Tour Price does not include: -

6. Travel Insurance - recommended. We request Tour Operator to secure a signed Waiver in the event client
declines your offer to sell Travel Insurance.
7. Any personal expenses, Any Sightseeing/Tours/Services which is not mentioned/specified in inclusions column or
on email.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation charges applicable strictly as per the cancellation policies below:
2. Cancellation 30-16 days prior to the departure date: 75% of the land package cost
3. Cancellation 15 days or less prior to the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost
4. No refund on any unused services
5. No refund on any No Show services
6. There will be no refund (partial or otherwise) for any part of services cancelled or unused for any reasons
including medical or compassionate. This clause overrules any commitment made by any supplier participating in
the program directly with the client or the Travel Agent/Tour Operator.
7. If the passenger count falls then the Tour company will have to bear the difference in coach
Important Notes: -
1. All prices are based in USD.
2. Packages are Non Commissionable.
3. Operation of Tours, Admissions etc. are subject to weather conditions.
4. Prices quoted are per person based on occupancy.
5. Rooms offered will have one King or two Queen or Twin Beds. We do not guarantee bed type.
6. Rooms offered with bedding as follows:
· Single - 1 Person - 1 or 2 Beds
· Twin - 2 Persons – 1 or 2 Beds
· Triple - 3 Persons - 2 Beds
· Quad - 4 Persons - 2 Beds
City Fire Code limits the number of beds in a room to a maximum of two beds irrespective of Single, Twin, Triple or
Quad occupancy.
7. Last Day Coach will give service up to 12 PM, and then if you extend, service charge will be extra ( approx. 600
USD upto 8 PM )
8. Child sharing room with one adult pay the Adult Rate.
9. It is assumed that all clients will arrive by the same flight at the same airport and in the same terminal. Should
the flights be spread out or arrive in different Terminals, additional costs may apply.
10. Hotel Check In: 4:00 PM | Hotel Check Out: 11:00 AM. Early Check-in and Late Check-out will require payment
of supplementary tariffs.
11. This quote is based on the current federal, provincial and city taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable at the
time of quotation. Any subsequent change in the tax tables would be applicable to this quote. The quote also is
adjusted for applicable Tax and GST & HST rebates.
12. The Tour operator vouches for the fact that the members of the tour group are non-indian citizens.
Documentation & Insurance: -
1. Travel Insurance – We strongly recommend clients purchase full travel insurance to cover all emergencies
including medical. Clients shall be individually responsible for any costs and/or liabilities arising out of non-purchase
of insurance and/or purchase of insurance without the appropriate coverage.
2. We expect Tour Operator/Travel Agent to secure a signed waiver for the offer of Travel Insurance in the event
client declines such an offer. The Tour Operator/Travel Agent shall present DMCi Inc. with the signed waiver on
demand.
3. Konnect USA. will not absorb any costs on behalf of the Agent/Client arising from cancellations due medical,
compassionate, visa rejections or any other reasons. The client’s Travel Insurance should cover such costs.
4. Visas & Documentation – Clients are responsible for Visas, Passports, and other necessary travel documentation.
Onboard Expenses
1. Any on-board expenses will have to be paid by the client directly in cash or by credit card.
2. Any changes to the itinerary (if possible) will attract a charge of USD 150 per change. We will need a credit card
on file to proceed for any such change. No changes will be acknowledged without a charge.
Important Notes & Disclaimers
1. We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher
standard in case of any un-availability.
3. We will not be responsible for delays (if any) in the vehicle for pick-ups or drops due to any un-avoidable
conditions like traffic, accidents, vehicle breakdown etc.
4. All the services needs to be reconfirmed by the guests 24 hours prior to service date with regards to the pick-up
time and the meeting point by guest name. We will not responsible if the guest does not reconfirm the service and
face any issue on board.
5. The guest needs to follow the instructions mentioned in the Voucher.
6. Tour Escort has to call our local number only in case of any emergency.
7. No Onboard changes are allowed after Vouchers issued and Service Itinerary is Generated
8. The Tour escort will have to reconfirm all services as mentioned in the service itinerary one Day Prior and in case
of any discrepancy inform the Groups- Co-ordinator – Emergency Contact
9. There will be no monetary compensation refund on any Mechanical Failure of Coach
10. We will strictly need to follow the timings as per itinerary as the Itinerary is made keeping in mind the DOT
Rules
11. Driver cannot legally drive more than 10 Hrs each day .
12. No Coach will be on the road after 9 PM . The Itinerary will be constructed in such a way that the coach Hrs are
taken care by our Group operations .
13. Certain Elements are out of our Control ,such as Coach Breakdown , Traffic , Accidents . TBO DMC USA should
not be held responsible for any delays which are not in our control on Ground .
14. We will try to provide the best available properties as per our clients budget m It is the Clients responsibility to
make sure that they do a complete research on the Hotels and select accordingly .We will not be responsible for any
Hotel related issues .
15. Any On Ground Issue needs to be reported immediately for the Ground handler to take suitable action .
