Ratified Charter and Scope (Recap)
Charter:
Define exchange protocol that maps Continua data to standard
messages for import/export (e.g., integration with Enterprise EHR
systems)
Scope:
The xHR scope is to create guidelines that profile data and message
standards to enable import/export of pertinent information, from a
remote patient monitoring service to a healthcare practitioner,
system, or setting.
Pertinent Information:
• Devices: relevant vital measurements,
• RPM: Updates/notes/summary information by a remote monitoring
service provider, Careplans, Graphs, Other
• Patient: Form based feedback of patient health status
