Buku Nota Ekspres SPM Bahasa Inggeris aku letak di atas meja Nadiah murid pintar dan harapan semua guru di sekolah untuk
setelah tiga puluh minit membeleknya. Aku tidak mempunyai hati untuk Peperiksaan Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM). Sungguh hairan aku
mengulang kaji pelajaran dengan perasaan marah. Badanku dilemparkan dipersalahkan kerana markah Nadiah yang tidak memuaskan. Aku
ke atas katil yang diselimuti dengan cadar berwarna biru hijau. Sesekali telah difitnah!

Semasa kami masuk ke bilik disiplin, aku dapat lihat Cikgu Zaini baru Janggal. Sungguh aku berasa janggal dengan rakan kelasku. 5 Budiman
menghabiskan panggilan telefon dengan muka yang serius. Cikgu Zaini yang dahulunya selalu riuh bertukar sunyi. Kes ini juga telah tersebar
merupakan guru disiplin sekolah juga merupakan guru Matematik kami. di seluruh menengah atas. Aku seperti sendiri,tidak tahu hendak luah

Ways to Prevent Covid-19

Nowadays, COVID-19 or coronavirus disease outbreak in 2019 has become a hot topic around
the world. Coronavirus disease is a virus that spreads mainly from person-to-person and transmitted by
airborne droplet infection. It was discovered in Wuhan,China last year and now it has also spread to many
countries in the world such as United State,Brazil and India.The World Health Organization(WHO) has
declared that Covid-19 is a global pandemic.Our country,Malaysia has also infected critically until our
Prime Minister has announced the Movement Control Order(MCO) on 18 March 2020 in order to curb
the further spread of Covid-19 outbreak.

Most common symptoms included the sore throat, fever, dry cough and fatigue. Some patients may have headache, diarrhoea and loss of taste or
smell. Nevertheless, some patients may also have serious symptoms like difficulty breathing, chest pain and even it will lead to death. Protect yourself and
others by taking appropriate precautions against the infection of Covid-19.

First and foremost, hand washing is the easiest and effective way to prevent the infection. This is because hands are the primary carriers that can carry the
bacteria to our body and is easily leading the bacteria and virus entering our body.Therefore,we must carry out the proper steps to wash our hands to protect
ourselves and each other.There are five steps to wash our hands.First,we must rinse our hand with water and apply with the soap.Secondly,we must rubbing our
hands between our fingers, back of hands,thumbs,palms to palms and under the nails. Scrub our hands for at least 20 seconds. Then rinse our hands well under
the running water. Lastly,use a clean towel to dry up thoroughly our hands. Besides that,we also can apply the hand sanitizer by rubbing our hands together in
20 seconds too.We should avoid touching our nose,eyes and mouth with an unwashed hand or the contaminated surface of an object.The bacteria and viruses
could transmit through our facial features then spread the bacteria in our body.It is undeniable that hand washing is one of the important action in this specific
period to prevent the Covid-19. We must take the action together as the saying goes many hands provide great strength.

Apart from that, we must practise physical distancing when we are in public settings. Physical distancing is compulsory practiced and it is one of the method
to prevent the spread of Covid-19. For instance, we should stay at least 3 feet or 1 metre from other people who do not live in our household when we attend a
gathering in the confine spaces. This is because respiratory droplets produced by coughing and sneezing from people who have tested positive for Covid-19

will not spread more than 6 feet. We should also avoid close conversation with people even though they are our friends and relatives. Remember that some
people without symptoms are able to spread the virus from person-to-person. If we are unable to maintain physical distancing, we must wear mask especially
when we are in outdoor area. By doing this, it can protect us from getting infected. Make sure that we wear the face mask properly and do not wear it under our
nose or chin. Thus, keeping physical distancing and wearing mask are very important to prevent Covid-19.

Last but not least, we should restrict our travel as traveling help to increase the spread of Covid-19 and put ourselves at a risk for contracting the disease.
As we all know the infection can be transmitted by airborne droplet infection, we unable to predict and forecast that every places are safe and without any source
of contagious. If someone who must travel, you should take the safety measures by considering of your transportation and staying up to date on the restrictions
that declared by the government. You should also monitor your health daily by taking your temperature so that to be alert for the symptoms of the infection.The
most important is if you are intercontinental or flying from another country you should isolated and be quarantined about 14days to verify either you are infected
or not.It is significant act to protect everyone and ourselves from being contagious with the Covid-19.In short, staying home is the best way to protect ourselves
and others from getting influenced by the virus.

In a nutshell, Coronavirus is one of the most severe issues that everyone of us is facing it. It is necessary to stand together and fight against Covid-19 by
keeping personal hygiene, physical distancing, wearing mask and staying at home because prevention is better than cure. Everyone should play their vital roles
to give cooperation and contribution to our government and frontliners . We hope that if we come together as one, the breaking of the chain of Covid-19 will
be a piece of cake and we can create a history to break down the chain of Covid-19 because every cloud has a silver lining.

