感谢天父上帝恩手，带领马来西亚少年军曼绒第三分队经历了20年的风
雨路。从2001年开始成立至今，少年军还是很茁壮、稳健。这20年来，少
年军的确带领了好多优秀的青少年人，在教会、学校和社区服务。如今，
好多青少年人已步入成年，他们无论是在教会里或社会上，都多有贡献，
值得感恩。

少年军制服团体在教会里，吸引了较多的青少年人参与，并给教会带来
了正面的影响。曾参加少年军制服团体的这些少年人长大后，无论是在家
里或社会都有着积极的表现。故此，我们也能听见父母们给予少年军制服
团体的一些好评。少年军制服团体不只影响了少年人的正面人格成长，也
影响他们做事态度、待人态度、纪律生活和力求上进。

致少年军的队员们，请继续努力，影响这时代更多的青少年人；
致少年军的军官领袖们，请继续努力、继续带领、继续影响、继续前
进；
致教会牧者和长执们，请多给予少年军制服团体支持；
致父母亲们，请鼓励您的孩子参加少年军制服团体，这对你们的孩子绝
对有益无害。记住！如果社区无法改变您孩子的人格，少年军制服团体能
够改变他们。

Honorary Captain/ Dr Ngo Chian Hua

It gives me great pleasure to share some thoughts to remember the 20th
Anniversary of our Boys’ Brigade in Ayer Tawar. Congratulations to all for
making it to this point and we give thanks to God almighty for His gracious
guidance and provisions in giving us such opportunities to serve in our
schools and church.

As we look back, we cannot help but acknowledge the legions that have
gone through the portal of our schools. Many are no longer with us for they
have graduated to higher honours, others are still around and keeping the
flag flying. We thank God that we have been provided with the challenges,
the vision, the direction and the guidance needed to mould and shape so
many lives. It is with a sense of pride that we can recall the pioneers who
have to make their sacrifices in those early years in the schools. We want to
continue the partnership, to point youngsters in the right direction and to
instil in us the vision to share the love of God to all and to be purposefully
trained for the rebuilding of the community we live in.

As we commemorate this occasion, let us be reminded to not rest upon our
present achievements but to be mindful that the shining examples set by
those who have gone before us will continue to inspire us to make a firm
resolve to go forward in hope and with expectations of going on to new
heights of accomplishment. The torch has to be passed on and we must
continue to strive on in the hope of building a better future for the
generations to come. I am sure as Members of our 3rd Manjung Boys’
Brigade, we shall continue to remain Sure and Stedfast.

God bless you all and to Him be the glory and praise.

Captain / Wong Yuh Yao

光阴似箭，日月如梭，转眼曼绒少年军第三分队已成立二十周年！非常荣幸能够以
队长的身份为二十周年纪念刊献词。

曼绒第三分队是在2001年由时任主理翁财和牧师向爱大华卫理教会推荐少年军的事
工，并与几位小学老师在民德华小创立了初级组（Junior Section），而在2004年在爱大
华国中成立了高级组（Senior Section）。感谢上帝的应允与祝福，曼绒第三分队成为全
霹雳最多队员的分队，并一直走到现在。

我在2005年加入少年军高级组，至今已超过十五年，感谢上帝的呼召，让我被委任
为第五任队长。身为少年军队员，口头禅都是“Once BB, Forever BB”，我从没忘记在
高级组的那五年里所学到的知识和领袖才能，让我学以致用成为队员们的领袖。非常
感谢过去为分队无私付出的历任军牧、队长与军官们，为第三分队建立了很好的基
础。

过去二十年，曼绒第三分队踊跃参与校内、校外甚至是全国的不同赛事，都取得不
错的成绩，像是全国圣经比赛个人冠军、校内运动会的步操比赛冠军、少年军全国嘉
年华（PESTA）的步操最佳指挥官（Best Commander）和歌唱比赛前五。除此之外，一些
队员也在历届大马教育文凭（SPM）上取得全科优等的成绩。至今二十年，曼绒第三分
队也培育了许多各领域的专才，像是律师、医生、建筑师、教育家等等，可谓人才济
济。

在2020年3月中旬，因着新冠状病毒（Covid-19）和行动管制令(MCO)的影响，许多实
体活动都纷纷取消，学校也陆续关闭改为线上教学。这不只促使每周六的聚会被迫停
止，也让已拟定好的营会和徽章课程一律取消，这是军官和队员们遇到最大的挑战。
然而经过队员们不懈的讨论还有军官们的建议，许多徽章与活动如今都改以线上的方
式来进行。传统的活动不但做了些变动也注入了创意的元素，其中包括新设定的线上
聚会模式、升旗仪式、敬礼与口令。

创立至今20年，印证了上帝的恩典与怜悯， 也见证了所有参与者与少年军事工的成
长，曼绒少年军第三分队的确祝福了许许多多的青少年人！我相信，我们都以此为
傲！求主继续施恩祝福曼绒第三分队，以及所有为少年军事工默默耕耘的军官及队员
们。

最后，仅以少年军的宗旨来做结束，“于青少年人之间，扩展基督的国度，同时促
进服从、虔诚、纪律及自爱等良好行为，以达成基督化的人格。”
