The Team Members & Family Vehicle Purchase Program
Concierge logo provides an opportunity for HG Team Members and direct
required
family (spouses, parents, siblings and children) to purchase
their vehicles with confidence that they will be receiving
preferred treatment in terms of price and the buying experience.
Team Members wishing to sponsor the purchase of a
vehicle by a more distant family member (i.e., grandparents,
grandchildren, aunt, uncle, cousin, niece, and nephew)
can do so under the HG Friends Vehicle VIP Purchase
Program.
Terms of Purchase for the New Vehicles Family and Team Member Program
• Dealer Mark Up – Dealer invoice cost net of all incentives and rebates
• Administration fee is absorbed by dealership (no charge to family)
• Based on factory order or in stock units only as availability allows
• A labour fee of $150.00 will be added for dealer trades
Terms of Purchase for the HG Friends Vehicle VIP Program
• V.I.P. pricing – as calculated between HG Concierge and dealer representative (sales manager
or fleet manager)
• Upon the sale and delivery of a friend’s referral a $200.00 referral fee is paid to the Team
member. (This referral fee is not applicable to those in a management position.)
Note: V.I.P. pricing is intended to offer value break beyond market pricing. Key is to offer special
price break and to never embarrass us or our referring Team member.
Exclusions: From time to time certain makes or models will not be applicable based on
availability and allocation from manufacturer. Any such units that do not apply will be advised
upon immediately when such inquiry arises. In some cases product may still be available but
pricing may vary based on limited availability of product.
Some car companies may actually sell for less than the above preferred pricing if the market
pricing is below our minimum price threshold.

You will spend approximately 1,842 hours working every year – and this number
doesn’t include the commute!
This is a significant amount of time that is spent either in the wash bay, service drive
thru, parts counter, showroom, or at your desk. We understand that you are giving
