The 5th game of the 1944 season was played at Clearman Field, with Irvington being the opponent. This is a repost utilizing the "anyflip" service, which allows for "page flip" type viewing of the football program, along with downloading of the high resolution scanned football program as one pdf file. The game was played in front of an estimated 7,000 fans! The football program cover appears to be promoting the Air Force, with experience on the football field, perhaps, being a great qualification for flying in the wild blue yonder during WWII.

According to newspaper articles (available with the newspaper article booklet) Belleville appeared to hang tough during the game, holding Irvington Campers to their lowest game total (12 points) at this point in the season, but Irvington was still the victor. As in the prior Passaic game, team Captain Vic Pasquariello was the standout for Belleville, assisting the Bellboys in holding Irvington to their lowest score in five games and making Irvington work hard in preventing Belleville from scoring.
