in the thunder, You announce that the heavens are filled with water. You cause the clouds to rise over the earth. You send the lightning with the rain and release the wind from Your storehouses. Holy, Holy, Holy are You the Lord of Heaven’s Armies; the whole earth is filled with Your glory! In Jesus name, amen. Prayer Topic #6: A Prayer for Our Citizens in the Greater Houston Area Scripture Reading: Psalm 105:1-10, I Corinthians 12:1-3 Reflections of the Heart: There is a rich cultural, professional, educational, medical, and religious tapestry in the Houston Metropolitan Area. The strength of our city is contingent upon the unity of the residents and our commitment to the Lord. Let’s keep our great city in prayer. Scriptural Prayer: Righteous Father, we thank You for blessing our city and keeping us through various storms, health crises, and political unrest. Thank You for allowing us to call upon You in our times of need. Thank You, Lord, for Your bountiful blessings upon the lives of our citizens. We are grateful, and we bless Your name. Lord, You are King! You are robed in majesty and armed with strength. The world stands firm and cannot be shaken. We praise Your name, Father, forever and ever. You have all wisdom and power. You control the course of world events, removing kings and setting up other kings. You give wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the scholars. You reveal deep and mysterious things and only You know what lies hidden in darkness, though You are surrounded by light. Triumphant Father, let Your Kingdom come and Your will be done in the Greater Houston Area as it is in heaven. Unless You build the house, the work of the builders is wasted. Unless You protect our city, guarding it with military might will do no good. We need You in our city; we need Your presence, provision, and protection. Lord, You are our refuge, our place of safety. Lord of Heaven’s armies, You are our God, and we will trust in You. By faith, we declare that the citizens of our communities are blessed. They will depart from evil and do good; they will seek peace and pursue it. As they do this, we confess that Your peace will be within our communities and prosperity will be in our homes. In obedience to Your Word, we make intercession for those who are in positions of authority in our city so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by Godliness and dignity. We pray for Mayor John Whitmire, our city council members, county commissioners, school board officials, and all public officials. We pray for our leaders in business and commerce, healthcare, education and the religious community. By faith, we decree that those leaders who do not know You will accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We command justice to run down like water and righteousness like a mighty stream within the private and public sectors. Holy Spirit, as I pray for the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area, help me to pray specifically for: ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ Holy Spirit, send us into our communities to share Your Gospel and cause Your power to prevail throughout our city. Unify our communities. We ask You to fill all our leaders and public service personnel with Your wisdom, understanding, discernment, and knowledge. Help them to operate with honesty and integrity and to make decisions that align with Your Kingdom principles. Please place people in their paths that will provide scriptural, sound, and Godly counsel. Holy Spirit, bless the Greater Houston Area to be a beacon of light in our nation and world. Loving Father, please forgive our citizens and leaders for all acts of sinfulness, including greed, pride, arrogance, selfish ambitions, hypocrisy, injustice, idolatry, adultery, slander, sexism, elitism, oppression, partiality, lust, manipulations, lying, ungodliness and perversion. Lord, forgive us, the Body 27

Prayer Topic #7: A Prayer of Thanksgiving for the Passover Feast Scripture Reading: Exodus 15:1-18, Luke 22:7-30 Reflections of the Heart: As we prepare to celebrate the Passover Feast, let us reflect, as a Church Family, on the eternal love and faithfulness of God, Our Father, on Jesus Christ, our Sacrificial Lamb who took away the penalty of our sins, and upon the Holy Spirit, our Holy Guide and Comforter. May we maintain the privilege the Lord has afforded us through this sacred experience. Scriptural Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for loving us so much that You wouldn’t leave us in our sins. Thank You, Lord Jesus, for being the Sacrificial, Passover Lamb so that we may be redeemed back to the Father. With our whole hearts we thank You as we meet with Your Godly people. Your deeds are amazing! All who delight in You shall ponder them. Everything that You do reveals Your glory and majesty. Your righteousness never fails. You cause us to remember Your wonderful works. You are so gracious and merciful! Blessed Father, You said that if we will come close to You, You will come close to us. As a Church Family, we are grateful to draw close to You during the Spring Feasts. We confess that during Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread, we will slow down so that we can give You our full attention. We thank You for the opportunity to remember and celebrate You. We will meet with You at this special time. We will not miss our appointment. We declare that the joy, peace, health, and provision of the Lord, will overtake our congregation. I commit to laying the following things aside during this time so that I can spend more time with the Father. (List those things): ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ Holy Spirit, please open the eyes of our understanding to know the hope of our calling in Jesus Christ, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe. Consecrate us as we gather together. Unite our Church Family as a community of believers during the Seder meal. During our Seders, help us to share the importance of the Seder dinner with our guests in a clear and appealing manner. Father, bless us and help us to teach our children Your statutes in our homes. Increase our wisdom, discernment, and revelation knowledge as we prepare for Passover. Reveal to us the sin in our lives which is not seen by the naked eye, so that we may repent. Saving Father, forgive us for not being more committed to You. Forgive us for having a form of godliness, but denying Your power. Forgive those of us who speak of You with our lips, but our hearts are far from You. Lord, create within us clean hearts and renew a steadfast spirit within us. Forgive us for being selfish, self-seeking, and only concerned about those things that benefit us directly. Lord, please hear our prayers and forgive us of our sin when we pray during the Passover season. