History

Cicada started its journey in the year of 2008 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It was founded
by Engr. Fahim Faisal. Majoring engineering in the institute of leather Engineering &
technology of Dhaka University, Fahim is well versed in the area of product quality,
sourcing and manufacturing which prompted him to start Cicada with a view to
making a difference in the promotional items market in Bangladesh and beyond.

From the very outset, Fahim built Cicada as a reflection of his drive for perfection. In
the early days, Cicada kept its client base small & worked through a carefully crafted
process to ensure in time distribution of quality products and dedicated customer
service. Over the course of several years, Cicada has established itself as one of major
promotional product companies in the country with their innovative, forward-thinking
approach and dependable, time conscious customer service. Day in and day out the
