From an idea to a vision
CLLIX came to life with the simple aim of bringing tech enabled hospitality together
with top-notch customer service to turn special experiences into lifelong memories for
families, couples, young travellers, and business travellers.
At CLLIX, we make the process of hospitality and travel as easy as possible. We
bridge the gap between hotels & apartments and holiday rentals to provide ease

brands including Marriott International and Minor Hotels
in Australia and New Zealand. Allison has experience in
a diverse range of roles which also includes Marketing
and Distribution in the Arts and Entertainment industry.
Emily Vuong
National Sales Manager
Emily is the National Sales Manager responsible
for driving new corporate sales at CLLIX. Equipped
with a Bachelor of International Hotel and Tourism
Management from the University of Queensland, Emily
brings more than 18 years of experience across Sales,
Marketing, Advertising, and Distribution. Emily is a
commercially savvy sales professional who creates
ideas and long-term solutions fit by design. Emily thrives
on entrepreneurship, defining business requirements,
and providing commercial value-added solutions to all
stakeholders. Emily measures her success by exceeding
KPI targets and how much fun she is having along the
journey.

Mona Barrientos
Operations Manager – Manila
Mona Barrientos is the Head of Operations in Manila,
Philippines under CLLIX Apartments and Hotels. With
bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communication, she
brings 12 years of experience from top Call Centre
Companies in the Philippines where she handled
different accounts including some of the first-class
Global Hotel brands such as Hilton Group of Hotels
and Minor Hotels. She leads the team in creating
streamlined processes for the Central Reservations
Office and 24/7 Online Concierge. She is also
responsible in the overall management of all areas in
Manila including Marketing, Revenue & Distribution,
Guest Services, Finance and Operations Admin who
support the Team in Australia and ensuring the main
goal is achieved by providing excellent returns to
Owners and quality experiences to hotel guests.
Jitender Bhati
Operations Manager – India
Jitender has extensive experience in Business Process
Management & Automation and Sales Accounting. He
has managed various cross functionals & software
deployment projects in his previous professional
assignments. Jitender has a Management Diploma
from IIM, a premier management Institute in India, and
is a Prince2 certified Project Management Professional.
Jitender has a career exposure of more than 25
years in various Media & Entertainment companies.
As Operations Head, India, he is responsible for
spearheading the smooth functioning of IT, Accounts,
and other functions for Song Group companies.
Shamie Dedeles
Marketing Manager
Shamie is an experienced Marketing professional who
carries over 10 years of experience in marketing with
expertise in the domain of Creative marketing. She
has a diploma in Fine Arts major in Advertising Arts
from one of the leading universities in the Philippines.
As a Marketing Manager, she manages all Marketing-