除夕夜 Malam Sebelum Tahun Baru Cina





除夕指的是每年农历的最后一天。每年的这个时候，人人都回家团圆，犹如一股团圆风把老老少少、男男女女都吹在一起。不管游子身在何处，
在世界各地的他们一定会想办法回乡和久违的亲朋戚友见面叙旧。

家家户户在这一天都会忙得不亦乐乎。忙于准备年夜饭、买年货、贴春联等。年夜饭是这一天不可少的活动。
年夜饭中有几道是必备的佳肴而这些菜有着特殊的象征意义。比如红烧鱼象征好事年年有余、有如意菜之称的豆芽菜象
征吉祥如意，圆形的肉圆鱼丸象征合家团圆. 一切准备好后,一家老小就围在一起吃顿丰盛的团圆饭。面对一桌让人垂涎
欲滴的饭菜，前辈们还是不忘提醒大家作个饭前祈福，祈愿全家在新的一年平安吉祥，好运连连。

吃完温馨的年夜饭后，人们就沉浸在欢乐的新年气氛中。家家户户贴上一对对的春联，有者更是亲笔挥毫一
番。小孩们最开心的时刻终于到来，夜空中烟火璀璨。一朵朵的烟花在空中绽放，把原本黑漆漆的夜空衬托得绚丽多
彩。仿佛想把自己心扉里对新的一年的憧憬通过烟花绽放。鞭炮声此起彼落、震耳欲聋。一朵又一朵爆开的烟花装饰着

中学生必须养成喜欢阅读的良好习惯。培养良好的阅读习惯会让学生们终身受益。随着科技发达，现实生活中很难找到爱阅读的学生，中学生都不愿
意花时间阅读书本。他们大都不在意有没有时间阅读，宁愿把时间花在上网玩线上游戏。这样一来，不仅浪费时间，也浪费金钱。因此，我们有必要提高中学
生阅读兴趣。一个人的阅读习惯无外乎是从小培养的。
提高中学生的阅读兴趣应该由家庭开始。家长应以身作则，设立一个好榜样，让孩子们学习。耳濡目染下，他们就会开始了阅读的好习惯。学习环境
对一个人来说是非常重要的。试想想，在一个嘈杂不安的环境下成长的孩子会专心阅读吗？所以，父母应该在家里设立图书室，为孩子们营造舒适的阅读环

境，让他们爱上阅读。此外，家长也可以常常带孩子们到书局、图书馆并进行亲子共读活动。
学校在提高中学生阅读兴趣也扮演着重要的角色。校方可以在校园设立阅读角落，置放有趣健康的读物。这样学生就有机会阅读各类有趣的书本，从
而养成阅读的好习惯。师长也有必要鼓励并教导学生选择良好的读物，学生才不会因为选错读物而让阅读效果适得其反。学校的图书馆也应该时常美化、更新
读物，让学生有兴趣到访阅读。校内的课室更要为学生准备多元化读物，让他们能够在班上轻松阅读，不必特地到图书馆去阅读。学校可以推动“晨读计

划” ，以便培养学生养成阅读的习惯。此外，在学生们每日经过的地方或走廊展示优秀阅读报告。学生们肯定会被优秀的文笔吸引，从而激发学生阅读兴趣。
社团可以举办有关阅读的讲座会让中学生参与，让他们知道阅读的重要性。阅读重要性的醒觉运动也是可以唤醒中学生的阅读兴趣。为了激励更多学
生喜爱阅读，社团有必要拨出一些款项作为鼓励学生们阅读的奖励金。这样一来中学生就会努力阅读以获得奖励金。另外，社团也可以组织阅读小组或办读书
会让中学生在环境影响下参与阅读。
为了确保提高中学生阅读兴趣目标顺利达成，政府也可以扮演积极角色。除了办种种有利推动阅读的活动外，政府应立法杜绝不良读物，以免荼毒学
生的思维。那些容易吸引中学生好奇心的黄色书刊应该全面从市场销毁。流动图书馆可以给住在乡村地区的中学生带来阅读便利，所以政府应多多推动类似活
动。
阅读不仅能让一个人的理解能力得到长进，也能提高一个人的写作水平。所以，我们不应该浪费时间做无谓的事情，应该努力争取时间阅读。

我心中的桃花源 TAMAN IDAMANKU




每个人都有属于自己的一片幻想空间，都会有自己向往的理想生活，每个人心中的桃花源都不同。而我心中的桃花源则是没有烦恼，
没有忧愁的，有的是快乐和谐的生活。我经常想着那样的人间仙境。

我心里的桃花源没有工厂的尘烟，有新鲜的空气可供我呼吸。桃花源里天空是蔚蓝的，上方还飘着朵朵白云。潺潺溪水环绕着美丽的
村庄，四处长满各种美丽的花草树木，花儿们争奇斗艳。淳朴的山村居民辛勤劳作，家禽牲畜咿呀欢唱，有着一派祥和的迷人景象。邻居之间

互相依靠、和睦共处，不争不吵。
村庄里没有钢筋混凝土建成的高楼大厦，只有简单温馨的草舍茅屋。这里大海与蓝天连成一线，分不清哪儿是天，哪儿是海，这样的
景色让人心旷神怡。傍晚时分，景色更是让人着迷，夕阳用余晖将海面覆盖，一切被染成了金黄色。小孩子们三五成群地一起嬉戏，笑声阵

阵，好不热闹！
村庄旁边有像童话故事里一样的森林，郁郁葱葱的参天大树，绿油油的青草地，到处盛开着美丽鲜花，可爱的小动物在溪水边饮水。
森林边的公路上，宽敞又整洁。人们不时停下看看溪边饮水的小动物。而动物也向友好的人们点着头，大家和睦相处，各司其职。
我心中的桃花源是充满温馨阳光的世界。希望我心中的桃花源总有一天能够实现，但现在就让它成为我心中的一个美好幻想吧！
