Dental Wellness
is Simple, but Not Easy
It is simply a numbers game. Bacteria grow as a geometric progression (exponential growth). They double their numbers every 20-60 minutes. In just 24 hours, their numbers are astronomical.
There are two ways to keep the numbers down:
1. You physically remove them with brushing and flossing. 2. You stop feeding them what they can easily digest.
We can show you how to brush your teeth properly, and help you evaluate your diet to eliminate refined carbohydrates, sugars, and acids.


Preventative
At Modern Family Dental Care we believe prevention includes services like regular dental cleaning. It's purpose isn't just to give you a cleaner, whiter smile - a cleaning also allows your dentist to check on your overall oral health and wellness, and prevent serious issues from occurring.
We are here to help you stay up to date with your teeth cleanings, x-rays and other preventative services. The Modern Family Dental Care team is excited to provide you with the best possible care.
