NDC Plumbing and Heating (NDC) is a rapidly expanding mechanical contractor, with a growing reputation and extensive understanding of residential new build
schemes throughout the South East. With a wealth of experience and diverse knowledge within the industry, we specialise in everything from one-off bespoke builds

to multi-million pound developments.

Established in 2014, NDC are proud of our growing reputation as a forward-thinking, ambitious company. With a proven track record and a wide and varied portfolio,
we are now the preferred mechanical contractors for many successful developers across London and the Home Counties.

Working closely with our clients, we are proud to showcase the key role we have already played on many outstanding schemes across the South East. Our company

• Riverbourne is an exciting new development of
2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes.
• With 69 plots across the whole development
NDC is responsible for gas, heating, and all
domestic hot and cold water installations.
• Private units: System comprises of Ideal Logic
system boilers paired with unvented cylinders and
radiators.
• HA Units: Combination boilers and radiators
throughout.
• All 1st fix pipework crimped plastic.

Recent Projects - Magpie Farm

• 5 x 4/5 bedroom luxury houses with 3 bathrooms.
• NIBE Air source heat pumps are installed
alongside a 300L unvented cylinder and 100L
buffer tank.
• Heating consists of 350m2 of Nu-heat optioflo
manifolds. All controlled by a NIBE SMO unitand
Nu-heat programmable neo room stats. All
bathrooms are of contemporary design with GSI
ceramic sanitary-ware fitted.

• There are 8 units in total:
• Six apartments located on the ground and 1st floor.
• One bungalow arrangement also on the ground
floor leading out to a landscaped garden.
• Large penthouse on the second floor.
• Six of the apartments offer approximately 1180 –
1200sqft two bedrooms, large open-plan living
space, first-class kitchens with separate utility rooms,
and uninterrupted sea views from a private balcony.
The Penthouse has just over 2300sqft habitable
space that is arranged as a huge open-plan living
area facing the sea, with 3 double bedrooms (2
ensuites) plus a utility room and hidden study.
• Underfloor heating throughout the whole property
with a mix of electric and gas boilers.

• The high-end finished new build “Flint”, was a
perfect example of the quality and craftsmanship
our clients have come to expect from the team.

• Underfloor heating throughout the ground and
first floor with a polished concrete finish to the
ground floor which is a perfect partner to feel the
benefit of the UFH.

• System boiler and unvented cylinder installed
within a dedicated plant room area distributing
heat to the UFH manifolds.

NDC’s director Nick Cole co-owns a bespoke
property development company based in Kent called
Cooper & Cole Ltd.

NDC understands the importance of delivering on time
and to budget with each and every project we do. We

schedule and how even the smallest delay can have huge
financial knock on effects for you development.

The company is extremely passionate about delivering
breathtaking residential and commercial properties with

The Barnyard offers a unique style of open plan

A conversion of an agricultural barn comprising of
