Walkabouts within my Electoral District
continued to be an ongoing effort with
myself and the Member of Parliament
for Arouca/Maloney; The Honorable
Camille Robinson-Regis, Senator The
Honourable Paula Gopee-Scoon,
members of our staff and other
burgesses within our areas.
We tried our utmost best to meet and
greet burgesses face to face so that
they were aware of who their
representatives were and also to give
them an opportunity to share their
concerns with us as one body. We then
tried our very best to resolve their
issues in a timely manner.

ONGOING AND UPCOMING PROJECTS

Ongoing Projects:
 Construction of a Pavilion & Carpark on Montague
Recreation Ground
 Upgrade of Eddie Hart Savannah’s Pavilion and
Toilet facilities
 Full upgrade of pavilion and Facility at Constantine
Recreation ground inclusive of a lounge area with Wi-
Fi, electronic equipment, air-conditioned units and
other installations
 Resurfacing of the walking track in Eddie Hart
Savannah
 Improvement of drainage on 2nd Street West
Beaulieu by removing small cylinder and constructing
of box drain to alleviate flooding
 Repairing/Replacing defective Street Lights through
the street lighting Blitz Programme
 All defective lights in Constantine Recreation Ground
and Eddie Hart Recreation Ground are replaced on a
constant basis
 Removal of roots and resurfacing of damaged walking track around Eddie Hart Savannah
 Management of collaboration between the CEPEP Company Ltd and the TRPC’s Maintenance
Teams to conduct work where there is presently no resident CEPEP Team
 Patching of roadways throughout the Electoral District in collaboration with Min of Works -
Highways Division
 Reconstruction of pavement at Phase 3, Macoya
Gardens between Begonia and Tulip Street
 Community Football Cup

 Paving in collaboration with Min. of Works and
Transport including 5th Street East Montague and 7th
Street West De La Marre
 Installation of Speed Humps in several locations in
Electoral District
 Refurbishment of the Cricket Club House on
Constantine Recreation Ground
 Play park Upgrade at Eddie Hart Savannah
 Drainage repair on 3rd Street East Beaulieu
 Installation of a play park between Dinsley Village and
Dinsley Gardens
 Installation of a play park in Samaan Gardens,
Orange Grove

CONCLUSION

For the duration of the term, I have carried out all responsibilities as Councillor to the best of my ability. I
have learnt from my errors along the way, and these learning experiences have better enabled me to
serve you and by extension, my country, with greater efficiency.
I am eternally grateful to all governmental and non-governmental agencies that have partnered with my
office for various programmes and I look forward to future collaborations. I am also full of gratitude for
the opportunity given to me to serve you, the burgesses of Macoya/Trincity.
I extend a sincere thanks to you all and do look forward to your continued support.
