Dear Madam,

It was very pleasant experience for me to be at
PSBS and watch the Annual Program –
“Dashavatar”.

The whole program was truly a classic display of
teamwork, hard work, dedication and passion.
Every department – be it the script, narration,
choreography, costume design, direction – scored
highly and the icing on the cake was the sand art.
It added a new dimension on the whole
composition!
Do keep up the excellent work.

Preview of Annual day feedback by the Director – PGS

Dear Bhuvana

I would like to thank your team and you for the „Dasaavatara‟ special
show(rehearsal) for my wife and me this afternoon. It is indeed a great honour
to see the splendid performance of the children staging a challenging theme
woven intricately. The coordination and flow of the programme with script on
the theme written by students and students again artistically reflecting the
theme with sand art will surely mesmerize the audience and steal the show.
Students unfolding their latent talent were amazing. A production boldly
conceived, tirelessly striven should roll out as excellent production, delivery and
creative mindset.

The poignant finale with blend of music and song , students in perfect
formation, holding props and banner conveying universal brotherhood, was a
touching culmination of the programme.

Much as I would have loved to see the programme on 15th Dec.2013, I am afraid
I will miss it all as I will be out of Bangalore on that Day.

I wish your team and you the very best of success and let us pray that this
Annual Day will leave a memorable imprint in the minds of the audience.

Thank you for the hospitality and care.

PRESIDENCY GROUP OF SCHOOLS

Dear Madam,

As I was travelling, I could not write to you immediately after your annual function to
express my heartfelt appreciation of the wonderful work that you and your dedicated
staff are doing for your institution. The whole school is like one large family working
towards one common end. Which is not merely for education but striving for the all
round development of the personality keeping in mind social needs and spiritual
values. I am thankful to you for the kind hospitality extended to me and my special
thanks to the young dynamic couple heading your institution. Mrs. Nafisa and Mr.
Tanvir Mitra. It is because they have such tremendous faith in your vision and
conviction, that you are able to achieve so much.

I had mentioned to you that I may have forgotten some points which had come to my
mind as I witnessed your spectacular show. Please convey my appreciation to the little
ones who so joyously and melodiously ushered in the festive season of Christmas,
which will surely herald a wonderful year ahead for all. My compliments to the young
students who so faultlessly compered the whole show connecting one episode to the
next.

It was also a joy to see all the senior students assisting the young ones during and
before each episode, installing the props and clearing them smoothly and efficiently.
Above all, you have included each and every student in this production, thereby
reinforcing the spirit of togetherness and affectionate bonding which is so necessary
for a family. I know that it is a team effort, but the major credit goes to you. You are
indeed an invaluable asset to this fine institution.

My best wishes for a Bright , Happy, Prosperous & Creative New Year to all at
Presidency School..

Chief Guest – Morning Show

Dear Bhuvana,

I thoroughly enjoyed your production, and was totally swayed
away by the sand art executed by your students. What made me
thinking was that I never imagined that the Kalki avatar could be
choreographed from the angle of a combination or amalgamation
of all religions using the wide spectrum of dance. The compeers
were also excellent in their vocabulary and the power of their
script was mind boggling.
I really appreciate the Principal’s minute monitoring and
execution in the key process of production, sand art ,
compeering(voice over), use of lights, music and the overall stage
performance.
It was an amazing flow from one avatar to another and the
synchronization of the event is unimaginable. It was an excellent
school of thought and a great production from the school.
I feel that all this needs nothing less than a standing ovation from
the entire parent, teacher and student community for the lady
behind the show, the Principal.
Incredible evening !!! Thanks for making me a part of it.

Respected Principal

Congratulations to you and your team for pulling off one of the best School day
functions that I have ever witnessed! I must say that there had been lots of
practice and it showed in the performance.

If I were to start from the beginning.. [being honest I must confess that I did not
like the fact that the show did not start on time. For me start time is defined and
come what may it needs to kick off but other than that], I found that it was very
very innovative to start by thanking... I must say that a subtle message had been
sent across to everyone, that it is not just the result but the enthusiasm put in
the preparation is being appreciated. Hats off!

The other great point was the compere. The students who did that were just
superb! Their diction and voice command, ability to read flawlessly, with right
pauses and with confidence, I must say that they were just great. I did meet
them and complement them for the wonderful job that they had done.

I noticed a very important design in the entire thing... I am not sure if it was
accidental or on purpose. You had involved the senior students to do the back
stage stuff. I believe it is a brilliant move, to get them involved in the school
activity. This builds a sense of participation as otherwise there would be a
tendency to sit back and comment on the lack rather than appreciate.

The selection of songs and music was superb! The speaker system was of very
good quality and I guess you invested rightly in getting a professional setup.
Again this investment paid off!

The props! I must say there was eye for detail with the side props changing
according to the theme being enacted. You do have an amazingly talented and
dedicated art team. Indeed you are fortunate :). The Sand art stuff was a
brilliant innovation. It blended well and stood out as a differentiator.

Last but not the least, there were not too many speeches... just a simple one from
the guest. That was brilliant. With so much of a diverse crowd to hold the
attention would have been very difficult and you sensed it.

All in all, I believe that this was one the best... my best wishes for continued
success for this team.

Wishing you most & More,

Respected Madam

At the outset, i would like to thank from my heart and congratulate for such a
wonderful programme yesterday, I am happy beyond words, to have seen and
enjoyed both my kids be a part of such a wonderful programme.

To be frank, with every programme, i was just crying and holding back my
tears of joy, as the madam who was compering said, it was an explosion of joy
and colour from the kids.

Hopefully this DNA of Presidency, due to which i had put in my son 5 years
back and my daughter last year, gets carried on batch after batch.

Being a musician myself, i can appreciate the minor nuances and i was
spellbound by the music compilation and creation done for the programme by
SAM sir. My children keep talking of SAM sir.

Thanks and Rgds

Dear Madam,

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you and your teachers for
the wonderful show that we witnessed on Sunday evening (Dashavathara 2013).

I am sure that this event would have taken months of hard work and dedication
on the part of the teachers, organisers and students alike. The planning and
execution of the entire show could not have been any better. We all were also
privileged to share the space with the dignitaries who are distinguished
personalities and also we were very happy to get introduced to the talented
dance and music teachers.

The sand art team did a really amazing job and I would like to specially
congratulate those kids and their teachers.

Best of luck to you and your team and am sure with your leadership, the
institution will further grow and I assure you best possible support from our
end.

Please convey best regards to all the teachers and the students who were
responsible for making this show a great success.

Dear Principal,

The annual day was a memorable one. We were so mesmerized by the beautiful
combination of light, song, and dance that time flew. We thoroughly enjoyed the
whole morning show. The props were very well done and we would like to
applaud the whole team at Presidency South for a job well done.

Three days after the show, all of us at home (parents and grandparents) are still
relishing the magical realism of the show.

Thanks to the team at Presidency.

With regards,
