Dear Corporate Sponsor: Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated__is an international, not-for-profit organization founded in 1908. It is the first Greek Letter organization that Black collegiate women in America established. Comprising 325,000 college-educated women representing 1,060 chapters throughout the United States (U.S.), U.S. territories, and eleven (11) countries, the sorority groups its chapters into ten Regions. The North Atlantic Region was established first and is the home to the first chapter founded on the campus of Howard University, a Historically Black College and University (“HBCU”). The North Atlantic Region comprises over 16,000 members and 155 graduate and undergraduate chapters throughout Massachusetts, Eastern New York, Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Connecticut, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. In 2025, the North Atlantic Region will host events that will provide unparalleled opportunities for corporations, educational institutions, foundations, and business leaders to gain access to influential and powerful African American decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and community thought leaders. Within these events, there are opportunities for sponsors to engage with these individuals who have tremendous purchasing and giving power. Our signature event, the 94 North Atlantic Regional Conference will be held on Monday, March 24 through Thursday, March 27 at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT. This annual conference attracts over 5,000 attendees and is a unique opportunity for your organization to maximize its brand visibility, create new pathways to attract customers, and deepen your talent pool by recruiting current college students and recent college graduates. I encourage you to consider supporting the North Atlantic Region as a sponsor or a donor. We welcome the opportunity to create a customized package based on your specific philanthropic focus, branding, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and/or strategic goals.
