North Atlantic Region Soror Sponsorship

2022 - 2023

November 10, 2022

Hello Notable North Atlantic Sorors,

We will continue the tradition of providing Sorors the opportunity to support our Regional
Conferences. Soror Sponsorship level contributions will be used to offset the expenses of
our 92nd North Atlantic Regional Conference (NARC) to be held March 9-12, 2023, in
Philadelphia, PA.

Under the F.I.R.S.T. administration, we are adding a new Tea Rose level which allows
you to register early and have a room reserved for you in the host hotel. There are a
limited number of Tea Rose sponsorships that include a reservation at the host hotel, and
they are available on a first come basis until November 30, 2022. When the official
registration opens for everyone, you’ll be able to go back in and register for any other
events that you would like to attend. A description of each sponsorship level is listed below.

Further, to ensure quality and consistency, I have appointed Soror Nayenday Thurman as
Regional Chairman of Soror Sponsorship and she will work in conjunction with the
appointed NARC Steering Committee for each conference. We want to make sure you get
the value of your sponsorship! Soror Nayenday is part of the North Atlantic Corporate
Sponsorship and Partnerships Committee Chaired by Soror Carolyn “Cookie” Mason.

Please note that Sorors who participated in Soror Sponsorship under the previous
administration, if you are willing to continue at your previous level or above, we will give you
a special “Thank You” by providing a unique discount code to be used at the new NAR
Boutique once it is open.
