At Moorings Park Grande Lake

Excitementthe is

Moorings Park Grande Lake recently unveiled plans for its clubhouse

building. F irst came Moorings Park. Then
Moorings Park at Grey Oaks.
Now, a phenomenal third Life Plan
(CCRC) community is once again being
developed for the enjoyment and
peace-of-mind for the next generation of residents.

Introducing Moorings Park Grande Lake, located
on the south side of Golden Gate Parkway, between
Airport-Pulling and Livingston roads. It is being
created by Moorings Park in partnership with
esteemed luxury custom homebuilder and developer,
London Bay Homes, long known for its award-
winning architectural design and attention to detail.

Situated on 55 acres, Moorings Park Grande Lake
will combine one-of-a-kind
vistas of magnificent lakes and
championship golf with luxury
homes and exceptional healthcare.

The pet-friendly community will
consist of luxurious mid-rise
residences, including spacious
penthouses. Entrance fees start
at $1.5 million and are 70 percent
refundable. Assisted Living,
Memory Care and Physician
Services are included.

Nancy and Jim Whiteman will be
among the first residents to move
into Moorings Park Grande Lake.
After just one visit to the sales
gallery, the couple was sold.

“I couldn’t believe the architecture,”
said Jim. “It’s like they’re building
a country club. I thought, this can’t
be real. But, it is real – and it’s
magnificent.”

“We also love the location which
is close to downtown Naples,”
added Nancy. “To be honest,
we were blown away by the whole
concept, the location, the residences,
the amenities, everything about it.”

A few of the planned outdoor activities or
amenities include a yoga pavilion, walking
paths, lakeside parklettes with boardwalks,
gardens, fire pits and overlooks, several bird-
watching posts, and bocce and pickleball
courts.

Phase 1 buyers, like the Whiteman’s, will
receive a social membership to Naples
Grande Golf Club which includes golfing
privileges on the Naples Grande Golf Club’s
18-hole championship golf course, and
dining options in Naples Grande’s
elegant clubhouse.

“We love to golf and dine out and

O ur Care 360 Healthcare Program was
created and developed through a
partnership with Naples Community
Hospital (NCH) and is based on a
model akin to a concierge medical
care practice.

The new on-site program supports the overall
Moorings Park commitment to provide Simply
the Best® amenities and services with professional
and compassionate care to each person they
serve, with a mission to deliver outstanding
healthcare thereby enabling residents, members
and non-residents to live longer, healthier and
happier lives.

Care Network, the Care 360 program provides
participants with access to the Mayo Clinic’s
physicians and specialists’ knowledge and
expertise. It also provides patients highly
personalized health management and assessment
programs under the guidance of experienced
primary care physicians, as well as state-of-
the-art fitness programs.

Additional advantages include access to
physicians 24 hours a day/7 days a week,
coordination of NCH hospital care including
visitation and records, and coordination of care
throughout the entire NCH Healthcare System,
as well as quick appointments with leading area
specialists as needed.

The Care 360 program, which is available to
members of the general public, also includes
access to The Center for Healthy Living, which
is located inside Moorings Park’s main campus;
