Policies

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
- A 15$ deposit is required to hold your spot
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

- If you are wearing makeup we ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your schedule appointment and ask for cleansing
pads. This will avoid any delay in your service.

- Please silence your phone while extensions are being applied. Talking while in you service can be difficult for the
extensionist lash application requires precision. Feel free to relax & take a nap.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Your appointments are very important to us at Lash House, it is time reserved for you, we understand last-minute
emergencies pop-up, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 business hour’s notice for cancellations. Since the
service is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

- More than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your result. If this does occur
we will most likely reschedule your appointment but you will not be refunded your deposit.

Aftercare Instructions

To get the most out of your lashes please follow the aftercare instructions below.

• After your lashes have been applied and cured you may wet them immediately. You do not have to wait 24 hours.
• Brush your eyelash extensions daily and nightly.
• Cleanse lashes daily to avoid product build up and prolong the life of your extensions. Avoid cotton, use your fingertips or

microtip swabs to clean around your eyes.
• Avoid rubbing or pulling your eyelashes as it could damage your natural lash.
• Only use eyelash extension safe mascara avoid waterproof or oil based mascaras.
• Do not use an eyelash curler on the extensions.
• Do not remove your own eyelashes, book an appointment for proper removal.
• Book a fill appointment every 2-4 weeks, to fill in the areas where your natural lashes have fallen out and new ones are

growing in.