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed). Holy Spirit, remind us all of those we need to 29

Prayer Topic #8: A Prayer of Thanksgiving for Jesus Christ, our Passover Lamb Scripture Reading: Psalm 19, John 1:29-34 Reflections of the Heart: “Christ, our Passover Lamb, has been sacrificed for us. So let us celebrate the festival, not with the old bread of wickedness and evil, but with the new bread of sincerity and truth!” I Corinthians 5:7-8 Scriptural Prayer: Our Father God, we thank You for loving us so much that You gave Your one and only Son (Jesus, our Passover Lamb), so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. Because of Your obedience and sacrifice there is no longer a void between us and our Heavenly Father. Lord, You were wounded for our transgressions. You were bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon You, and by Your stripes we are healed. Hallel YAH! When we were utterly helpless, You came at just the right time and died for us sinners. You are the King of kings and Lord of lords. A Passover lamb was sacrificed and its blood was used as a sign of redemption from death for the children of Israel. That is what God made You to be for us - our Passover Lamb. We will forever praise and honor You. Because of You, we now have eternal life. We proclaim that You have the highest place of honor. Your name is above all other names. At Your name every knee will bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue will confess that You are Lord. Especially, at this appointed time, help us to show great reverence for the suffering, the shame, and the sacrifice of our Lord. And keep us humbled in knowing that were it not for Jesus Christ, we would have no hope at all. Loving Father, forgive us for at times disregarding the sacrifice the Lord Jesus made to secure our freedom. Forgive us for taking unfair advantage of that freedom. Forgive those of us for failing to observe communion with You and with our families. Forgive us for not teaching our children to honor the Lord Jesus. Prayer Topic #10: A Prayer of Faith for Our Business Professionals Scripture Reading: Psalm 29, John 3:1-6 Reflections of the Heart: “Faith is taking the first step when you can’t see the whole staircase.” - Martin Luther King, Jr. Scriptural Prayer: Eternal Father, thank You for being in relationship with our business professionals. Thank You for drawing them into Your holy family through the meritorious works of Jesus Christ. Thank You for creating them to be kings of The King and lords of The Lord. Thank You for sending the Holy Spirit to lead and guide them on their faith walk. The heavens proclaim Your glory and the skies display Your craftsmanship. Lord, business professionals will praise You with their whole hearts, tell of all the marvelous things You have done and be filled with joy because of You. They will sing praises to Your name, O Most High. Righteous Father, as citizens of Your Kingdom, we declare that our business professionals are righteous people who live by faith. We decree that they live their lives in faith by believing in You and Your Word, and they are not influenced by things they see with their natural eyes. They will trust in You with all of their hearts and not depend on their own understanding. As they seek Your will in all that they do and, in every situation, they will trust that You will show them which path to take. By faith, we declare that they will strip off every weight that slows them down, especially the sin that so easily trips them up. They will run with endurance the race that You have set before them, keeping their eyes on Jesus, the Champion, who initiates and perfects their faith. They will seek Your Kingdom above all else and live righteously and trust that You will give them everything they need. As Kingdom citizens, they will trust You with their finances, families, businesses relationships and all other areas of their lives. Father, their works will reflect the faith that they have in You! Heavenly Father, please forgive our business professionals for all acts of sinfulness including lying, fornication, adultery, idolatry, profanity, deception, drug abuse, and theft. Forgive those for having more faith in themselves, their jobs, finances, gifts, and talents and other people than they do in You. Forgive those for harboring dead faith. Prayer Topic #12: A Prayer for Caregivers of Persons with Special Needs Scripture Reading: Psalm 29, Romans 8:26-28 Reflections of the Heart: “It is not how much you do, but how much love you put in the doing.” Mother Theresa Scriptural Prayer: Blessed Father, we thank You for those within our Church Family who care for persons with special needs. Thank You for the grace You give them to remain faithful to those they care for day in and day out. Thank You Lord for the shining example of unselfish love and mercy they are to all who have the privilege of knowing them. Father, we give You thanks with all our hearts. We will sing Your praises before the gods. We bow before Your holy temple as we worship. We praise Your name for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. Your promises are backed by all the honor of