Bara Chemical Co., Ltd. was established under the joint-venture between Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd., a Japanese chemical manufacturer, Sumitomo Corporation Co.,Ltd., a Japanese trading house, and Bara Windsor Co.,Ltd., a Thai domestic trader, with the main objective of textile chemical production to support the textile industries in Thailand. March, 1973 : Establishment of the company, registered capital of 5 million Baht.
