Philosophy of Adventist Education

Our ideas of education take too narrow and too low a range. There
is need of a broader scope, a higher aim. True education means
more than the pursual course of study. It means more than a prepa-
ration for the life that is now. It has to do with the whole period of
existence possible to man. It is the harmonious development of the
physical, the mental and the spiritual powers. It prepares the student
for the joy of service in the world and for the world to come.

Mission Statement

Goshen Adventist Primary School, Kota Marudu, Sabah, is a pri-
vately-run institution providing primary education to students re-
gardless of race, religion or nationality.
The mission of the school is to provide an education that will help
its student be responsible members of society and to advance the
gospel of salvation so as to achieve the wholesome development of
the body, mind and soul.

Singing Competition

To stand up and sing in
front of a crowd takes a
lot of courage. But, it is
always easy to ask a kid
to parcipate in the sing-
ing competition especially
when their parents encour-
age their children to join.
And for us adults, it’s really
amazing to see some of this
children really put their ef-
fort into their performance
while others are abit shy .
Singing is one of the best
learning experience and it
is sure is a fun way too.

how excited these children when it comes to colouring.
They really want to express their skill or their feeling when
they start to choose their favorite colour. They can stay put

in their drawing will receive their rewards.