Your name. As soon as we pray, You answer us, encouraging us and giving us strength. Though You are great, You care for the humble, but You keep Your distance from the proud. We exalt You, Lord! There is truly no other god worthy of our total praise but You! Heavenly Father, those who care for people with special needs, whether it be a family member or someone they have been hired to look after, hold a special place within Your Kingdom. We declare that Your joy is their strength. They are able to face the demands of caring for people with special needs by the power of the Holy Spirit who equips and enables them each day. Lord, we confess that when they face times of stress and frustration, You will comfort them as a mother comforts her child, and they will be comforted. We decree that they have the wisdom and compassion to encourage those they care for and that they will inspire them with hope through the love they show them. Certain aspects of their daily tasks may be unpleasant, but we believe that the joy of Your salvation is restored to them and they are willing to obey You. We declare that in everything they do for those they care for, they do it all for Your glory. List any caregivers to persons with special needs that you know and pray for them by name today: ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ Holy Spirit, we ask that You help the caregivers within our Church Family to be wise about taking care of themselves so that they will be prepared to meet the needs of those they must care for. Remind them that their body is Your temple, the place where You, the Spirit who was given to them by God, lives. Help them to get proper rest and nutrition for their own well-being. Show them how to stay consistent in the study of Your Word, for it is a lamp to guide their feet and a light for their path. May they never be too prideful or stubborn to receive help from others when they need it. Keep them humble and help them to be fully aware of their personal limitations. Teach them to depend upon You to do what they cannot do, for themselves and for those they care for. Open new doors of opportunity to help them gain access to resources, information, and equipment that they need to give quality care to those in their charge. Touch the hearts of their family members and friends to recognize when they need a break, and to be unselfish and cooperative when they give assistance. Let our caregivers know that they are not alone, but that You are with them. 39

Merciful Father, forgive our caregivers for any sins they have committed, including complaining, murmuring, lying, anger, wrath, selfishness, and rebellion. Forgive those who have slacked in their caregiving responsibilities. Forgive those who have unforgiveness and resentment in their hearts. Forgive those who have not kept their word to help our caregivers. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that You have committed). Holy Spirit, remind our caregivers of all those they need to forgive and help them to be quick to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. If they are not doing that, all the cathedrals, clergy, missions, sermons, even the Bible itself, are simply a waste of time. God became Man for no other purpose.” ~ C. S. Lewis Scriptural Prayer: Loving Father, thank You for Jesus - the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Thank You for the privilege to call upon His name. Thank You for the opportunities that You give us to share the Good News with everyone. We are grateful for those who were obedient to share the Truth with us. They helped us to receive eternal life in Christ. We cannot help but worship You, for Your love is so amazing. It reaches into the darkest depths of our human experience and reclaims our souls by grace. We adore You as our Father, Jesus as our Lord, and the Holy Spirit as our Advocate. Without Your grace, none of us would be here today. All of our praise belongs to You, Most Holy One! Gracious Father, we, the Body of Christ, declare that we will let our light shine for all to see. Help us to be easily identifiable to unbelievers by the love we show to one another. Give us a heart of compassion and keep us from operating out of a spirit of religious tradition. Remind us that we are Christ’s ambassadors and that the Father is making His appeal through us. Keep our hearts convicted to exhibit the character of Christ in our homes, our neighborhoods, in the workplace, and in the marketplace. Show us how to minister the grace of God to the lost and hurting, wherever we may encounter them. All-Knowing Father, please forgive us for our sins. Forgive us for our apathetic approach to ministry. Forgive us for allowing our hearts to become too hardened to care about the lost. Forgive our pastors and leaders in the Body of Christ for failing to keep the Gospel message pure and holy. Forgive us for missing precious opportunities to share our testimonies with others. Prayer Topic #14: A Prayer of Repentance in the United States of America Scripture Reading: Psalm 130, Deuteronomy 11:1-22 Reflections of the Heart: We are living in a time when many souls are depleted of strength, corruption fills the land, and the earth is withholding its goodness from mankind because of our greed and arrogance. Should we not consider our ways? The current spiritual climate in America demands that we each examine our motives, beliefs, and actions. Scriptural Prayer: Holy Father, You have blessed our nation beyond measure, but we have not always appreciated You or Your benefits. We, Your children, come before You, humbling ourselves in Your sight to give You thanks and praise for all that You have done. No, we are not deserving nor or we entitled to Your goodness. But, we bow low before You now, and we thank You for having mercy on America. Thank You for the prophets You have sent to warn us that the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. We need Your grace and mercy so much. O Lord God, we are so grateful that You are