Cost and Time Savings: Online transactions cut paperwork, manual processes, and travel costs for citizens. Transparency: Digital platforms enhance transparency, making government activities and decisions more visible and accountable.

Suggested Answer Online Tax Filing Services: Governments provide online platforms e-filling for citizens and businesses to file their taxes electronically. Users can submit tax returns, track the status of refunds, and access relevant tax information through secure online portals. E-Health Services: E-government initiatives in the health sector involve the use of digital technologies to provide healthcare services, information, and management online. This may include electronic health records, online appointment scheduling, telemedicine services, and health information portals. E-Ticketing and Traffic Management: E-government services within the Ministry of Transport often include digital solutions for transportation-related activities. Eticketing systems for public transport, online driver's license renewal, and digital platforms for traffic management and updates fall under this category.

A lack of standardized protocols and formats may result in siloed information, reducing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of e-government services.

MPM Report Question 6 This question was not a popular question among candidates. Those who selected this question was not able to obtain full marks due to technical drawing that lack correct labels. For part (b), the answers were on the FTP protocol, in which most candidates were able to answer HTTP. Question 7 This question consists of three parts regarding e-government. Candidates were asked to state three advantages of e-Government services for the public, describe three other examples of e-government services and three challenges in the implementation of egovernment. This was an easy question to obtain marks. The candidates answered it in a specific manner (i.e., not generic). All good, related and reasonable answers were accepted for this question.

MPM Report In Question 7, it was about their experience in using any e-Government services. Although the question seemed easy, but the several scripts were found not to provide answers precisely. Candidates could be seen not to provide specific example of eGovernment services, instead, the candidates provided answers such as B2B, G2G which were just general terms. Candidates were also seen to misunderstood the concept of eGovernment when they provided online banking and e-wallet as e-Government services. Question 6 was not as popular as Question 7. The level of difficulty for the whole question paper was easy to moderate. Question 6 was more difficult than Question 7. Thus, the marks attainment would depend much on the choice of questions answered.
