Sania auto control system for each side. Undersoil heating with individiual isolation controls to each bed supplied by
2 Hartley & Sugden oil fired boilers with Nuway Benson burners and Grunfost pumps (1 boiler currently in use the
other is for back-up purposes only). 2 Combat model 30 oil fired space heaters and 2 Benson oil fired space
heaters for frost protection.

First Section: Formerly a propagation house having undersoil heated beds with individual controls, overhead
irrigation by pressurised controlled mist system, Sania controls and boiler in adjoining house.
