SENIOR DIRECTOR'S MESSAGE the smiles & satisfaction on the faces of the clients we serve, it is somewhat overwhelming & fulfilling. From the never ending support of our People Solutions, Talent Acquisition, Real Estate & IT, to our Service Delivery teams who have delivered time and again with quality, the uncompromised focus on delivery and innovation, and last but not least to the accounts team who have delivered new business at levels that I have never before experienced. It has been an amazing team effort. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done and continue to do. I would also like to thank all of you as we recently implemented a BCP due to the Power Outage situation reported at KL Sentral including NU2 Tower following a fire incident at PMU TNB Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur on 17th May 2023. I appreciate your adaptability & flexibility during these trying times. We have proven time and again that we are a great team and that is one of the main reasons why we continue to be a partner of choice. The electricity to the KL Sentral site stands restored and we are back to Business as Usual. We will be launching our Your Voice, Employee Satisfaction Survey on June 19. The Concentrix Malaysia Leadership Team , your leaders and all support teams have heard your feedback and inputs and we have taken many proactive actions this year to make a difference and take the organization forward. We are fanatical about our staff and we do care about you, your mental wellbeing and your career pathway in our organization. We do acknowledge that you are the heart & soul of this organization. Shree ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, SERVICE DELIVERY Thank you F4 Team! F4 being one of the biggest projects in CNX KL opens the opportunity to implement changes that has a tremendous impact to the team. This year, we have reached out to our huge team and was able to capture 1000 Voices to gather valuable feedback and take corrective actions to resolve some fundamentals issues Our goal is to close the loop and build an environment where our people happy and comfortable.We have also buffed up our XSO Engagement Team to ensure that the activities we are rolling out are consistent to our team’s needs. We will make our F4 Team one of the most engaged teams here in CNX KL! 2023 has been a great year for Concentrix, despite the global slowdown. While many organizations are laying off employees, we are still hiring and promoting. This is a testament to the strength of the company and the hard work of its employees. I want to thank my team for sharing their challenges/suggestions during our town hall and listening session. Your feedback helped us resolve some issues, such as providing clear job descriptions in IJP on workday and instructions on how to download certificates after completing a course from CNX University. Your questions and suggestions during these town halls were very helpful. As we enter the second half of 2023, my advice to everyone is to continue investing in yourselves, learning new skills, seeking out good mentors, taking feedback positively, and challenging yourselves. SENIOR MANAGER, PEOPLE SOLUTIONS SENIOR MANAGER, TALENT ACQUISITION 2023 provided many challenges but we have persevered to deliver the best of CNX. We are always looking at continuously improving the services while maintaining a small operating footprint. Modernization tools and services are being deployed and discussions for future tasks to provide better uptime and more work life balance. We have added a third ISP as it comes into full service we will have 3 pipes for redundancy in KL. I am very proud of the Malaysia team and what we have achieved and continue to achieve, delivering and improving every time despite the constant weight on our shoulders. Our annual staff survey launches June 19, 2023. Our staff survey is called Your Voice 2023. Take a moment to reflect on Concentrix, your position and your experience here before taking the survey: • What’s going well? • How can we build on any successes? • Where can we improve? • What additional insight can you provide to help us support you better? The survey is 100% anonymous. Staff hired on or before March 21, 2023, are eligible to participate. Though the survey is optional, we encourage everyone to participate! Feedback is critical to make meaningful changes. We are aiming for a minimum participation rate of 85% by the end of survey fielding. The survey will take 15-30 minutes of your time. Take time to reflect on your experience and be thoughtful as you complete the survey. Aggregated results are shared with leaders with 5 or more direct reports and teams will build action plans based on your feedback.
