Erasmus family in Banska Bystrica is lost and cannot be the same person after all that
happens.

Banska2GO! Is an amazing project. It makes people like me cry while
remembering times long lost (ex-Erasmus students do the same) and I hope it will
inspire those who never heard of Banska Bystrica, and found the Erasmus offers, to
make up their minds and go there because it's worth it!

Hey.
My name is Jakub and I would like to share with you my little experiences from being
ESN UMB member. Everything started in September 2013, that was a time when I
arrived to Banska Bystrica for one year of studies by Visegrad Scholarship Programme.

Short after my arrival I met local ESN members. It was just before ESN National
Platform Slovakia which has been organized in Banska Bystrica. There a lot of things to
do, so I've decided to help. This is how I became Local Member in UMB section. Just
after month or so there were elections and one position I considered – Webmaster.

Fortunately they gave me a chance and I was elected, this is what I’m doing now
even though I’m not there! Fortunately it is the position which I can manage remotely.
Still approximately twice a year I visit my ESN family during National Platforms in
Slovakia.

From here I would like to thank you all for everything. You people do great job
and I’m so happy to be one of you. Hope to see you soon and wish you all the best!
