• Piazzetta: This bustling square located in the centre of the
island of Capri is the beating heart of the island. The cafes

and bars make it a spot which is always crowded with visitors

that enjoy watching the different sights. It is also known for
its vibrant nightlife, so grab a seat and spend a lovely evening
here.
• Blue Grotto: Hop aboard a wooden rowboat, lay back,

and let yourself be carried through a tiny stone portal to

another world by your able skipper, who navigates seamlessly
under the meter-high cave mouth. Inside, pass from complete
darkness into a sparkling cavern, lit by azure blue light, while
the sounds of ancient Neapolitan song echo along the stone
walls.
• Faraglioni: Think Capri. One of the first images to come to
mind will, no doubt, be that of the Faraglioni: the three spurs
of rock which rise up out of the sea, within meters of the
island’s Southern coast.
• Marina Piccola: If you like the idea of spending a day on a beach
with views of the Faraglioni, you’ll love the pretty little bay
of Marina Piccola: which lies directly opposite Capri’s giant
sea stacks.
• Monte Solaro: Capri’s most beautiful panorama? Our favorite

view has to be that which can be seen from the summit of

Monte Solaro, which, soaring 589 meters above sea level,
is the highest and most panoramic point on the island. Here
the view extends across the whole of the island of Capri, the
surrounding Bay of Naples, the Amalfi Coast and as far as
the distant mountains of Calabria.

variety of familiar devices at your event. Regardless of which device or solution you

choose, the technology offers a fantastic user experience. The devices can also
display other event information for guests to view, such as the event running order,

live auction lots, food menus, details on where funds raised at the event will go
towards and much more.

Pre and Post Event Online Auctions

You don’t necessarily need to wait until the night to start raising funds. Our pre-event online auctions
are a great way to entice your supporters to bid for lots and pledge money weeks in advance. It is
also a great way to include guests that may not be able to attend on the night.

An excellent addition to any event, our interactive quizzes can be used as an additional way of
fundraising (through sponsorships, entry fees, etc.) or to simply keep your guests entertained during

the event.

Virtual Scra​ tch Cards

Our virtual scratch cards are a fun and unique way of generating additional cash at your event.
Your guests buy a scratch card and simply use their finger to “scratch off” the panel revealing three

symbols, if all three match, they win a prize!

At the end of the event, winners are notified by
our staff and payments are collected.

To help boost your fundraising we offer a Free
Web Page with every Silent Auction. This is

to help promote the event and allow pre-event
bidding on all of the items. This is extremely
powerful as it allows supporters to bid even if

they cannot attend the event.

The Web Page is branded and customised to
your event in the same manor as the Auction

Brochure.

After the event, you will receive a full breakdown
detailing the bids received and the amount
raised for the charity.

Hot Summer Day Cooler

Ingredients

Thinly pared zest and juice of 6 large Lemons
175g sugar

Sparkling Mineral / Soda Water
Ice Cubes to serve

Fresh Lemon slices to serve
Sprigs of fresh Mint to serve

Instructions

Put the lemon zest, sugar and 625ml of water in a
non-aluminium saucepan and bring slowly to a simmer, stirring

to dissolve the sugar.

As soon as the sugar is dissolved and the syrup begins to
bubble, take it off the heat. Half cover and leave until cold. Add
the Lemon juice to the cold syrup. Strain into a jug, cover and

chill.

Serve with ice cubes, lemon slices and sprigs of mint, diluted
with chilled sparkling mineral or soda water at a ratio of about

1 part syrup to 1 part water.

Beat the heat with this cool summer drink

as it provides instand energy and hydrates

the body in no time.
