faced since the last 1-2-1
• Ask for feedback from others regarding your performance since your last 1-2-1
• Gather examples of how you have achieved the objectives you’ve been set and think
about new objectives you might want to set yourself
• Make sure you have the necessary paperwork for the 1-2-1 and ensure the
paperwork is up to date
• Plan and protect your schedule to ensure that the 1-2-1 takes place as planned
• Review the descriptions in the relevant Leadership Framework booklet and prepare
examples to illustrate where the appropriate behaviours have been demonstrated
• Consider any progress made on your Personal Development plan and determine if
you are on track or if any change of direction is required
