that was launched in January 2021.

Ascendance's vision is to impact one million teenagers over the next 5 years to be confident,
driven and creative individuals with the ability to think, set and achieve their goals in every
area of their lives, from their happiness, health, education and passion. Ascendance aims to
do this via these local and international conferences as well as through the year long
continuous exposure and guidance on our 'The Teenage Entrepreneur' Platform. By instilling
an entrepreneurial mindset and international exposure among these students, we take the
youth of today one step closer to becoming true leaders of their community - creating a
generation to be reckoned with! We are waking up the Gen Zs to best unleash the true power
of their minds for a brighter future.

The New Age Learner Conferences have enabled us to reach out to students not just in
Malaysia but throughout the world. Through this conference, many of our students are able to
network, exchange experiences, and learn from one another to grow and evolve themselves
and their ventures collectively, locally and globally. We are engaging students, speakers and

WHAT IS ASCENDANCE?

Ascendance is a Malaysian social enterprise founded by 4 youngsters in
2015. Ascendance empowers today's youth by enabling them to figure out
their passion and achieve holistic success while still attending school.
Today, the team is managed by Gen Zs aged 10 to 20 years old.
Our vision is to provide the resources, guidance and platform for the youth
to discover themselves, create sustainable careers and achieve holistic
success (in their Happiness, Health, Education, and Passion) while
contributing to the sustainable development of society.

In this journey of developing youngsters to achieve success in their goals,
we are very honoured to have received The Diana Award 2019, a
prestigious international award given out to young changemakers
