WELLSTONE PLACE

LOCATION: Lewes, DE
BUILDER: John Leebel, The Lewes Building Company
PRODUCT SERIES: Wood-Ultrex®
PRODUCTS USED: Integrity Casement, Awning, Double Hung,
Polygon and Sliding French Door

Past Red Diamond Achiever Participant

INSIDE LOOK: WELLSTONE PLACE

For builder John Leebel, the challenge to overcome for this family home was to have windows and doors that would
not be affected by the salt air. The home is located in the coastal town of Lewes, Delaware, where wind, rain, sun,
snow – and the constant exposure to salt air – can take their toll.
Leebel also wanted to install windows with a natural wood interior to match the wood trim throughout the home. And
with any project, availability and delivery are always a concern to avoid costly delays.
Selecting Integrity Wood-Ultrex® Casement, Awning, Double Hung and Polygon Windows and Sliding French Doors
made all the difference for Leebel. “Integrity’s exterior finish makes such a huge difference in our salt air environment,
and the wood interior really coincides with the interior trim,” Leebel said.

DESIGNER BLACK MAKES ITS DEBUT ON HIT HGTV SHOW
PROPERTY BROTHERS: BUYING AND SELLING

We’re proud to be featured in this season of the hit HGTV series Property Brothers: Buying and Selling, where stars Drew and
Jonathan Scott help homeowners sell their current home and buy a new property.
In October, the brothers tackled a budget-friendly renovation while on the hunt for a suburban home with lots of acreage to buy.
Two kitchen windows with historical significance were replaced with custom Wood-Ultrex Awning Windows featuring the highly
anticipated Designer Black interior finish and Matte Black hardware, which formally launched for Integrity at the end of October.
During the month of November, continue watching as Wood-Ultrex Casements, Awnings and French Doors are installed throughout
the homes renovated by the brothers.
