DIFFERENTIAL STATEMENT
QUALITY FOCUSED: We will apply the same methodology
to the Hilltop project that we are currently applying to our Hilton
Garden Inn Denver Union Station project.
• The concrete quality on Hilton Garden Inn is the best
in Denver. We will leverage our “lessons learned” on this project
and apply the same principles to this project.
• Our plan, personnel, and approach have been very
successful on the Hilton Garden Inn. For this reason, we have
assembled the same team, and will apply the same strategies, to
the Hilltop project.

PROBLEM SOLVERS: We solve tomorrow’s problems today. When unforeseen conditions are uncovered, we diligently
provide cost saving solutions. Some recent examples include de-watering and shoring on the Hilton Garden Inn project.
SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT: We apply an “outside the box” approach to ensure schedules are met. A recent example is the
3 month recovery we achieved on the Hilton Garden Inn after we encountered water.
DESIGN BUILD EXPERIENCE: Alliance embraces the Design Build philosophy and believes in operating as one team for
the common good of the project.
RISK MANAGEMENT: We engage in proper pre-
planning to ensure high risk construction activities are
performed as design. A recent example is the success
with the foundation of the Hilton Garden Inn, in which
we achieved the largest continuous pour in Denver
history.
ACCOUNTABILITY: “The Buck Stops Here”: it is our
company culture to provide solutions for all project
stakeholders. We are accountable by nature.
