Fruit tart and custard
cream
Ingredients
Butter 125g.
Icing sugar 125g.
Egg No.2 1 pc.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Vanilla essence 1 tsp.
Cake flour 250g.
Baking powder 5 g.
Instructions
Step1
-Add the butter and icing sugar into the bowl
and beating until white color.
-Add the egg, vanilla essence and salt.
-Add the baking powder and cake flour beating
until combine.
Step2
-Rest dough in freezer about 1- 2 hour. or over
night. Rolling a dough and use tartlets pan cup,
then place the round into a tartlet pan.
-Use a fork prick the bottom of the tart and bake
for 20 mins. or until it golden color.
-Add the custard cream and decoration with
fresh fruit.
Strawberry cake roll
Ingredients

Sugar 150 g.
SP 13 g.
Salt
Cake flour 3 g.
Baking powder 170g.
Milk
Melted butter 7g.

Instructions
Step1
-Separate white eggs and egg yolks. then
whisk sugar and white eggs.
-Sifting cake flour.
-Add the egg yolks, vanilla essence, SP, salt ,
cake flour and baking powder into the mixer
bowl combine all ingredients and beating.
Step2
-Add melted butter then whisk.
Step3
-Place a battle on baking pan with baking
paper
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
Step4
-Add cream or jam on surface then roll it
gentle.
