Celebrating 20 Years
of Manufacturing in Grafton

“I want to send a note to say thanks. I had a rush window and a sash that Cyndi Pearson had been watching for

me. As of last Monday, all was good for last week delivery, but on Tuesday, OMS showed that the sash shipped and the
window missed the truck due to what I believe was a glass issue. This window was needed in order to close on the sale
of a $2.5 million apartment building.

Cyndi was gone that day, so I got ahold of Doug Johannson. After that, Doug connected with Laurel Ulwelling,
and she was able to get the window made. All that was left to figure out was how to get the window down here. Jeff
Hulst to the rescue. Jeff just so happened to be visiting the Twin Cities area Thursday evening, so I met up with him on

Friday at 7 a.m. and the window was installed by 9 a.m.

Everyone I worked with went the extra mile to make sure this happened. Cyndi, Doug, Laurel, Jeff and I’m sure a hand
full of folks behind the scenes, all never gave up to make this work.”

MaryLou Wesolowski – Displays
MaryLou is originally from Stephen, MN, and she began her career at Marvin working in the Winterseal
department. Over the years, she has worked in numerous departments and possesses vast knowledge
from the positions she’s held. Her current position is with the Displays department, where she has
worked as a Corner Coordinator for the past 16 years.

Throughout her career, she has enjoyed the variety of work along with getting to interact with people
from different departments including the corporate office. As MaryLou heads into retirement, she leaves
her coworkers with this advice, “Be flexible and take ownership of your work.”

MaryLou and her husband, Ron, have four children: Rick Nelson, Darian Wesolowski, Joleen Hartman,
and Megan Groves. They also have nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. In retirement, she
plans to spend time flower gardening and reading, along with participating in numerous clubs and
visiting friends.