slow to anger and filled with unfailing love, forgiving every kind of sin and rebellion. Who wouldn’t want to serve a God like You? Generous Father, we, the Body of Christ, submit ourselves to the discernment and judgment of the Holy Spirit. We know that we have grieved Him with our rebellion as we’ve traded truth for lies in pursuit of our own selfish agendas. Your Word warns us that our hearts are the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked. We want You to thoroughly search our hearts and examine our secret motives. We decree that as the truth is revealed to us, we will not make any excuses for our failure to be the salt and light that we were called to be. As Your people, called by Your name, we will humble ourselves and pray, seek Your face, and turn from our wicked ways. Only then can we be assured that You will hear from heaven and will forgive our sins and restore our land. Sincere faith, evidenced by our obedience, is the only thing that will please You. We love You, Father, and our desire is to please You and to glorify You with our lives. Holy Spirit, please help our nation overcome the following sins (list them): ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ Holy Spirit, without Your power working in us, we cannot have lasting change. Stir within us the desire to know the Father’s ways, not just His acts. Remind us to think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth. Help us to put to death any sinful, earthly things that lurk within us. Give us the courage to face ourselves and to admit our sins to the Father and to one another. Strengthen us to let go of anything that blinds us to the truth and keeps us bound. Rid America of corruption and raise up leaders who are wise and who understand God’s ways, proving it by living honorable lives. Help us to identify and follow those spiritual leaders who aren’t just preaching what our itching ears want to hear, but who are doing good works with the humility that comes from wisdom. Eternal Father, forgive our nation collectively for the sins we have committed against You (confess specific sins of our nation). Forgive us for pretending to love You when our actions show that we are still in love with the world. Forgive those leaders in the Body of Christ who have forfeited the anointing for popularity and pleasure. Forgive us for not taking Your Word seriously. Forgive us for rejecting the 43

guidance of the Holy Spirit. Forgive us for insulting and rejecting those among us who have tried to speak truth to us. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that You have committed). Holy Spirit, remind the people of our nation to forgive and help us all to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal names or faces of people that You may need to forgive. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in Your soul caused by unforgiveness.) Holy Spirit, help our nation not yield to temptation but deliver us all from the evil one. Holy, holy, holy are You, Lord God, the Almighty - the one who always was, who is, and who is still to come. You are worthy, O Lord our God, to receive glory and honor and power. We exalt You above all else. In Jesus’ name, amen. Prayer Topic #15: A Prayer of Forgiveness of Others Scripture Reading: Psalm 108:1-5, Matthew 18:21-35 Reflections of the Heart: It is impossible to live and not be hurt or offended. Jesus said “If another believer sins, rebuke that person; then if there is repentance, forgive. Even if that person wrongs you seven times a day and each time turns again and asks forgiveness, you must forgive.” Luke 17:3-4 Scriptural Prayer: Beloved Father, thank You for loving us, forgiving us and saving us. Thank You for being patient with us. Thank You for increasing Your presence, power, anointing, and abundance in our lives. We give thanks to You and proclaim Your greatness. Father, You are our God; we earnestly search for You. Our souls thirst for You; our bodies long for You in this parched and weary land where there is no water. We have seen You in Your sanctuary and gazed upon Your power and glory. Your unfailing love is better than life itself; how we praise You! Righteous Father, Your Word tells us that if we forgive those who have sinned against us, then You, our Heavenly Father, will forgive us. Today, we choose to forgive. We declare that we will make allowance for each other's faults, and forgive anyone who has offended us Lord, we remember that You have forgiven, therefore we must forgive others. As a Church Family, we choose to owe nothing to anyone, except for our obligation to love them. We confess that as we love our neighbors, we fulfill the requirement of God’s law. Holy Spirit, we ask You to help all of us individually and as a Church Family to forgive the people who have hurt us. Heal our emotions that have been wounded and teach us how to love unconditionally. Help us to be quick to listen and slow to speak. Holy Spirit, remind us all of the grace that the Lord has extended toward us, despite our sins against Him. Help us to liberally extend that same grace to others who have sinned against us. Discipline us so that we will not so easily take offense. Lord, help us to extend mercy to others and forget the past so that we can move forward toward our futures. Forgiving Father, please forgive us for not being forgiving. Forgive us for holding grudges, thinking evil thoughts, and seeking revenge. Forgive us for hatred and malice. Forgive us for not letting Your love flow through us to others. Forgive us for gossiping, lying and for rehearsing offenses in our minds. As He reveals them, say, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in your soul caused by unforgiveness.) Write the person(s) name(s) and beside it write “you are forgiven”! If you need to ask someone for forgiveness, then ask and move forward in your life. ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ Holy Spirit, help us all not to yield to temptation but deliver us from the evil one. 45
