NAME OF ARTIFACT: Reflective Summary
PROFESSIONAL STANDARD STRAND:
7.4 - Professional reflection and learning to improve practice
Do you feel that this collection of work really reflects your abilities and what
you have achieved this year through the LDM course? Why or why not?
LDM 2 Course is an engaging work for me. It provides a rewarding experience for
a master teacher like me. Indeed, it helps me improved both my intrapersonal and
interpersonal relationships with my colleagues and stakeholders. It made me a
better leader who is willing to take any form of challenges. Through the
collaboration and support given to me by my school head, my department head
and of course by my colleagues, and from the help I obtained from the parents of
my learners, this strengthen me and boost my confidence to keep on developing
my LDM2 practicum portfolio efficiently and effectively. This proves that I took
the courage and did my very best in teaching, planning, mentoring, sharing my
resources and technical skills to everyone. Hence, I could say that LDM2 Course is
a way to reflect on my practice and improve my skills, may it be managerial skill
or technical skill. This empowers me as a teacher and as a leader as well.
Yours truly,
giving assistance
to my colleagues
