¨ You MUST immediately provide us the name of your guest (one guest only) for a
security badge, if you have not done so already, please email the Events Director,
Sid Alpert, at [email protected].

¨ Those without badges will NOT be allowed to enter.
¨ You can only bring one guest. Please don’t ask to bring additional guests.
¨ We respectfully ask you to turn off your cell phones during the event
¨ Please NO photographs, selfies or videos – there are professional photographers

there and guests will receive free copies of any pictures.
¨ Please DO NOT remove your security badges during the event
¨ No autograph requests – Please do not bring items to be autographed. A special

arrangement for dedications by the artist will be made for those who purchase art at
the event.
¨ No gifts please.
¨ Elegant casual attire, please. (Slacks and shirt for men with a sports jacket optional
and an elegant casual dress or slacks for women.) Please no shorts, jeans or T-shirts
except during early appointments (before 2:00 pm).
¨ You must be on time to be a part of Sir Anthony’s grand entrance each day – and
we really want you to be a part of this. Please plan on arriving no later than between
4:00 pm and 4:45 pm each day.
¨ No one will be permitted in during the time that Sir Anthony is arriving at 5:00pm,
each day.
¨ Wine, champagne and hors d’oeuvres will be provided.
¨ Quality entertainment and plenty of seating is provided for your enjoyment.
¨ This is an exclusive event for Sir Anthony Hopkins collectors only. This is NOT for
non-collectors or the general public. Guests will be free to meet and speak with the
artist, but please refrain from making business offers, giving your business cards,
phone numbers or other business requests. This is the time to tell Sir Anthony how
much you love his work as a composer, artist and actor.
¨ Please feel free to discuss any questions you have about your collection with Harte
International Galleries management. Sir Anthony does not discuss framing,
shipping, value, appraisals, financial or business issues – he is the artist.

¨ Please be in the Grand Ballroom before 4:45 pm for Sir Anthony’s entrance
at 5:00 pm. We need you to help greet him and he wants to meet you.

¨ We intend to surprise Sir Anthony with the David Perricone String
Orchestra’s rendition of Sir Anthony’s composition, “And the Waltz Goes
On.”
Sir Anthony is going to join the orchestra on stage and unveil his new
painting, entitled,

“Dream - And the Waltz Goes On”

If you should decide to purchase this new original while Sir Anthony is on
stage, we are going to ask you to come on stage to pose with the artist for
pictures to be used in a special news release.

¨ A special Limited Edition of the same newly released original will be
available to attendees of the event only. Along with this hand signed
limited edition, each collector will receive a hand signed coffee table book
about the art of Anthony Hopkins, entitled “Dreamscapes.”

¨ After mingling with his collectors for a while, Sir Anthony is going retreat
to a private area created just for him, his wife Stella and his entourage.

¨ Collectors who have purchased at the show will be invited to join Sir
Anthony and his entourage in his private area and receive a special hand
signed dedication while being photographed with Sir Anthony and their
newest acquisition.

¨ This entire moment will be videotaped and photographed for posterity and
given free of charge to each collector.

¨ A new Special Dedication will accompany each original purchased at the
exhibition. Collectors will receive a beautiful hand written dedication and
autograph on the dedication to which a photo of the moment will be
attached. No greater document of authentication exists in the world of art.

¨ Wine, champagne, beer and hors d’oeuvres will be always available.
¨ Plentiful seating and constant entertainment will make this very exclusive

event - a moment to remember.
¨ The David Perricone String Orchestra will be playing for the entire

evening.
¨ For those of you who add to your collection at the event - you can relax

and anticipate your set appointment to meet Sir Anthony Hopkins.
¨ Socialize until 9:00pm if you like and stay until Sir Anthony leaves (maybe

even later) and you can say good-bye in person.

¨ Asked what his favorite music is - aside from his penchant for classical and
waltz - Sir Anthony responded – Greek Music. (This surprised us all.) For
that reason and as a surprise to Sir Anthony, we have planned a very
special final evening performance by the internationally acclaimed Greek
performers: Synthesi
Sunday, November 10th
9:00 pm

¨ SYNTHESI will perform a group of songs as a GRAND FINALE while
Sir Anthony dances with his collectors and says a finale good-bye for the
event

Sir Anthony is working daily - as we speak - to create work that emanates from
his life’s experiences, vast memories and his dreams. A man of seemingly
unending energy and work ethic, painting and composing are his real escape.
He creates and releases his performance stress and frees himself from the
demands of his work schedule - by painting. His memories help him create his
music and his art.
