YOUR BAY

You can choose your own bay and customize this as you
would like- it is your home for the next 2 years!

For example; shelves, hooks, string line, drawers for under your bay etc.

Only rules are:

Shelves, hooks, bay etc need to be white, do not obscure
targets sheet, keep as tidy as possible!

You can use your bay at any time- frees, lunch, after
school , etc. Room is always open with fridge/kettle
facilities.

Only art students allowed in room.

EQUIPMENT

In this room:
£Computers (Yr12&13) with printer outside ( 5 per month)

Heat press, guillotine, paint pots above sink, paints underneath etc.

freeMost equipment in the department is , however there are some

chargeable items. These items include;

Card, glossy paper, acetate, heat press printing paper, sketchbooks
Art folders, sketchbooks

A price list can be found on the office stock room door where all
equipment is stored. Payment to be made to your teacher or our Art
Technician, Poppy.

EQUIPMENT SIGNING OUT/IN

You are more than welcome to borrow any equipment to help with your
project, however some must be signed in and out with your teacher, for

health and safety reasons.

Electrical Equipment

DSLR cameras, card readers, digital drawing pads, soldiering irons, wax
pots, heat guns, hairdryers etc.

Sharp equipment

Craft knives, stanley knives, clay tools, scribes etc.

You must return your equipment to a teacher/technician & sign in your

equipment to before the end of the day.

DO NOT leave equipment in your bay- it is a health & safety risk.
