We are happy to discuss any concerns you have about pupils returning to school on an individual

We did …

Nurture is one of our core values. Staff continue to receive training on Health & Wellbeing, Nurture
and Trauma. A Woodland Nurture School has been established. We are happy to discuss any ways
we can be more nurturing towards your child on an individual basis.

We did …

We have contacted individual families who are still not active on Seesaw. Seesaw is our main system
of communication and tool for home learning. Should you still experience difficulties accessing this,
please contact the school office for support. In Term 2, we will be offering Learning Conversations
via telephone. Your child’s teacher will be in touch to arrange a suitable time.

We did …
We are pleased to see so many of you not requiring support with our digital resources. We have
added a section to our school website https://blogs.glowscotland.org.uk/na/beithprimary/seesaw/
offering help with Seesaw. You will find some useful video clips and troubleshooting tips.

Other Comments

Both kids glad to be back at school and very happy with the way the school is supporting kids.

My child seems happy to be back into his school routine and comes home most days and will
happily tell me what he has been learning and has been well since his return. You all do an
amazing job!! You have made the return for all children smooth and nurture should always be the
first priority and most of the staff do this without trying. Keep going.

My child is P1 and is absolutely delighted about being at school. I think after having so long out of
education it’s massively important for them to be at school just now to help them develop.

Just happy to see how keen they are to get in each day!

No other than to say thank you for all the work you are doing maintain a safe learning
environment - it can’t be easy but we all appreciate it.
