TOGETHER

The Hunter’s newest town.
Over a 20-year period, Huntlee will evolve to become home to 20,000
residents in up to 7,500 dwellings. Huntlee, the Hunter Valley’s newest
town, will deliver on every aspect of modern living – embracing art,
culture, entertainment, business services, education, recreation and
so much more.

Like every aspect of Huntlee, the town centre is entirely master-
planned. It will become the focal meeting point for each of the four
neighbouring village communities. Upon completion, Huntlee’s 200ha
town centre will provide infrastructure for retail, commercial and
education enterprises.

Town central.
Coles has already committed to building a full-range supermarket
as well as a number of associated specialty stores in the town
centre. Creating a vibrant shopping precinct, Huntlee can match the
convenience of any other major residential hub. It will incorporate up
to 1,700 medium-density townhouses and apartment residences and
generate approximately 3,000 jobs along the way. Huntlee will
be at the core of new business and investment opportunities in the
Hunter Valley.

Life-long learning.
From childcare to aged care, with state-of-the-art secondary
education and clear opportunities for tertiary campuses, Huntlee will
be a community committed to life-long learning.

The Huntlee Academy is providing comprehensive training programs,
opening new onsite career pathways during the construction phase
across Huntlee.

Added to that, the Hunter Expressway to the south-east and the
New England Highway to the north-west gives Huntlee residents
unprecedented access to broader employment and training
opportunities across the entire region.

BIG PLANS

More than $1.5 billion will go into Huntlee, not only delivering affordable
housing but generating thousands of jobs, infrastructure and public and
private sector investment, while achieving positive environmental and
social outcomes.

Huntlee’s four villages, nestled around the 200ha town centre, provide the perfect canvas
for the creation of a truly connected and sustainably prosperous community.

In the master-planning of Huntlee, a comprehensive needs assessment of a new 20,000 person
town was undertaken. This assessment incorporated the needs of and facilities currently available
in the surrounding townships of Branxton, Greta and North Rothbury.

Consequently, the following major facilities have been identified for incorporation into Huntlee:

local flora and fauna. Environmental lands totalling 803ha have been

COTTAGE Yarrum Designer Homes
Focus Building Consultancy
Young singles, busy couples or retirees longing for
a low-maintenance, more-me-time lifestyle, say hello
to Huntlee’s Cottage homesites. Rear-lane access garage,
300m2 to 500m2 sites and 10m to 15m frontages are their
hallmark. Many are within close proximity to parks and
open spaces, so while you won’t have a big backyard
to look after, you won’t be short of outdoor space to
play or relax.

TRADITIONAL

Growing families need space and Huntlee’s Traditional
homesites have it in spades. Four-to-five bedrooms,
additional storage, indoor and outdoor entertainment
areas and ample car spaces on sites from 450m2 to
1,000m2 tick all the boxes. Sizeable 14m to 20m frontages
create a stunningly landscaped street presence.

COUNTRY

Of course, if space is what you are after, look no further
than Huntlee’s coveted Country lots. These striking
homesites are in excess of 1,000m2 with 20m+ frontages.
While they’ll be regularly released throughout the life of
the project, there will only be enough for the select few.
