Terms and conditions for Electric Motors Rewinding:

1. Rewinding job to be done on labour and materials basis. Rate should be inclusive of all
taxes and work contract tax. In case you are unregistered dealer 4% tax will be
deducted from bill. Rate to remain firm during contract period.

2. Materials to be used for rewinding -
a) Best quality copper enameled copper wire.
b) Best quality Varnish
c) Best quality ‘C’ class triplex paper with high quality fibre glass sleeves and lead
wire.
d) Best quality Tapping to be done.

3. Contract period 1/06/2014 to 31/05/2015

4. You will have to collect motors for rewinding from mills on the same day on which
intimation is given.

5. Motor taken for rewinding to be delivered to mills normally in 30 days time, where there is
no urgency of mill. In case of urgency it should be delivered to mills on the mutually agreed
day/date.

6. Motors not needed urgently by mills should be delivered to mills in minimum 40 days time. In

case delivery is delayed without obtaining mills consent above 60 days, the penalty at rats

of 1% of cost per week shall be applicable from 31st day from collection of motor from

mills.

7. You will have to give guarantee for trouble free continuous working of 6 months of rewound
motors. In case of premature failure you have to rewind the same at free of cost.

8. Mills reserves right to cancel the rewinding contract at any time (stage) without giving
any reason thereof.

9. No advance payment will be made. However, payment will be made in 60 days.
